Abstract
本发明涉及一种柔性管边缘部(10),包括:主膜(20)和装饰膜(30),其中,所述装饰膜(30)包括装饰基底和密封外层(33),所述装饰基底设置在所述主膜(20)的至少一个表面的整个表面上,并且在所述密封外层(33)下面。本发明还涉及一种包括这样的柔性管边缘部(10)的柔性管。本发明还涉及一种用于生产这样的柔性管边缘部(10)的方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及柔性管边缘部(tube skirt),其用于具有高度装饰的外表面的管,特别是用于设计为储存和分配液体至膏状产品,更具体的化妆品和化妆用品的管。
背景技术
在特别是用于化妆品和化妆用品的层压管领域,外观标准和装饰非常重要。上述管通常需要有高度装饰的表面,包括闪亮的金属、全息的效果和定制的颜色。
已知使用传统的挤出-层压或粘合剂-层压的多层膜,例如并入到各种基底(PET、PP或PE)上的金属化膜或印刷膜,来获得高度装饰的表面。这些方法需要使用通过挤出-层压或粘合剂-层压而被层压在一起的若干独立的膜。因此,每个独立的膜用不同的方法来生产,并且具有不一致的分子取向,导致最终层压结构的热变形,并易于应力开裂。
而且,为了在管形成过程中获得重叠侧接缝,通常需要避免在侧接缝区域内的装饰,因为它不耐受接合条件和/或它干扰接合步骤。结果,沿着重叠侧接缝区域内的管长度可以看见未被装饰的线。
因此,需要一种甚至在侧接缝区域内仍能提供更好的全貌的用于柔性管边缘部的材料。
发明内容
为了达到上述目的,本发明涉及一种柔性管边缘部,特别是层压边缘部,包括主膜和装饰膜,其中所述装饰膜包括装饰基底和密封外层,所述装饰基底设置在所述主膜的至少一个表面的整个表面上,并且在所述密封外层下面。
装饰基底位于密封外层下面可以保护装饰基底免受在生产和/或储存和/或使用柔性管的过程中可能发生的热变形、刮擦或其他损害。密封层进一步在装饰基底上提供接合表面,以这种方式可以在成品管的整体圆周和表面上,甚至在现有方法通常避免的关键区域内提供该装饰基底。

所述基础层选自聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)和/或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),
所述装饰部朝向所述装饰膜的所述密封外层,
所述装饰部朝向所述主膜,
所述基础层具有5μm~50μm的厚度,更优选10μm~30μm的厚度,
所述装饰膜的所述密封外层是透明的,
所述装饰膜的所述密封外层包括PE材料,
所述装饰膜的所述密封外层具有5μm~90μm的厚度,更优选10μm~80μm的厚度,
所述装饰膜进一步印刷在所述装饰部上和/或所述密封外层上,
所述主膜是吹塑膜,
所述装饰膜的所述基础层设置在所述主膜的顶层,
所述主膜是占最终的柔性管边缘部的至少70质量%的多层膜,
所述主膜具有100μm~500μm的厚度,更优选200μm~350μm的厚度,
所述主膜是包括至少一个阻挡层的多层膜,该阻挡层诸如乙烯乙烯醇(ethylenevinyl alcohol,EVOH)层,或尼龙,或非晶聚酰胺(APA),
所述主膜是由不包括阻挡层的聚合物层组成的多层膜,
所述主膜包括3~22个层,
所述主膜印刷在朝向所述装饰膜的表面上,
所述主膜和所述装饰膜通过含溶剂的粘合剂、不含溶剂的粘合剂、UV粘合剂-层压或通过挤出-层压进行组装;
所述装饰膜和所述主膜的所述密封外层由中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)形成,
所述柔性管边缘部可以(用油墨)印刷在装饰膜的所述密封外层上。
本发明还涉及一种包括前述柔性管边缘部的柔性管。
本发明还涉及一种用于生产前述柔性管边缘部的方法,所述方法包括:
将所述主膜和所述装饰膜组装为条状物;
通过将所述条状物卷起产生筒形套管;
通过将所述条状物的两个相对的纵侧重叠接合来沿所述套管形成侧接缝;
其中,所述装饰膜的装饰基底设置在所述主膜的至少一个表面的整个表面上,包括在所述侧接缝的区域内。
为了限制最终结构的变形和/或应力开裂,柔性管边缘部必须通过最少的步骤和组装有限数量的膜来获得。在本发明中,层压产品通过组装两个膜来获得,限制了脱层和变形的风险。
根据本发明各方面,可单独或组合采用以下方面:
所述方法进一步包括提供所述主膜和所述装饰膜的初始步骤,
所述主膜和所述装饰膜通过含溶剂的粘合剂、不含溶剂的粘合剂、UV粘合剂-层压或通过挤出-层压进行组装,
切割所述套管至所需长度,以获得所述柔性管边缘部。

