(1)将所述质量份数的聚丁二烯环氧树脂、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、熟桐油、碳酸二乙酯、烯丙基硫醚、亚麻籽油、硬脂酸甘油酯、甲硝唑、壳聚糖、硫酸铜、纳米改性竹炭、二氧化钛粉末、风化煤、高铝细粉、铬酸锂粉末、铬酸锌、硅铝酸钠粉末、硅酸铝粉末、硅藻粉予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度5000~5400r/min左右,分散时间为30~60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的对甲苯酚、聚磷酸铵、磷酸三甲酚酯、六溴环十二烷、对硝基苯甲酸,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min左右,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的多异氰酸酯、二苯基硅二醇、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、二甲基酮肟,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
该发明的有益效果在于:本发明中的纺织服装面料阻燃抗菌涂层,由以下组分组成:聚丁二烯环氧树脂、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、熟桐油、碳酸二乙酯、烯丙基硫醚、亚麻籽油、硬脂酸甘油酯、甲硝唑、壳聚糖、硫酸铜、纳米改性竹炭、二氧化钛粉末、风化煤、高铝细粉、铬酸锂粉末、铬酸锌、硅铝酸钠粉末、硅酸铝粉末、硅藻粉、对甲苯酚、聚磷酸铵、磷酸三甲酚酯、六溴环十二烷、对硝基苯甲酸、多异氰酸酯、二苯基硅二醇、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、二甲基酮肟。本发明产品具有较为优越的阻燃、耐酸碱、防霉变抗菌性能,改善了产品性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行描述,以便更好的理解本发明。
实施例1
本实施例中的纺织服装面料阻燃抗菌涂层,由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚丁二烯环氧树脂24份、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺22份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯22份、熟桐油20份、碳酸二乙酯22份、烯丙基硫醚22份、亚麻籽油20份、硬脂酸甘油酯22份、甲硝唑22份、壳聚糖20份、硫酸铜20份、纳米改性竹炭20份、二氧化钛粉末22份、风化煤20份、高铝细粉18份、铬酸锂粉末22份、铬酸锌20份、硅铝酸钠粉末18份、硅酸铝粉末20份、硅藻粉18份、对甲苯酚18份、聚磷酸铵20份、磷酸三甲酚酯20份、六溴环十二烷20份、对硝基苯甲酸20份、多异氰酸酯20份、二苯基硅二醇20份、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯20份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯20份、二甲基酮肟18份。
上述纺织服装面料阻燃抗菌涂层制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的聚丁二烯环氧树脂、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、熟桐油、碳酸二乙酯、烯丙基硫醚、亚麻籽油、硬脂酸甘油酯、甲硝唑、壳聚糖、硫酸铜、纳米改性竹炭、二氧化钛粉末、风化煤、高铝细粉、铬酸锂粉末、铬酸锌、硅铝酸钠粉末、硅酸铝粉末、硅藻粉予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5400r/min左右,分散时间为60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的对甲苯酚、聚磷酸铵、磷酸三甲酚酯、六溴环十二烷、对硝基苯甲酸,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的多异氰酸酯、二苯基硅二醇、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、二甲基酮肟,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度4800r/min左右,分散时间为40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例2
本实施例中的纺织服装面料阻燃抗菌涂层,由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚丁二烯环氧树脂26份、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺24份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯24份、熟桐油22份、碳酸二乙酯24份、烯丙基硫醚24份、亚麻籽油22份、硬脂酸甘油酯24份、甲硝唑24份、壳聚糖22份、硫酸铜22份、纳米改性竹炭22份、二氧化钛粉末24份、风化煤22份、高铝细粉20份、铬酸锂粉末24份、铬酸锌22份、硅铝酸钠粉末20份、硅酸铝粉末22份、硅藻粉20份、对甲苯酚20份、聚磷酸铵22份、磷酸三甲酚酯22份、六溴环十二烷22份、对硝基苯甲酸22份、多异氰酸酯22份、二苯基硅二醇22份、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯22份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯22份、二甲基酮肟20份。
上述纺织服装面料阻燃抗菌涂层制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的聚丁二烯环氧树脂、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、熟桐油、碳酸二乙酯、烯丙基硫醚、亚麻籽油、硬脂酸甘油酯、甲硝唑、壳聚糖、硫酸铜、纳米改性竹炭、二氧化钛粉末、风化煤、高铝细粉、铬酸锂粉末、铬酸锌、硅铝酸钠粉末、硅酸铝粉末、硅藻粉予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为45min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的对甲苯酚、聚磷酸铵、磷酸三甲酚酯、六溴环十二烷、对硝基苯甲酸,超声高速分散,超声波频率为27kHz,分散速度5000r/min左右,分散时间为40min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的多异氰酸酯、二苯基硅二醇、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、二甲基酮肟,超声高速分散,超声波频率为25kHz,分散速度4700r/min左右,分散时间为30min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例3
