Abstract
Description
− 前記柔軟なチューブスカートがオーバーラップサイドシームを含む、

− 前記基層は、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレン(PE)及び/又はポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)から選択される、

− 前記一次フィルムは、インフレーションフィルムである、
− 装飾フィルムの前記基層は、前記一次フィルムの上層の上に適用される、
− 前記一次フィルムは、最終的な柔軟なチューブスカートの少なくとも70質量%に相当する多層フィルムである、
− 前記一次フィルムは、100から500μmの、より好ましくは、200から350μmの厚みである、
− 前記一次フィルムは、エチレンビニルアルコール(EVOH)層、又は、ナイロン又は非晶質ポリアミド(APA)のような、少なくとも一つのバリア層を含む多層フィルムである、
− 前記一次フィルムは、バリア層を含まないポリマー層からなる多層フィルムである、
− 前記一次フィルムは、3層から22層を含む、
− 前記一次フィルムは、前記装飾フィルムに向けられた表面上に印刷される、
− 前記一次フィルム及び前記装飾フィルムは、溶剤型接着、非溶剤型接着、UV接着ラミネーション又は押出ラミネーションにより組み合わされる、
− 前記装飾フィルムの前記融着可能な外層及び前記一次フィルムは、中密度ポリエチレン(MDPE)からなる、
− 前記柔軟なチューブスカートは、前記装飾フィルムの前記融着可能な外層上に(インクで)印刷されることができる。
− 前記一次フィルムと前記装飾フィルムを帯として組み合わせるステップ、
− 該帯を回転することで円筒状のスリーブを製造するステップ、
− 該帯の二つの向かい合った長軸方向側のオーバーラップ溶着によって、スリーブに沿ってサイドシームを形成するステップを含み、
前記装飾フィルムの前記装飾基材は、サイドシームの領域を含めて、前記一次フィルムの表面の少なくとも一つの全面にわたって適用される。
− 前記工程は、さらに前記一次フィルム及び前記装飾フィルムを与える初期ステップを含む、

Claims (16)
- 一次フィルム(20)と、装飾フィルム(30)を含む柔軟なチューブスカート(10)であって、装飾フィルム(30)は、装飾基材及び融着可能な外層(33)を含み、装飾基材は、一次フィルム(20)の表面の少なくとも一つの全面に適用され、及び、融着可能な外層(33)の下側にある、上記柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 前記柔軟なチューブスカート(10)は、オーバーラップサイドシーム(40)を含み、装飾フィルム(30)の層は一次フィルム(20)の層に直接融着されている、請求項1に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 前記柔軟なチューブスカート(10)は、オーバーラップサイドシーム(40)を含み、装飾フィルム(30)の前記融着可能な外層(33)は、一次フィルム(20)の外側融着可能層(21)に融着されている、請求項1又は2に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 前記装飾基材は、サイドシーム(40)の領域にある、請求項1から3までに記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 前記装飾基材は、基層(31)及び装飾(32)を含み、該装飾(32)は該基層(31)上に適用される、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 前記装飾(32)は、金属化(メタライズ)された、ホログラフィックな、及び/又は印刷された表面である、請求項5に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 前記基層(31)は、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン及び/又はポリエチレンテレフタラートから選択される、請求項5又は6のいずれか一項に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 前記装飾(32)は、前記装飾フィルム(30)の前記融着可能な外層(33)に、及び/又は前記一次フィルム(20)に向けられている、請求項5から7までのいずれか一項に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 前記装飾フィルム(30)は、装飾(32)上、及び/又は融着可能な外層(33)上にさらに印刷されている、請求項5から8までのいずれか一項に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 前記装飾フィルム(30)の前記融着可能な外層(33)は、透明であり、PE材料を含む、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 前記一次フィルム(20)は、インフレーションフィルムである、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 前記一次フィルム(20)は、最終的な柔軟なチューブスカート(10)の少なくとも70質量%に相当する多層フィルムである、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 前記一次フィルム(20)は、エチレンビニルアルコール(EVOH)層のような、少なくとも一つのバリア層を含む多層フィルムである、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 前記一次フィルム(20)は、前記装飾フィルム(30)に向けられた表面上に印刷される、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)を含む柔軟なチューブ。
- − 前記一次フィルム(20)と前記装飾フィルム(30)を帯として組み合わせるステップ、
− 該帯を回転することで円筒状のスリーブを製造するステップ、
− 該帯の二つの向かい合った長軸方向側のオーバーラップ溶着によって、該スリーブに沿ってサイドシーム(40)を形成するステップを含み、
装飾フィルム(30)の前記装飾基材は、サイドシーム(40)の領域を含めて、前記一次フィルム(20)の表面の少なくとも一つの全面にわたって適用される、請求項1から15までのいずれか一項に記載の柔軟なチューブスカート(10)を製造する方法。
