(1)将所述质量份数的甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶、SEBS热塑性弹性体、聚酯氨基甲酸酯树脂、亚麻油、樟脑油、丙酸异戊酯、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、纯丙乳液、氧化苦参碱、8-羟基喹啉铜、氯化三乙基锡、丁香酚、纳米硫酸钡、聚六亚甲基胍、柠檬烯、磺胺嘧啶银、氯氧化锆粉末、苯基含氢硅树脂、硼镁石粉末、铬酸锶粉末予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度5000~5400r/min左右,分散时间为30~60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的十溴联苯醚、纳米氢氧化镁、三氯乙基磷酸酯、磷酸三氯乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min左右,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的聚丙烯酸乙酯、对氯间二甲苯酚、三异丙醇胺、对叔丁基苯甲酸、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得本品。

(2)加入所述质量份数的十溴联苯醚、纳米氢氧化镁、三氯乙基磷酸酯、磷酸三氯乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;

所述硼镁石粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为20~50目、50~70目、70~90目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为4∶5∶1。
所述亚麻油的粘度在25℃为100mpa.s。
上述纺织面料表面改性处理剂制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶、SEBS热塑性弹性体、聚酯氨基甲酸酯树脂、亚麻油、樟脑油、丙酸异戊酯、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、纯丙乳液、氧化苦参碱、8-羟基喹啉铜、氯化三乙基锡、丁香酚、纳米硫酸钡、聚六亚甲基胍、柠檬烯、磺胺嘧啶银、氯氧化锆粉末、苯基含氢硅树脂、硼镁石粉末、铬酸锶粉末予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的十溴联苯醚、纳米氢氧化镁、三氯乙基磷酸酯、磷酸三氯乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的聚丙烯酸乙酯、对氯间二甲苯酚、三异丙醇胺、对叔丁基苯甲酸、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明产品具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、防霉变、抗菌性能。

4.根据权利要求1至3所述的纺织面料表面改性处理剂,其特征在于:所述纺织面料表面改性处理剂由以下质量份数的组分组成:甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶32份、SEBS热塑性弹性体30份、聚酯氨基甲酸酯树脂30份、亚麻油28份、樟脑油30份、丙酸异戊酯30份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮28份、纯丙乳液30份、氧化苦参碱30份、8-羟基喹啉铜28份、氯化三乙基锡28份、丁香酚28份、纳米硫酸钡30份、聚六亚甲基胍28份、柠檬烯26份、磺胺嘧啶银30份、氯氧化锆粉末28份、苯基含氢硅树脂26份、硼镁石粉末28份、铬酸锶粉末26份、十溴联苯醚26份、纳米氢氧化镁26份、三氯乙基磷酸酯24份、磷酸三氯乙酯20份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯18份、聚丙烯酸乙酯18份、对氯间二甲苯酚18份、三异丙醇胺18份、对叔丁基苯甲酸18份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯18份。
5.根据权利要求1至4所述的纺织面料表面改性处理剂,其特征在于:所述铬酸锶粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为30~50目、50~80目、80~100目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为3~9∶4~8∶1。
6.根据权利要求1至4所述的纺织面料表面改性处理剂,其特征在于:所述氯氧化锆粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为30~50目、50~80目、80~100目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为3~7∶2~8∶1。
7.根据权利要求1至5所述的纺织面料表面改性处理剂,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯酸乙酯的粘度在25℃为120~140mpa.s。
8.根据权利要求1所述的纺织面料表面改性处理剂,其特征在于:所述硼镁石粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为20~50目、50~70目、70~90目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为2~4∶3~5∶1。
9.根据权利要求1所述的纺织面料表面改性处理剂,其特征在于:所述亚麻油的粘度在25℃为80~100mpa.s。
10.根据权利要求1所述的纺织面料表面改性处理剂,其特征在于:所述纺织面料表面改性处理剂制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶、SEBS热塑性弹性体、聚酯氨基甲酸酯树脂、亚麻油、樟脑油、丙酸异戊酯、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、纯丙乳液、氧化苦参碱、8-羟基喹啉铜、氯化三乙基锡、丁香酚、纳米硫酸钡、聚六亚甲基胍、柠檬烯、磺胺嘧啶银、氯氧化锆粉末、苯基含氢硅树脂、硼镁石粉末、铬酸锶粉末予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度约5000~5400r/min,分散时间为30~60min左右;
(2)加入所述质量份数的十溴联苯醚、纳米氢氧化镁、三氯乙基磷酸酯、磷酸三氯乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度为约4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min左右;
(3)加入所述质量份数的聚丙烯酸乙酯、对氯间二甲苯酚、三异丙醇胺、对叔丁基苯甲酸、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度为约4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min左右;混合均匀后制得本品。
