本发明属于蚕丝膨化技术领域,具体涉及一种蚕丝膨化的方法。
【背景技术】
传统方式加工蚕丝被的工艺简单,品种极为单一,以传统工艺加工的蚕丝被经使用后,丝纤维易缠结、粘连,随之弹性和保暖性将会随之降低,需要经常翻拆、扯松,才能保持蚕丝被原有的优良服饰性能。
为赋予蚕丝优良的膨松、柔软、高弹等性能,需对蚕丝进行精加工,使蚕丝纤维空隙膨大,制成的蚕丝棉具有膨松、高弹性、纤维间不结板的特点。通过对蚕丝使用膨化剂进行膨化处理,可增加蚕丝纤维膨松性、高弹性、柔软性,可有效防止丝纤维间不粘丝、缠结,提高蚕丝被的实用性。目前蚕丝进行精加工后需要对蚕丝进行膨化处理,但是效果并不是很好,还不能满足工厂实际生产的需求。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种蚕丝膨化的方法,以解决对蚕丝进行膨化处理,蚕丝使用不久纤维易缠结、粘连,随之弹性和保暖性将会随之降低等问题。本发明的方法膨化蚕丝后,蚕丝具有较强的柔顺度和色强度;本发明的方法操作简单,生产成本低。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种蚕丝膨化的方法,包括下列步骤:
S1:将蚕丝放在66-68℃的水中漂洗,漂洗后采用离心机脱水至含水率≤15%,制得蚕丝A;
S2:将步骤S1中制得的蚕丝A放入蚕丝膨化剂中,在真空度为0.96-0.98Mpa,温度为16-18℃下渗透25-30min后,制得蚕丝B;所述蚕丝膨化剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:硅酸钾200-800份、表面活性剂80-100份、消泡剂6-10份、稳泡剂3-5份、渗透剂2-4份、乳化剂2-3份、分散剂1-2份、交联剂2-4份、调节剂2-3份、增稠剂2-3份、防腐剂1-2份、香味剂0.8-1.2份、水1500-9000份;
所述表面活性剂为聚丙烯酰胺;
所述稳泡剂为聚乙烯醇;
所述乳化剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯;
所述交联剂磷酸二乙酯;
所述蚕丝膨化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S21:将表面活性剂加入700-1500份水中,升温至44-46℃搅拌溶解,制得混合液Ⅰ;
S22:向步骤S21制得的混合液Ⅰ加入渗透剂、乳化剂、分散剂、交联剂、增稠剂,加热至58-62℃,在超声波作用下,在转速为200-300r/min搅拌处理25-30min,制得混合液Ⅱ;
S23:停止加热和超声波作用,向步骤S22制得的混合液Ⅱ加入消泡剂和稳泡剂,在转速为100-300r/min下搅拌5-10min,制得混合液Ⅲ;
S24:向步骤S23制得的混合液Ⅲ中加入防腐剂和香味剂,在转速为100-200r/min下搅拌3-5min,制得混合液Ⅳ;
S25:向步骤S24制得的混合液Ⅳ中加入调节剂,使pH值为5-5.4,制得混合液Ⅴ;
S26:将硅酸钾加入800-8000份水中,升温至65-68℃下,搅拌溶解硅酸钾,制得混合液Ⅵ;
S27:将步骤S25制得的混合液Ⅴ和步骤S26制得的混合液Ⅵ混合均匀,即制得蚕丝膨化剂;
S3:将步骤S2制得的蚕丝B在所述蚕丝膨化剂溶液中调节pH值至8.6-9,煮沸2-3min,再用水漂洗,制得蚕丝C;
S4:将步骤S3制得的蚕丝C的pH值调节为6.9-7.1,所述蚕丝C在50-55℃下烘干至含水率≤6%,制得蚕丝成品。

所述表面活性剂为聚丙烯酰胺;
所述消泡剂为硅烷改性丙酸酯;
所述稳泡剂为聚乙烯醇;
所述渗透剂烷基苯磺酸钾;
所述乳化剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯;
所述分散剂月桂醇硫酸钾;
所述交联剂磷酸二乙酯;
所述调节剂为醋酸;
所述增稠剂为卡拉胶;
所述防腐剂为喹氧灵;
所述香味剂为薰衣草精油;
所述蚕丝膨化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S21:将表面活性剂加入8000份水中,升温至46℃搅拌溶解,制得混合液Ⅰ;
S22:向步骤S21制得的混合液Ⅰ加入渗透剂、乳化剂、分散剂、交联剂、增稠剂,加热至62℃,在超声波作用下,在转速为300r/min搅拌处理25min,制得混合液Ⅱ;
S23:停止加热和超声波作用,向步骤S22制得的混合液Ⅱ加入消泡剂和稳泡剂,在转速为300r/min下搅拌5min,制得混合液Ⅲ;
S24:向步骤S23制得的混合液Ⅲ中加入防腐剂和香味剂,在转速为200r/min下搅拌3min,制得混合液Ⅳ;
S25:向步骤S24制得的混合液Ⅳ中加入调节剂,使pH值为5.4,制得混合液Ⅴ;
S26:将硅酸钾加入8000份水中,升温至68℃下,搅拌溶解硅酸钾,制得混合液Ⅵ;
S27:将步骤S25制得的混合液Ⅴ和步骤S26制得的混合液Ⅵ混合均匀,即制得蚕丝膨化剂;
