Abstract

本发明涉及一种聚酯阻燃帆布的制备方法,属于纺织技术领域。首先制得第一与第二浸胶液,接着将聚酯帆布在第一浸胶液中浸渍并在高温下进行烘干,再将聚酯帆布在第二浸胶液中浸渍并在高温下进行烘干。本发明通过两次浸胶制得的聚酯阻燃帆布,具有极佳的阻燃效果和与橡胶的粘合效果,为阻燃输送带的制造提供了很大的便利。

一种聚酯阻燃帆布的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚酯阻燃帆布的制备方法,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
随着行业内对煤矿井下用输送带的阻燃性能要求越来越严格,在橡胶上提高阻燃性能已不能满足现有的输送带阻燃要求,因此在输送带骨架层—帆布上提高阻燃性能已成为行业内的热点。
国内现有的输送带用阻燃帆布的制备大体可以分为以下几种:(1)在原有帆布工艺上,在浸胶液中加入阻燃剂来提高帆布的阻燃性能,这类阻燃帆布虽然与橡胶粘合较好,但阻燃效果差,不能做到“离火自熄”;(2)采用氯丁胶乳或其他的卤代烃代替原有的丁吡胶乳进行浸胶,提高帆布浸胶层的阻燃性能,这类阻燃帆布与橡胶粘合力值低,实际使用时易出现脱层等现象;(3)在帆布结构中并用芳纶纤维,利用芳纶的难燃性来提高帆布整体的阻燃性能,这类阻燃帆布存在成本高、抗弯折性能不好等问题。
而环磷酸酯作为一种聚酯阻燃剂具有无毒、阻燃效果好等优点,早已运用在居家布料、防火面料等领域,但环磷酸酯呈酸性,并不能使用传统浸胶工艺进行处理,因此在输送带用阻燃帆布领域使用不广。如何使聚酯帆布具有更佳的阻燃效果,并且与橡胶之间的粘合性能更好,已成为目前纺织技术领域急需解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足之处,提供一种聚酯阻燃帆布的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案,一种聚酯阻燃帆布的制备方法,按重量份计步骤如下:
(1)第一次浸渍:
a、第一浸胶液的制备:取水性环磷酸酯5~20份、水性环氧树脂5~20份、氢氧化钠溶液3~10份和去离子水80~100份,充分混合;
b、浸渍:将聚酯帆布在第一浸胶液中浸渍,浸后在150~200℃条件下烘干0.5~2h,随后在室温中冷却1~4h,得到一浴浸胶聚酯帆布;
(2)第二次浸胶:
c、第二浸胶液的制备:取氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳40~80份、三氧化二锑3~10份、RF树脂液70~100份、橡胶硫化活性剂1~5份、环氧树脂固化剂2~5份、去离子水30~50份,充分混合;
d、浸渍:将步骤(1)所得一浴浸胶聚酯帆布放入步骤c配置的第二浸胶液中浸渍,浸后在180~210℃条件下烘干0.5~2h,即得到产品聚酯阻燃帆布。
所述氢氧化钠溶液质量百分浓度为5%~20%。
所述RF树脂液由以下原料制备,配方比例按重量百分比计:质量百分浓度为5%~20%的氢氧化钠溶液4~8份、间苯二酚5~10份、甲醛7~14份和去离子水80~100份。
所述的环氧树脂固化剂为2-甲基咪唑、2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑或邻苯二甲酸酐中的一种或几种的混合物。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用两次浸胶处理,第一次浸胶利用水性环磷酸酯使聚酯帆布材料自身具有极好的阻燃效果,第二次浸胶利用氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳和三氧化二锑使聚酯帆布表面形成阻燃效果极佳的浸胶层。并且环氧树脂固化剂和氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳的作用,使得环磷酸酯处理后的帆布表面形成强度较高、与橡胶粘合极佳的浸胶层。通过两次浸胶制得的聚酯阻燃帆布,具有极佳的阻燃效果和与橡胶的粘合效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1一种聚酯阻燃帆布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一种聚酯阻燃帆布的制备方法,按重量份计步骤如下:
(1)第一次浸渍:
a、第一浸胶液的制备:取水性环磷酸酯7份、水性环氧树脂10份、质量百分浓度15%的氢氧化钠溶液6份、去离子水90份,充分混合;
b、浸渍:将聚酯帆布在第一浸胶液中浸渍,浸后在200℃条件下烘干1h,随后在室温中冷却2h,得到一浴浸胶聚酯帆布;
(2)第二次浸胶:
c、第二浸胶液的制备:取氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳60份、三氧化二锑7份、由以下按重量份配比的原料:质量百分浓度10%的氢氧化钠溶液5份、间苯二酚8份、甲醛10份、去离子水80份制成的RF树脂液75份、由1份氧化锌和1份硬脂酸组成的橡胶硫化活性剂共计2份、由2-甲基咪唑1份和邻苯二甲酸酐1份组成的环氧固化剂共计2份、去离子水35份,充分混合;
d、浸渍:将步骤(1)所得一浴浸胶聚酯帆布放入步骤c配置的第二浸胶液中浸渍,浸后在210℃条件下烘干0.5h,即得到产品聚酯阻燃帆布。
聚酯阻燃帆布的阻燃性能和粘合性能如表1所示。
实施例2一种聚酯阻燃帆布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)第一次浸渍:
a、第一浸胶液的制备:取水性环磷酸酯15份、水性环氧树脂17份、质量百分浓度20%的氢氧化钠溶液4份、去离子水95份,充分混合;
b、浸渍:将聚酯帆布在第一浸胶液中浸渍,浸后在190℃条件下烘干0.5h,随后在室温中冷却1h,得到一浴浸胶聚酯帆布;
(2)第二次浸胶:
c、第二浸胶液的制备:取氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳45份、三氧化二锑4份、由以下按重量份配比的原料:质量百分浓度8%的氢氧化钠溶液7份、间苯二酚7份、甲醛14份、去离子水90份制成的RF树脂液80份、由2份氧化锌和1份硬脂酸组成的橡胶硫化活性剂共计3份、2-甲基咪唑4份、去离子水50份,充分混合;
d、浸渍:将步骤(1)所得一浴浸胶聚酯帆布放入步骤c配置的第二浸胶液中浸渍,浸后在190℃条件下烘干0.5h,即得到产品聚酯阻燃帆布。
聚酯阻燃帆布的阻燃性能和粘合性能如表1所示。
实施例3一种聚酯阻燃帆布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)第一次浸渍:
a、第一浸胶液的制备:取水性环磷酸酯19份、水性环氧树脂13份、质量百分浓度10%的氢氧化钠溶液8份、去离子水85份,充分混合;
b、浸渍:将聚酯帆布在第一浸胶液中浸渍,浸后在170℃条件下烘干2h,随后在室温中冷却3h,得到一浴浸胶聚酯帆布;
(2)第二次浸胶:
c、第二浸胶液的制备:取氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳75份、三氧化二锑9份、由以下按重量份配比的原料:质量百分浓度14%的氢氧化钠溶液6份、间苯二酚10份、甲醛8份、去离子水100份制成的RF树脂液95份、由2份氧化锌和2份硬脂酸组成的橡胶硫化活性剂共计4份、2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑4.5份、去离子水40份,充分混合;
d、浸渍:将步骤(1)所得一浴浸胶聚酯帆布放入步骤c配置的第二浸胶液中浸渍,浸后在205℃条件下烘干1h,即得到产品聚酯阻燃帆布。
聚酯阻燃帆布的阻燃性能和粘合性能如表1所示。

