Abstract

本发明涉及一种矿物纤维制备的车辆离合器面片料用浸制涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料按质量分数配比:酚醛树脂80‑90份、纳米二氧化硅10‑20份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷5‑8份、二氧化钛3‑5份、铬铁矿粉2‑3份、二硫化钼1‑1.5份、氧化钇2‑3份、氧化钙2‑3份、钙锌稳定剂1‑2份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。其工艺简单,适于汽车离合器面片制造使用,能有效确保内部结构稳定,提高使用性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及离合器技术,具体说是一种矿物纤维制备的车辆离合器面片料用浸制涂料。
背景技术
传统的汽车离合器面片采用铆接式,面片铆接在钢片上,费事费工,铆钉铆接影响面片使用寿命和使用安全。现有的无铆接式结构,如专利号为201210157147.2公开的一种矿物纤维制备的车辆离合器面片,采用多种材料无序混合后与钢片硫化连接,其混合压制的内部结构不稳定,影响使用性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术中无铆接式结构的上述不足,本发明提供了一种工艺简单,适于汽车离合器面片制造使用,能有效确保内部结构稳定,提高使用性能的矿物纤维制备的车辆离合器面片料用浸制涂料。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种矿物纤维制备的车辆离合器面片料用浸制涂料,所述涂料按质量分数配比:酚醛树脂80-90份、纳米二氧化硅10-20份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷5-8份 、二氧化钛3-5份、铬铁矿粉2-3份、二硫化钼1-1.5份、氧化钇2-3份、氧化钙2-3份、钙锌稳定剂1-2份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。
本发明的矿物纤维制备的车辆离合器面片总成不损坏发动机飞轮面和压盘面,面片无需钻孔,无需铆接,使用寿命长,其制作工艺简单,有序制备复合线、复合布、绕制线条和圆状面片料,有效确保其内部结构稳定,有利于提高面片总成的使用安全性能和稳定性,延长其使用寿命。采用酚醛树脂、纳米二氧化硅、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷 、二氧化钛、铬铁矿粉、二硫化钼、氧化钇共混制备耐磨耐高温涂料,有利于提高面片结构的摩擦性能,延长使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一
一种矿物纤维制备的车辆离合器面片料用浸制涂料按质量分数配比:酚醛树脂80份、纳米二氧化硅10份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷5份 、二氧化钛3份、铬铁矿粉2份、二硫化钼1份、氧化钇2份、氧化钙2份、钙锌稳定剂1份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。
一种矿物纤维制备的车辆离合器面片总成制造方法,包括以下步骤:
a.选取原料:FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、芳香族聚酰胺纤维15Kg、聚丙烯腈纤维15Kg、耐高磨黄铜丝5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和剑麻纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布;
b. 将上述1米宽复合布涂布上述涂料,风干至不粘手为止;
c.用剪切机将1米宽复合布剪切成10mm宽的每片面片用料,采用缠绕机绕成圆状面片料;
d. 将圆状面片料放入下模具内,放入钢片,钢片正反面涂刷FH11-128胶浆;
e.在钢片上再放入圆状面片料,压合上模具;
f.电热加温至175℃,开启压机,压力至30MPa,保温、保压40分钟出模,硫化成型得无铆接试汽车离合器面片。
实施例二
一种矿物纤维制备的车辆离合器面片料用浸制涂料按质量分数配比:酚醛树脂90份、纳米二氧化硅20份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷8份 、二氧化钛5份、铬铁矿粉3份、二硫化钼1.5份、氧化钇3份、氧化钙3份、钙锌稳定剂2份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。
一种矿物纤维制备的车辆离合器面片总成制造方法,包括以下步骤:
g.选取原料:FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、芳香族聚酰胺纤维15Kg、聚丙烯腈纤维15Kg、耐高磨黄铜丝5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和剑麻纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布;
h.将上述1米宽复合布涂布上述涂料,风干至不粘手为止;
i.用剪切机将1米宽复合布剪切成10mm宽的每片面片用料,采用缠绕机绕成圆状面片料;
j. 将圆状面片料放入下模具内,放入钢片,钢片正反面涂刷FH11-128胶浆;
k.在钢片上再放入圆状面片料,压合上模具;
l.电热加温至180℃,开启压机,压力至35MPa,保温、保压45分钟出模,硫化成型得无铆接试汽车离合器面片。
实施例三
一种矿物纤维制备的车辆离合器面片料用浸制涂料按质量分数配比:酚醛树脂85份、纳米二氧化硅15份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷6份 、二氧化钛4份、铬铁矿粉2.5份、二硫化钼1.2份、氧化钇2.3份、氧化钙2.5份、钙锌稳定剂1.5份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。
一种矿物纤维制备的车辆离合器面片总成制造方法,包括以下步骤:
m.选取原料:FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、芳香族聚酰胺纤维15Kg、聚丙烯腈纤维15Kg、耐高磨黄铜丝5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和剑麻纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布;
n. 将上述1米宽复合布涂布上述涂料,风干至不粘手为止;
o.用剪切机将1米宽复合布剪切成10mm宽的每片面片用料,采用缠绕机绕成圆状面片料;
p.将圆状面片料放入下模具内,放入钢片,钢片正反面涂刷FH11-128胶浆;
q.在钢片上再放入圆状面片料,压合上模具;
r.电热加温至178℃,开启压机,压力至32MPa,保温、保压44分钟出模,硫化成型得无铆接试汽车离合器面片。

1.一种矿物纤维制备的车辆离合器面片料用浸制涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料按质量分数配比:酚醛树脂80-90份、纳米二氧化硅10-20份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷5-8份 、二氧化钛3-5份、铬铁矿粉2-3份、二硫化钼1-1.5份、氧化钇2-3份、氧化钙2-3份、钙锌稳定剂1-2份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。