具体实施方式
在所有附图中,共同的元件提供有相同的附图标记。
在图1至图5各图中,柔性管边缘部10包括主膜20和装饰膜30。在每个实施方式中,装饰膜30包括装饰基底和密封外层33。根据本发明,装饰基底设置在所述主膜20的至少一个表面的整个表面上,并且位于该密封外层33下面。换句话说,主膜20没有既被装饰基底覆盖又被密封外层33覆盖的区域。
装饰基底可以包括基础层31和装饰部32。该装饰部32设置在所述基础层31上。在这种实施方式中,主膜完全被所述基础层31覆盖,该基础层31完全被所述装饰部32覆盖,该装饰部32完全被所述密封外层33覆盖。
基础层31可选自聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)和/或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。优选地,基础层31具有5μm~50μm的厚度,更优选10μm~30μm的厚度。
优选地,装饰部32设置在基础层31的一个表面上,从而装饰部32朝向装饰膜30的密封外层33或朝向主膜20。
在图2和图4示出的实施方式中,基础层31为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),并且装饰部32朝向装饰膜30的密封外层33。
在图3和图5示出的实施方式中,基础层31为双轴取向的聚丙烯(BOPP),并且装饰部32朝向主膜20。在该实施方式中,基础层31优选是透明的,从而装饰部32清晰可见。
装饰部32可以是金属化的、全息的和/或印刷的表面,并且装饰膜的密封外层33用作保护层,特别是在图2和图4的实施方式中。在所有实施方式中,密封外层33优选是透明的,从而装饰部从管外侧清晰可见。它可以包括PE材料,并且它可以是包括PE的多层或涂层。一般来讲,所述装饰膜30的密封外层33具有5μm~90μm的厚度,更优选10μm~80μm的厚度。密封外层33的厚度取决于例如各层的性质。
如图1所示,一旦形成,上述柔性管边缘部可以包括重叠侧接缝40,即通过叠合层压膜的两个相对侧获得的接缝。优选地,主膜20为多层膜,其可以包括用装饰膜30的密封外层33密封的外密封层21。
侧接缝可通过在管工业中已知的方法来完成。具体地,它可以通过热密封来获得。在这种情况下,主膜的外密封层21和装饰膜30的密封外层33是热密封外层。
在本发明中,如图1所示,装饰膜30的外密封层33允许将装饰部32设置在所述基础层31的至少一个表面的整个表面上,甚至在侧接缝40的区域内。
为了完成并增强管的装饰外观,装饰膜30可以进一步印刷在装饰部32上和/或密封外层33上和/或朝向所述装饰膜30的表面上的主膜20上。可以使用已知的表面印刷方法,诸如UV-柔性版方法。
主膜20可以是吹塑膜,即通过将作为热熔体的若干聚合物材料的组合物共挤出通过管形式的模口,并且将冷却空气流吹到其上以形成筒形泡而获得的膜。一旦吹塑膜泡冷却,用夹持辊在所希望的点处折叠,得到厚度均匀的多层主膜。吹塑膜技术在本领域是公知的。
使用这种技术,主膜的各层具有类似的分子取向轮廓并且不表现出矛盾的分子取向轮廓和/或应力模式。因此,各层不表现出竞争力或应力,且不会具有在应力开裂和/或脱层方面弱的缺点。此外,一旦形成,最终的柔性管不会发生最终危及最终产品结构完整性的椭圆化和其他变形。
如前所述,主膜20可以是多层膜。优选它包括3~22层。其中至少一层可以是阻挡层,如乙烯乙烯醇(EVOH)层。其他层可以选自聚乙烯,例如低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)或它们的混合物;或乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)。在各层之间,可以设置接合层和/或粘合剂涂层以增强粘合性,例如尤其是在阻挡层表面上的粘合性。优选主膜20具有100μm~500μm的厚度,更优选200μm~350μm的厚度。
边缘部的各层中,主膜20包括位于与管内部接触的底层(例如图1的密封外层21)和邻近组装层(例如图2至图5中示出的层51或53)的顶层之间的层,该组装层位于主膜20和装饰膜30之间,更准确地位于主膜20和基础层31(即装饰部32设置在其上的层)之间。
在优选的实施方式中,将底层、顶层以及它们之间的所有层考虑在内,主膜20占最终的柔性管边缘部10的至少70质量%。
主膜20和装饰膜30可以通过本领域已知的方法组装。它可以使用含溶剂的粘合剂、不含溶剂的粘合剂、UV粘合剂-层压或通过挤出-层压。通常,装饰基底和外密封层33也可以用类似的方法组装。
在图2和图3所示的粘合剂-层压处理的情况下,柔性管边缘部可以包括如前所述作为组装层且界定主膜和装饰膜的粘合剂层51。该粘合剂层51可以包括聚氨酯。
在图2所示的实施方式中,用粘合剂层,如层52,组装密封外层33和经装饰的基础层31,该粘合剂层可以包括聚氨酯。
在图4和图5所示的挤出-层压处理的情况下,柔性管边缘部可以包括如前所述作为组装层提及的且界定主膜和装饰膜的挤出层53。该挤出层可以是称为接合层的单层,或可以包括两层:接合层和PE层,如低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)。该接合层可以包括乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)。
在图4所示的实施方式中,用挤出层,如层54,组装密封外层33和经装饰的基础层31,该挤出层可以是包括乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)的称为接合层的单层,或可以包括两层:包括乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)的接合层和PE层,如低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)。
可以用粘合剂层,如图2中的层52,或用挤出层,如图4中的层54,组装密封外层33和经装饰的基础层31。或者,可以通过共挤出来生产层54和密封外层33,由此涂覆图4中的装饰部32或图5中的基础层31。

有利地,第一层和最后一层(层1和层17)由MDPE形成,以更好地密封。换句话说,装饰膜和主膜的密封外层由MDPE形成。
MDPE的熔体流动指数在0.9gm/10分钟至3.5gm/10分钟之间的范围内(2.16kg,190摄氏度)。
MDPE的熔点在122~125摄氏度之间的范围内。

3.根据权利要求2所述的柔性管边缘部(10),其中,所述装饰部(32)是金属化的、全息的和/或印刷的表面。
