一种饴糖祛风散寒芝麻油,由以下重量份原料制成:黑芝麻300‑320、饴糖100‑120、亚麻籽50‑70、藤椒80‑90、椰子壳60‑70、芍药40‑50、桂枝60‑70、生姜30‑40、大枣50‑60、炙甘草50‑70等;在制备过程中添加藤椒具有祛风散寒作用,饴糖温补中焦,缓急止痛;桂枝温阳气,祛寒邪;白芍养营阴,缓肝急,止腹痛;饴糖配桂枝,辛甘化阳,温中焦而补脾虚;芍药配甘草,酸甘化阴,缓肝急而止腹痛;炙甘草补脾益气,调和诸药等能温中祛寒,适合于风湿骨痛,胃及十二指肠溃疡、慢性肝炎、慢性胃炎、神经衰弱、再生障碍性贫血、功能性发热等属中焦虚寒人士食用。

本发明涉及一种饴糖祛风散寒芝麻油的配方及其制备方法,属于技术领域:生物与新医药技术,现代农业技术,农产品精深加工与现代储运:农林产品及特种资源增值加工。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,食品、食用调料行业也在发生着变化,调味油在口味以及产品种类上做出了很大的突破,但是很少有食品具有特殊的功效,这越来越不能满足人们对调味油高标准要求,应运市场的发展,调味油行业有待创新发展。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供饴糖祛风散寒芝麻油及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:饴糖祛风散寒芝麻油,由以下重量份原料制成:黑芝麻300-320、饴糖100-120、亚麻籽50-70、藤椒80-90、椰子壳60-70、芍药40-50、桂枝60-70、生姜30-40、大枣50-60、炙甘草50-70、水、食用酒精适量。
一种饴糖祛风散寒芝麻油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黑芝麻、亚麻籽放入锅中,炒至出香,通过亚临界萃取法提取得到初提油;萃取渣备用;将藤椒、椰子壳放入烤箱中烤至水分干,将其碾磨成藤椒椰壳粉;将其它剩余成分粉碎加水提取,得到水提物,及水提渣;
(2)将所述的萃取渣、油渣、水提渣混合,加入3-5倍量水,及相当于总重量0.4-0.6%的碱性蛋白酶、0.1-0.2%的复合风味蛋白酶搅拌均匀,加入食用碱,调PH值为8-9,酶解温度45-55℃,酶解时间5-6小时;然后,高温高压使酶灭活;过滤,得到酶解液,向酶解液中加入食用酒精至60-70%浓度,经过纳滤得提取物;
(3)取所得初提油的9-11%重量,与提取物混合,加入适量水,充分搅拌分散,离心、过滤去渣,得分离混合油;
(4)将分离混合油与剩余的初提油、压榨油混合,加热至60-85℃,保温20-30分钟,冷却后,再除渣即得。
本发明的优点是:在制备过程中添加藤椒具有祛风散寒作用,饴糖温补中焦,缓急止痛;桂枝温阳气,祛寒邪;白芍养营阴,缓肝急,止腹痛;生姜温胃散寒,大枣补脾益气;饴糖配桂枝,辛甘化阳,温中焦而补脾虚;芍药配甘草,酸甘化阴,缓肝急而止腹痛;炙甘草补脾益气,调和诸药等能温中祛寒,适合于风湿骨痛,胃及十二指肠溃疡、慢性肝炎、慢性胃炎、神经衰弱、再生障碍性贫血、功能性发热等属中焦虚寒人士食用。
本发明提供一种简便、营养价值和保健养生、工艺合理的饴糖祛风散寒芝麻油生产方法,能够为小批量特种油脂生产提供技术支持,适于在食用油生产技术领域推广。
具体实施方式
一种饴糖祛风散寒芝麻油,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:黑芝麻320、饴糖100、亚麻籽50、藤椒80、椰子壳60、芍药40、桂枝70、生姜40、大枣60、炙甘草70、水、食用酒精适量。
饴糖祛风散寒芝麻油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黑芝麻、亚麻籽放入锅中,炒至出香,通过亚临界萃取法提取得到初提油;萃取渣备用:将藤椒、椰子壳放入烤箱中烤至水分干,将其碾磨成藤椒椰壳粉;将其它剩余成分粉碎加水提取,得到水提物,及水提渣;
(2)将所述的萃取渣、油渣、水提渣混合,加入5倍量水,及相当于总重量0.6%的碱性蛋白酶、0.2%的复合风味蛋白酶搅拌均匀,加入食用碱,调PH值为9,酶解温度55℃,酶解时间5小时;然后,高温高压使酶灭活;过滤,得到酶解液,向酶解液中加入食用酒精至60%浓度,经过纳滤得提取物;
(3)取所得初提油的11%重量,与提取物混合,加入适量水,充分搅拌分散,离心、过滤去渣,得分离混合油;
(4)将分离混合油与剩余的初提油、压榨油混合,加热至85℃,保温30分钟,冷却后,再除渣即得。

1.饴糖祛风散寒芝麻油,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:黑芝麻300-320、饴糖100-120、亚麻籽50-70、藤椒80-90、椰子壳60-70、芍药40-50、桂枝60-70、生姜30-40、大枣50-60、炙甘草50-70、水、食用酒精适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种饴糖祛风散寒芝麻油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黑芝麻、亚麻籽放入锅中,炒至出香,通过亚临界萃取法提取得到初提油;萃取渣备用;将藤椒、椰子壳放入烤箱中烤至水分干,将其碾磨成藤椒椰壳粉;将其它剩余成分粉碎加水提取,得到水提物,及水提渣;
(2)将所述的萃取渣、油渣、水提渣混合,加入3-5倍量水,及相当于总重量0.4-0.6%的碱性蛋白酶、0.1-0.2%的复合风味蛋白酶搅拌均匀,加入食用碱,调PH值为8-9,酶解温度45-55℃,酶解时间5-6小时;然后,高温高压使酶灭活;过滤,得到酶解液,向酶解液中加入食用酒精至60-70%浓度,经过纳滤得提取物;
(3)取所得初提油的9-11%重量,与提取物混合,加入适量水,充分搅拌分散,离心、过滤去渣,得分离混合油;
(4)将分离混合油与剩余的初提油、压榨油混合,加热至60-85℃,保温20-30分钟,冷却后,再除渣即得。