S3:将步骤S2制得的蚕丝B在所述蚕丝膨化剂溶液中调节pH值至9,煮沸2min,再用水漂洗,制得蚕丝C;
S4:将步骤S3制得的蚕丝C的pH值调节为7.1,所述蚕丝C在55℃下烘干至含水率为4%,制得蚕丝成品。
性能测试:
(1)采用本发明实施例1-3的膨化方法对蚕丝进行膨化处理,其柔顺度和色强度检测结果如下表所示。
由上表可知,使用本发明的方法膨化蚕丝后,蚕丝具有较强的柔顺度和色强度。

Claims (8)
1.一种蚕丝膨化的方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
S1:将蚕丝放在66-68℃的水中漂洗,漂洗后采用离心机脱水至含水率≤15%,制得蚕丝A;
S2:将步骤S1中制得的蚕丝A放入蚕丝膨化剂中,在真空度为0.96-0.98Mpa,温度为16-18℃下渗透25-30min后,制得蚕丝B;所述蚕丝膨化剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:硅酸钾200-800份、表面活性剂80-100份、消泡剂6-10份、稳泡剂3-5份、渗透剂2-4份、乳化剂2-3份、分散剂1-2份、交联剂2-4份、调节剂2-3份、增稠剂2-3份、防腐剂1-2份、香味剂0.8-1.2份、水1500-9000份;
所述表面活性剂为聚丙烯酰胺;
所述稳泡剂为聚乙烯醇;
所述乳化剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯;
所述交联剂磷酸二乙酯;
所述蚕丝膨化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S21:将表面活性剂加入700-1500份水中,升温至44-46℃搅拌溶解,制得混合液Ⅰ;
S22:向步骤S21制得的混合液Ⅰ加入渗透剂、乳化剂、分散剂、交联剂、增稠剂,加热至58-62℃,在超声波作用下,在转速为200-300r/min搅拌处理25-30min,制得混合液Ⅱ;
S23:停止加热和超声波作用,向步骤S22制得的混合液Ⅱ加入消泡剂和稳泡剂,在转速为100-300r/min下搅拌5-10min,制得混合液Ⅲ;
S24:向步骤S23制得的混合液Ⅲ中加入防腐剂和香味剂,在转速为100-200r/min下搅拌3-5min,制得混合液Ⅳ;
S25:向步骤S24制得的混合液Ⅳ中加入调节剂,使pH值为5-5.4,制得混合液Ⅴ;
S26:将硅酸钾加入800-8000份水中,升温至65-68℃下,搅拌溶解硅酸钾,制得混合液Ⅵ;
S27:将步骤S25制得的混合液Ⅴ和步骤S26制得的混合液Ⅵ混合均匀,即制得蚕丝膨化剂;
S3:将步骤S2制得的蚕丝B在所述蚕丝膨化剂溶液中调节pH值至8.6-9,煮沸2-3min,再用水漂洗,制得蚕丝C;
S4:将步骤S3制得的蚕丝C的pH值调节为6.9-7.1,所述蚕丝C在50-55℃下烘干至含水率≤6%,制得蚕丝成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝膨化的方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述消泡剂为硅烷改性丙酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝膨化的方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述渗透剂烷基苯磺酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝膨化的方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述分散剂月桂醇硫酸钾。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝膨化的方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述调节剂为醋酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝膨化的方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述增稠剂为卡拉胶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝膨化的方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述防腐剂为喹氧灵。
8.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝膨化的方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述香味剂为薰衣草精油。