从表1所示,所测的实施例1、实施例2和实施例3的聚酯阻燃帆布具有极佳的阻燃效果和与橡胶粘合效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种聚酯阻燃帆布的制备方法,其特征是按重量份计步骤如下:
(1)第一次浸渍:
a、第一浸胶液的制备:取水性环磷酸酯5~20份、水性环氧树脂 5~20份、氢氧化钠溶液3~10份和去离子水80~100份,充分混合;
b、浸渍:将聚酯帆布在第一浸胶液中浸渍,浸后在150~200℃条件下烘干0.5~2h,随后在室温中冷却1~4h,得到一浴浸胶聚酯帆布;
(2)第二次浸胶:
c、第二浸胶液的制备:取氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳40~80份、三氧化二锑3~10份、RF树脂液70~100份、橡胶硫化活性剂1~5份、环氧树脂固化剂2~5份、去离子水30~50份,充分混合;
d、浸渍:将步骤(1)所得一浴浸胶聚酯帆布放入步骤c配置的第二浸胶液中浸渍,浸后在180~210℃条件下烘干0.5~2h,即得到产品聚酯阻燃帆布;
所述RF树脂液由以下原料制备,配方比例按重量百分比计:质量百分浓度为5%~20%的氢氧化钠溶液4~8份、间苯二酚5~10份、甲醛7~14份和去离子水80~100份。
2.如权利要求1所述聚酯阻燃帆布的制备方法,其特征是:所述氢氧化钠溶液质量百分浓度为5%~20%。
3.如权利要求1所述聚酯阻燃帆布的制备方法,其特征是:所述的环氧树脂固化剂为2-甲基咪唑、2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑或邻苯二甲酸酐中的一种或几种的混合物。
