具有抑菌作用的医用纱布制备方法,该医用纱布由海藻纤维、甲壳素纤维、和棉纤维混纺而成,所述海藻纤维、甲壳素纤维与棉纤维的重量比为30-35:40-50:75-85;制备方法如下:1)将改性液喷洒在堆置的甲壳素纤维上,改性处理12-24h;2)将海藻酸钠加入去离子水中,常温搅拌,直至完全溶解,得到质量百分比为2.4-3.6的海藻酸钠溶液,在海藻酸钠溶液中加入纳米银颗粒,搅拌均匀,制成混合纺丝液,采用湿法纺丝技术制备海藻纤维,凝固浴后拉伸卷绕,自然晾干,得到海藻纤维;3)将脱脂并已洗净的棉纤维先进行膨化预处理,然后进行羧甲基化改性处理,再加入可溶性银盐,在28-55℃下恒温反应1h,加入稳定剂在28-55℃下恒温反应30min,最后将处理过的棉纤维依次经表面活性剂洗涤、钝化,再经清水漂洗、脱水、烘干即得到棉纤维;4)将步骤1)、2)和3)得到的原料进行抗菌处理,然后制成纱布坯布;5)将织好的坯布浸入退煮漂联合机的热水槽中,浴比为1:25-30,先用95-100℃的水清洗20-30min,再降低温度5-10℃,水清洗30-45min,然后在水中加入整理助剂,调整水溶液温度为65-75℃,清洗40-50min;6))再将上述坯布用温度为105-110℃清水煮50-60min,再加入亲水柔软剂、纤维酶继续煮30min,出布,脱水,115-125℃烘干得到海藻纤维医用纱布。

2.根据权利要求1所述的具有抑菌作用的医用纱布制备方法,其特征在于,所述改性液是由下述重量百分比的各原料组成:溴氰菊酯2-3%、烷基磷酸酯5-8%、甘油2-4%、酯基季铵盐0.1-0.3%、钛酸酯偶联剂5-7%、剩余为水;改性处理用的改性液量均为甲壳素纤维重量的6-10%,然后将甲壳素纤维送入蒸汽室内,蒸35-55min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有抑菌作用的医用纱布制备方法,其特征在于,海藻酸钠溶液与纳米银颗粒的质量比为1:0.2-0.6。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有抑菌作用的医用纱布制备方法,其特征在于,所述的整理助剂由下列重量份原料制成:载银有机溶胶10-15、环氧氯丙烷3-6、抗菌微胶囊7-9、乙二醇12-14、聚六亚甲基胍0.4-0.7、柠檬酸钠2.1-2.6、烷基磷酸酯5-7、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6-8和纳米二氧化硅2-3;所述抗菌微胶囊的抗菌成分是以氯苯咪唑类高分子化合物和拟除虫菊类化合物为主。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有抑菌作用的医用纱布制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中的抗菌处理如下:将水洗后的棉纱布放入浴比1:30的水中,加入棉纱布重量的6-7.8%的抗菌剂,然后升高温度至约50-55℃,处理时间2h。