本实施例中的纺织服装面料阻燃抗菌涂层,由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚丁二烯环氧树脂28份、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺26份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯26份、熟桐油24份、碳酸二乙酯26份、烯丙基硫醚26份、亚麻籽油24份、硬脂酸甘油酯26份、甲硝唑26份、壳聚糖24份、硫酸铜24份、纳米改性竹炭24份、二氧化钛粉末26份、风化煤24份、高铝细粉22份、铬酸锂粉末26份、铬酸锌24份、硅铝酸钠粉末22份、硅酸铝粉末24份、硅藻粉22份、对甲苯酚22份、聚磷酸铵24份、磷酸三甲酚酯24份、六溴环十二烷24份、对硝基苯甲酸24份、多异氰酸酯24份、二苯基硅二醇24份、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯24份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯24份、二甲基酮肟22份。
上述纺织服装面料阻燃抗菌涂层制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的聚丁二烯环氧树脂、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、熟桐油、碳酸二乙酯、烯丙基硫醚、亚麻籽油、硬脂酸甘油酯、甲硝唑、壳聚糖、硫酸铜、纳米改性竹炭、二氧化钛粉末、风化煤、高铝细粉、铬酸锂粉末、铬酸锌、硅铝酸钠粉末、硅酸铝粉末、硅藻粉予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的对甲苯酚、聚磷酸铵、磷酸三甲酚酯、六溴环十二烷、对硝基苯甲酸,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的多异氰酸酯、二苯基硅二醇、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、二甲基酮肟,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明产品具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、防霉变、抗菌性能。

1.一种纺织服装面料阻燃抗菌涂层,其特征在于:由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚丁二烯环氧树脂24~28份、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺22~26份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯22~26份、熟桐油20~24份、碳酸二乙酯22~26份、烯丙基硫醚22~26份、亚麻籽油20~24份、硬脂酸甘油酯22~26份、甲硝唑22~26份、壳聚糖20~24份、硫酸铜20~24份、纳米改性竹炭20~24份、二氧化钛粉末22~26份、风化煤20~24份、高铝细粉18~22份、铬酸锂粉末22~26份、铬酸锌20~24份、硅铝酸钠粉末18~22份、硅酸铝粉末20~24份、硅藻粉18~22份、对甲苯酚18~22份、聚磷酸铵20~24份、磷酸三甲酚酯20~24份、六溴环十二烷20~24份、对硝基苯甲酸20~24份、多异氰酸酯20~24份、二苯基硅二醇20~24份、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯20~24份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯20~24份、二甲基酮肟18~22份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织服装面料阻燃抗菌涂层,其特征在于:所述纺织服装面料阻燃抗菌涂层由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚丁二烯环氧树脂24份、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺22份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯22份、熟桐油20份、碳酸二乙酯22份、烯丙基硫醚22份、亚麻籽油20份、硬脂酸甘油酯22份、甲硝唑22份、壳聚糖20份、硫酸铜20份、纳米改性竹炭20份、二氧化钛粉末22份、风化煤20份、高铝细粉18份、铬酸锂粉末22份、铬酸锌20份、硅铝酸钠粉末18份、硅酸铝粉末20份、硅藻粉18份、对甲苯酚18份、聚磷酸铵20份、磷酸三甲酚酯20份、六溴环十二烷20份、对硝基苯甲酸20份、多异氰酸酯20份、二苯基硅二醇20份、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯20份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯20份、二甲基酮肟18份。

(1)将所述质量份数的聚丁二烯环氧树脂、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、熟桐油、碳酸二乙酯、烯丙基硫醚、亚麻籽油、硬脂酸甘油酯、甲硝唑、壳聚糖、硫酸铜、纳米改性竹炭、二氧化钛粉末、风化煤、高铝细粉、铬酸锂粉末、铬酸锌、硅铝酸钠粉末、硅酸铝粉末、硅藻粉予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度约5000~5400r/min,分散时间为30~60min左右;
(2)加入所述质量份数的对甲苯酚、聚磷酸铵、磷酸三甲酚酯、六溴环十二烷、对硝基苯甲酸,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度为约4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min左右;
(3)加入所述质量份数的多异氰酸酯、二苯基硅二醇、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、二甲基酮肟,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度为约4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min左右;混合均匀后制得本品。
