技术领域
本发明涉及离合器技术,具体说是一种环保型离合器面片总成及制造方法。
背景技术
传统的汽车环保型离合器面片采用铆接式,面片铆接在钢片上,费事费工,铆钉铆接影响面片使用寿命和使用安全。现有的无铆接式结构,如专利号为201210157147.2公开的一种环保型离合器面片,采用多种材料无序混合后与钢片硫化连接,其混合压制的内部结构不稳定,影响使用性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术中无铆接式结构的上述不足,本发明提供了一种工艺简单,适于汽车环保型离合器面片制造使用,能有效确保内部结构稳定,提高使用性能的环保型离合器面片总成及制造方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种环保型离合器面片总成,包括钢片,钢片正反面硫化连接面片,其特征在于:采用FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、碳纤维15Kg、玄武岩纤维15Kg、耐高磨黄铜丝5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和不锈钢纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布,复合布涂布涂料,风干至不粘手为止,复合布剪切成10mm宽的长布料,长布料绕制的圆盘状结构的面片。
所述涂料按质量分数配比:聚醋聚乙烯乳液80-90份、硼改性酚醛树脂10-20份、马来酸酐接枝EVA5-8份 、长石粉3-5份、针状硅灰石2-3份、二硫化钼1-1.5份、氧化钇2-3份、氧化钙2-3份、钙锌稳定剂1-2份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。
一种环保型离合器面片总成制造方法,包括以下步骤:
a.选取原料:FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、碳纤维15Kg、玄武岩纤维15Kg、耐高磨黄铜丝5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和不锈钢纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布;
b.将上述1米宽复合布涂布上述权利要求2的涂料,风干至不粘手为止;
c.用剪切机将1米宽复合布剪切成10mm宽的每片面片用料,采用缠绕机绕成圆状面片料;
d.将圆状面片料放入下模具内,放入钢片,钢片正反面涂刷FH11-128胶浆;
e.在钢片上再放入圆状面片料,压合上模具;
f.电热加温至175-180℃,开启压机,压力至30-35MPa,保温、保压40-45分钟出模,硫化成型得无铆接试汽车环保型离合器面片。
本发明的环保型离合器面片总成不损坏发动机飞轮面和压盘面,面片无需钻孔,无需铆接,使用寿命长,其制作工艺简单,有序制备复合线、复合布、绕制线条和圆状面片料,有效确保其内部结构稳定,有利于提高面片总成的使用安全性能和稳定性,延长其使用寿命。采用聚醋聚乙烯乳液、硼改性酚醛树脂、马来酸酐接枝EVA 、长石粉、针状硅灰石、二硫化钼、氧化钇共混制备耐磨耐高温涂料,有利于提高面片结构的摩擦性能,延长使用寿命。

实施例一
一种环保型离合器面片总成,包括钢片,钢片正反面硫化连接面片,采用FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、碳纤维15Kg、玄武岩纤维15Kg、耐高磨黄铜丝5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和不锈钢纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布,复合布涂布涂料,风干至不粘手为止,复合布剪切成10mm宽的长布料,长布料绕制的圆盘状结构的面片。

g.选取原料:FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、碳纤维15Kg、玄武岩纤维15Kg、耐高磨黄铜丝5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和不锈钢纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布;
h.将上述1米宽复合布涂布上述权利要求2的涂料,风干至不粘手为止;
i.用剪切机将1米宽复合布剪切成10mm宽的每片面片用料,采用缠绕机绕成圆状面片料;
j.将圆状面片料放入下模具内,放入钢片,钢片正反面涂刷FH11-128胶浆;
k.在钢片上再放入圆状面片料,压合上模具;
l.电热加温至180℃,开启压机,压力至35MPa,保温、保压45分钟出模,硫化成型得无铆接试汽车环保型离合器面片。
实施例三
一种环保型离合器面片总成,包括钢片,钢片正反面硫化连接面片,采用FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、碳纤维15Kg、玄武岩纤维15Kg、耐高磨黄铜丝5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和不锈钢纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布,复合布涂布涂料,风干至不粘手为止,复合布剪切成10mm宽的长布料,长布料绕制的圆盘状结构的面片。
所述涂料按质量分数配比:聚醋聚乙烯乳液85份、硼改性酚醛树脂15份、马来酸酐接枝EVA6份 、长石粉4份、针状硅灰石2.5份、二硫化钼1.2份、氧化钇2.3份、氧化钙2.5份、钙锌稳定剂1.5份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。
一种环保型离合器面片总成制造方法,包括以下步骤:
m.选取原料:FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、碳纤维15Kg、玄武岩纤维15Kg、耐高磨黄铜丝5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和不锈钢纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布;
n.将上述1米宽复合布涂布上述权利要求2的涂料,风干至不粘手为止;
o.用剪切机将1米宽复合布剪切成10mm宽的每片面片用料,采用缠绕机绕成圆状面片料;
p.将圆状面片料放入下模具内,放入钢片,钢片正反面涂刷FH11-128胶浆;
q.在钢片上再放入圆状面片料,压合上模具;
r.电热加温至178℃,开启压机,压力至32MPa,保温、保压44分钟出模,硫化成型得无铆接试汽车环保型离合器面片。
Claims (3)
1.一种环保型离合器面片总成,包括钢片,钢片正反面硫化连接面片,其特征在于:采用FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、碳纤维15Kg、玄武岩纤维15Kg、耐高磨黄铜丝5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和不锈钢纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布,复合布涂布涂料,风干至不粘手为止,复合布剪切成10mm宽的长布料,长布料绕制的圆盘状结构的面片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型离合器面片总成,其特征在于:所述涂料按质量分数配比:聚醋聚乙烯乳液80-90份、硼改性酚醛树脂10-20份、马来酸酐接枝EVA5-8份 、长石粉3-5份、针状硅灰石2-3份、二硫化钼1-1.5份、氧化钇2-3份、氧化钙2-3份、钙锌稳定剂1-2份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。
3.一种环保型离合器面片总成制造方法,包括以下步骤:
选取原料:FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、碳纤维15Kg、玄武岩纤维15Kg、耐高磨黄铜丝5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和不锈钢纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布;
将上述1米宽复合布涂布上述权利要求2的涂料,风干至不粘手为止;
用剪切机将1米宽复合布剪切成10mm宽的每片面片用料,采用缠绕机绕成圆状面片料;
将圆状面片料放入下模具内,放入钢片,钢片正反面涂刷FH11-128胶浆;
在钢片上再放入圆状面片料,压合上模具;
电热加温至175-180℃,开启压机,压力至30-35MPa,保温、保压40-45分钟出模,硫化成型得无铆接试汽车环保型离合器面片。
