Abstract

本发明涉及绿色药剂领域,尤其涉及小叶九里香枝干活性成分及其用途。包含如下步骤,取小叶九里香枝干,烘干、粉碎、甲醇浸泡提取,浓缩提取液得到浸膏;用蒸馏水溶解浸膏,用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯依次萃取得到相应的萃取相,取具有抑菌活性成分的石油醚相,采用柱层析分离得到化合物;有益效果:本发明对小叶九里香枝干的活性成分进行研究,分离得到化合物,具有抑制热带病原真菌的活性,可应用于制备咔唑类生物碱类抑菌制剂,防治植物真菌病害,尤其可应用于香蕉炭疽病,芒果炭疽病等,值得应用推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及绿色药剂领域,尤其涉及小叶九里香枝干活性成分及其用途。
背景技术
小叶九里香(学名:Murraya microphylla)为芸香科九里香属下的一个种。通常只用于盆景和观赏。
发明内容
发明的目的:为了提供一种效果更好的小叶九里香枝干活性成分及其用途,具体目的见具体实施部分的多个实质技术效果。
为了达到如上目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:
方案一:
在制备咔唑类生物碱抑菌制剂中的应用。
方案二:
在制备防治香蕉炭疽病和/或芒果炭疽病的药剂中的用途。
方案三:
一种小叶九里香枝干活性成分,其特征在于,其结构式为:

小叶九里香枝干活性成分,其特征在于,包含如下步骤,
取小叶九里香枝干,烘干、粉碎、甲醇浸泡提取,浓缩提取液得到浸膏;用蒸馏水溶解浸膏,用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯依次萃取得到相应的萃取相,取具有抑菌活性成分的石油醚相,采用柱层析分离得到化合物;
柱层析分离包括以下步骤:
石油醚相经半制备液相色谱分离,洗脱剂采用体积比为100:0-0:100比例的石油醚和乙酸乙酯;
取具有抑菌活性的馏分,采用凝胶(sephadex LH-20)柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为甲醇:氯仿=1:1;
取上一步骤得到的馏分中具有抑菌活性的馏分,采用常压柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为不同比例的石油醚和乙酸乙酯,在石油醚:乙酸乙酯=1:5时,浓缩洗脱液,干燥既得。

采用如上技术方案的本发明,相对于现有技术有如下有益效果:本发明对小叶九里香枝干的活性成分进行研究,分离得到化合物,具有抑制热带病原真菌的活性,可应用于制备咔唑类生物碱类抑菌制剂,防治植物真菌病害,尤其可应用于香蕉炭疽病,芒果炭疽病等,值得应用推广。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例进行说明,实施例不构成对本发明的限制:
实施例一:
小叶九里香枝干活性成分,其特征在于,包含如下步骤,
取小叶九里香枝干,烘干、粉碎、甲醇浸泡提取,浓缩提取液得到浸膏;用蒸馏水溶解浸膏,用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯依次萃取得到相应的萃取相,取具有抑菌活性成分的石油醚相,采用柱层析分离得到化合物;
柱层析分离包括以下步骤:
石油醚相经半制备液相色谱分离,洗脱剂采用体积比为100:0-0:100比例的石油醚和乙酸乙酯;
取具有抑菌活性的馏分,采用凝胶(sephadex LH-20)柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为甲醇:氯仿=1:1;
取上一步骤得到的馏分中具有抑菌活性的馏分,采用常压柱色谱分离,洗脱剂为不同比例的石油醚和乙酸乙酯,在石油醚:乙酸乙酯=1:5时,浓缩洗脱液,干燥既得。
分析获得的物质为:
该化合物可有效抑制香蕉炭疽病菌和芒果炭疽病菌的生长,EC50值分别为34.28、45.88μg/mL。
实施例二:
将提取的以上物质喷洒于植物本身:
将香蕉种植地和芒果产地中各自选取两组,每组一百棵(其他环境一致);
对照组A不喷施农药;对照组B喷施本专利的药物;
开创性地,以上各个效果独立存在,还能用一套结构完成上述结果的结合。
需要说明的是,本专利提供的多个方案包含本身的基本方案,相互独立,并不相互制约,但是其也可以在不冲突的情况下相互组合,达到多个效果共同实现。
