一种滑石祛风散寒芝麻油,由以下重量份原料制成:黑芝麻300‑320、亚麻籽30‑40、核桃50‑60、藤椒70‑80、椰子壳50‑60、滑石100‑120、淡黄芩60‑90、绵茵陈80‑100、石菖蒲50‑80、川贝母30‑50、木通30‑50、藿香30‑50、连翘30‑50、白蔻仁30‑50、薄荷30‑50、射干30‑50等;在制备过程中添加藤椒具有祛风散寒作用,滑石清热利湿而解暑;茵陈清热利湿而退黄;黄芩清热燥湿,泻火解毒,三者相伍,清热利湿,两擅其长;诸药相合,重在清热利湿,兼事芳化行气,解毒利咽能清热祛湿,适合于风湿骨痛,疲乏、咽肿、发黄、眼皮跳、口渴、胸闷、单腹胀大、腹满、腹泻、小便黄赤、小便疼痛、毛发变异等有湿热证候者食用。

本发明涉及一种滑石祛风散寒芝麻油的配方及其制备方法,属于技术领域:生物与新医药技术,现代农业技术,农产品精深加工与现代储运:农林产品及特种资源增值加工。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,食品、食用调料行业也在发生着变化,调味油在口味以及产品种类上做出了很大的突破,但是很少有食品具有特殊的功效,这越来越不能满足人们对调味油高标准要求,应运市场的发展,调味油行业有待创新发展。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供滑石祛风散寒芝麻油及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:滑石祛风散寒芝麻油,由以下重量份原料制成:黑芝麻300-320、亚麻籽30-40、核桃50-60、藤椒70-80、椰子壳50-60、滑石100-120、淡黄芩60-90、绵茵陈80-100、石菖蒲50-80、川贝母30-50、木通30-50、藿香30-50、连翘30-50、白蔻仁30-50、薄荷30-50、射干30-50、水、食用酒精适量。
一种滑石祛风散寒芝麻油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黑芝麻、亚麻籽、核桃放入锅中,炒至出香,通过亚临界萃取法提取得到初提油;萃取渣备用;将藤椒、椰子壳放入烤箱中烤至水分干,将其碾磨成藤椒椰壳粉;将其它剩余成分粉碎加水提取,得到水提物,及水提渣;
(2)将所述的萃取渣、藤椒椰壳粉、水提渣混合,加入3-5倍量水,及相当于总重量0.4-0.6%的碱性蛋白酶、0.1-0.2%的复合风味蛋白酶搅拌均匀,加入食用碱,调PH值为8-9,酶解温度45-55℃,酶解时间5-6小时;然后,高温高压使酶灭活;过滤,得到酶解液,向酶解液中加入食用酒精至60-70%浓度,经过纳滤得提取物;
(3)取所得初提油的9-11%重量,与提取物混合,加入适量水,充分搅拌分散,离心、过滤去渣,得分离混合油;
(4)将分离混合油与剩余的初提油、压榨油混合,加热至60-85℃,保温20-30分钟,冷却后,再除渣即得。
本发明的优点是:在制备过程中添加藤椒具有祛风散寒作用,滑石清热利湿而解暑;茵陈清热利湿而退黄;黄芩清热燥湿,泻火解毒,三者相伍,清热利湿,两擅其长;石菖蒲、藿香辟秽和中,宣湿浊之壅滞;白豆蔻芳香悦脾,令气畅而湿行;木通清利湿热,导湿热从小便而去;连翘、射干、贝母、薄荷,解毒利咽,散结消肿;诸药相合,重在清热利湿,兼事芳化行气,解毒利咽能清热祛湿,适合于风湿骨痛,疲乏、咽肿、发黄、眼皮跳、口渴、胸闷、单腹胀大、腹满、腹泻、小便黄赤、小便疼痛、毛发变异等有湿热证候者食用。
本发明提供一种简便、营养价值和保健养生、工艺合理的滑石祛风散寒芝麻油生产方法,能够为小批量特种油脂生产提供技术支持,适于在食用油生产技术领域推广。
具体实施方式
一种滑石祛风散寒芝麻油,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:黑芝麻320、亚麻籽40、核桃60、藤椒80、椰子壳60、滑石120、淡黄芩90、绵茵陈100、石菖蒲50、川贝母30、木通30、藿香30、连翘30、白蔻仁30、薄荷30、射干30、水、食用酒精适量。
滑石祛风散寒芝麻油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黑芝麻、亚麻籽、核桃放入锅中,炒至出香,通过亚临界萃取法提取得到初提油;萃取渣备用;将藤椒、椰子壳放入烤箱中烤至水分干,将其碾磨成藤椒椰壳粉;将其它剩余成分粉碎加水提取,得到水提物,及水提渣;
(2)将所述的萃取渣、藤椒椰壳粉、水提渣混合,加入5倍量水,及相当于总重量0.6%的碱性蛋白酶、0.2%的复合风味蛋白酶搅拌均匀,加入食用碱,调PH值为9,酶解温度55℃,酶解时间6小时;然后,高温高压使酶灭活;过滤,得到酶解液,向酶解液中加入食用酒精至70%浓度,经过纳滤得提取物;
(3)取所得初提油的11%重量,与提取物混合,加入适量水,充分搅拌分散,离心、过滤去渣,得分离混合油;
(4)将分离混合油与剩余的初提油、压榨油混合,加热至85℃,保温30分钟,冷却后,再除渣即得。

1.滑石祛风散寒芝麻油,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:黑芝麻300-320、亚麻籽30-40、核桃50-60、藤椒70-80、椰子壳50-60、滑石100-120、淡黄芩60-90、绵茵陈80-100、石菖蒲50-80、川贝母30-50、木通30-50、藿香30-50、连翘30-50、白蔻仁30-50、薄荷30-50、射干30-50、水、食用酒精适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种滑石祛风散寒芝麻油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黑芝麻、亚麻籽、核桃放入锅中,炒至出香,通过亚临界萃取法提取得到初提油;萃取渣备用;将藤椒、椰子壳放入烤箱中烤至水分干,将其碾磨成藤椒椰壳粉;将其它剩余成分粉碎加水提取,得到水提物,及水提渣;
