本发明涉及一种低温环境下离合器面片料用浸制涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料按质量分数配比:纳米液体树脂80‑90份、端羧基溴碳聚酯树脂10‑20份、异丙醇10‑15份、马来酸酐接枝EVA5‑8份、白刚玉粉3‑5份、氟硅酸钠2‑3份、二硫化钼1‑1.5份、聚四氟乙烯蜡2‑3份、氧化钙2‑3份、硅酸锆1‑2份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。其工艺简单,适于汽车离合器面片制造使用,能有效确保内部结构稳定,提高使用性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及离合器技术,具体说是一种低温环境下离合器面片料用浸制涂料。
背景技术
传统的汽车离合器面片采用铆接式,面片铆接在钢片上,费事费工,铆钉铆接影响面片使用寿命和使用安全。现有的无铆接式结构,如专利号为201210157147.2公开的一种低温环境下离合器面片,采用多种材料无序混合后与钢片硫化连接,其混合压制的内部结构不稳定,影响使用性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术中无铆接式结构的上述不足,本发明提供了一种工艺简单,适于汽车离合器面片制造使用,能有效确保内部结构稳定,提高使用性能的低温环境下离合器面片料用浸制涂料。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种低温环境下离合器面片料用浸制涂料,所述涂料按质量分数配比:纳米液体树脂80-90份、端羧基溴碳聚酯树脂10-20份、异丙醇10-15份、马来酸酐接枝EVA5-8份 、白刚玉粉3-5份、氟硅酸钠2-3份、二硫化钼1-1.5份、聚四氟乙烯蜡2-3份、氧化钙2-3份、硅酸锆1-2份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。
本发明的低温环境下离合器面片总成不损坏发动机飞轮面和压盘面,面片无需钻孔,无需铆接,使用寿命长,其制作工艺简单,有序制备复合线、复合布、绕制线条和圆状面片料,有效确保其内部结构稳定,有利于提高面片总成的使用安全性能和稳定性,延长其使用寿命。采用纳米液体树脂、端羧基溴碳聚酯树脂、马来酸酐接枝EVA 、白刚玉粉、氟硅酸钠、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯蜡共混制备耐磨耐高温涂料,有利于提高面片结构的摩擦性能,延长使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一
一种低温环境下离合器面片料用浸制涂料按质量分数配比:纳米液体树脂80份、端羧基溴碳聚酯树脂10份、异丙醇10份、马来酸酐接枝EVA5份 、白刚玉粉3份、氟硅酸钠2份、二硫化钼1份、聚四氟乙烯蜡2份、氧化钙2份、硅酸锆1份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。
一种低温环境下离合器面片总成制造方法,包括以下步骤:
a.选取原料:FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、芳香族聚酰胺纤维15Kg、涤纶15Kg、不锈钢纤维5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和玻璃纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布;
b.将上述1米宽复合布涂布上述涂料,风干至不粘手为止;
c.用剪切机将1米宽复合布剪切成10mm宽的每片面片用料,采用缠绕机绕成圆状面片料;
d.将圆状面片料放入下模具内,放入钢片,钢片正反面涂刷FH11-128胶浆;
e.在钢片上再放入圆状面片料,压合上模具;
f.电热加温至175℃,开启压机,压力至30MPa,保温、保压40分钟出模,硫化成型得无铆接试汽车离合器面片。
实施例二
一种低温环境下离合器面片料用浸制涂料按质量分数配比:纳米液体树脂90份、端羧基溴碳聚酯树脂20份、异丙醇15份、马来酸酐接枝EVA8份 、白刚玉粉5份、氟硅酸钠3份、二硫化钼1.5份、聚四氟乙烯蜡3份、氧化钙3份、硅酸锆2份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。
一种低温环境下离合器面片总成制造方法,包括以下步骤:
g.选取原料:FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、芳香族聚酰胺纤维15Kg、涤纶15Kg、不锈钢纤维5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和玻璃纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布;
a.将上述1米宽复合布涂布上述涂料,风干至不粘手为止;
b.用剪切机将1米宽复合布剪切成10mm宽的每片面片用料,采用缠绕机绕成圆状面片料;
c.将圆状面片料放入下模具内,放入钢片,钢片正反面涂刷FH11-128胶浆;
d.在钢片上再放入圆状面片料,压合上模具;
e.电热加温至180℃,开启压机,压力至35MPa,保温、保压45分钟出模,硫化成型得无铆接试汽车离合器面片。
实施例三
一种低温环境下离合器面片料用浸制涂料按质量分数配比:纳米液体树脂85份、端羧基溴碳聚酯树脂15份、异丙醇12份、马来酸酐接枝EVA6份 、白刚玉粉4份、氟硅酸钠2.5份、二硫化钼1.2份、聚四氟乙烯蜡2.3份、氧化钙2.5份、硅酸锆1.5份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。
一种低温环境下离合器面片总成制造方法,包括以下步骤:
a.选取原料:FKF复合矿物纤维22Kg、陶瓷纤维8Kg、芳香族聚酰胺纤维15Kg、涤纶15Kg、不锈钢纤维5Kg、海泡石纤维20Kg和玻璃纤维15Kg纺织成Ø4mm的高强度复合线,再将此线织成100Kg、1米宽的复合布;
b.将上述1米宽复合布涂布上述涂料,风干至不粘手为止;
c.用剪切机将1米宽复合布剪切成10mm宽的每片面片用料,采用缠绕机绕成圆状面片料;
d.将圆状面片料放入下模具内,放入钢片,钢片正反面涂刷FH11-128胶浆;
e.在钢片上再放入圆状面片料,压合上模具;
f.电热加温至178℃,开启压机,压力至32MPa,保温、保压44分钟出模,硫化成型得无铆接试汽车离合器面片。

1.一种低温环境下离合器面片料用浸制涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料按质量分数配比:纳米液体树脂80-90份、端羧基溴碳聚酯树脂10-20份、异丙醇10-15份、马来酸酐接枝EVA5-8份 、白刚玉粉3-5份、氟硅酸钠2-3份、二硫化钼1-1.5份、聚四氟乙烯蜡2-3份、氧化钙2-3份、硅酸锆1-2份,依次混合搅拌的涂料。
