本发明涉及医疗纱布技术领域,尤其是一种海藻纤维医用纱布的制备方法。
背景技术
海藻纤维是以海洋棕色藻类植物中提取得到的海藻酸钠为原料,以含有二价金属阳离子(镁离子除外,一般为钙离子)的溶液为凝固浴,经过湿法纺丝技术加工而成的一种再生纤维。海藻纤维具有高吸湿成胶性、整体易去除性、高透氧性、生物相容性、生物降解吸收性等优异特性。此外,海藻纤维与伤口渗出液或渗血接触后,能与渗液发生Na+/Ca2+离子交换,释放Ca2+,加速凝血过程,同时在创口表面形成一层稳定的网状凝胶,为伤口营造一个利于组织生长的微环境(微酸、无氧或低氧、适度湿润),进而促进伤口愈合。并且创面形成的水凝胶体能有效保护神经末稍,避免外界刺激,减少伤口疼痛和伤疤的形成。因此,海藻纤维在医疗行业作为医用敷料、纱布、绷带、药贴、药垫等已得到越来越广泛的关注。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种海藻纤维医用纱布的制备方法,该制备方法工艺简单、生产成本低。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种海藻纤维医用纱布的制备方法,该医用纱布由海藻纤维和棉纤维混纺而成,所述海藻纤维与棉纤维的重量比为0.3-0.8:1;制备方法如下:
(1)海藻纤维的制备:将海藻酸钠加入去离子水中,常温搅拌,直至完全溶解,得到质量百分比为2.4-3.6的海藻酸钠溶液,在海藻酸钠溶液中加入纳米银颗粒,搅拌均匀,制成混合纺丝液,海藻酸钠溶液与纳米银颗粒的质量比为1:0.2-0.6;然后采用湿法纺丝技术制备海藻纤维,凝固浴后拉伸卷绕,自然晾干,得到海藻纤维;
(2)棉纤维的制备:将脱脂并已洗净的棉纤维先进行膨化预处理,然后进行羧甲基化改性处理,再加入可溶性银盐,在28-55℃下恒温反应1h,加入稳定剂在28-55℃下恒温反应30min,最后将处理过的棉纤维依次经表面活性剂洗涤、钝化,再经清水漂洗、脱水、烘干即得到棉纤维;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)中得到的原料进行抗菌处理,然后制成纱布坯布;
(4)将步骤(3)中制得的纱布坯布浸入退煮漂联合机的热水槽中,浴比为1:32-36,先用100-110℃的水清洗30min,再降低温度5℃,水清洗1h;
(5)再将上述坯布用温度为105-110℃清水煮50-60min,再加入亲水柔软剂、纤维酶继续煮30min,出布,脱水,115-125℃烘干得到海藻纤维医用纱布。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中凝固浴的温度为30-50℃。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中羧甲基化率为1-30%。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中的抗菌处理如下:将水洗后的棉纱布放入浴比1:30的水中,加入棉纱布重量的6-7.8%的抗菌剂,然后升高温度至约50-55℃,处理时间2h。
进一步的,所述抗菌剂选用花椒果实的水提取物、头翁的水提取物和青苔的水提取物的混合物,其质量比为1:1.2:0.6-0.8。

实施例1
一种海藻纤维医用纱布的制备方法,该医用纱布由海藻纤维和棉纤维混纺而成,所述海藻纤维与棉纤维的重量比为0.3:1;制备方法如下:
(1)海藻纤维的制备:将海藻酸钠加入去离子水中,常温搅拌,直至完全溶解,得到质量百分比为2.4的海藻酸钠溶液,在海藻酸钠溶液中加入纳米银颗粒,搅拌均匀,制成混合纺丝液,海藻酸钠溶液与纳米银颗粒的质量比为1:0.2;然后采用湿法纺丝技术制备海藻纤维,凝固浴后拉伸卷绕,自然晾干,得到海藻纤维,凝固浴的温度为30℃
(2)棉纤维的制备:将脱脂并已洗净的棉纤维先进行膨化预处理,然后进行羧甲基化改性处理,再加入可溶性银盐,在28℃下恒温反应1h,加入稳定剂在28℃下恒温反应30min,最后将处理过的棉纤维依次经表面活性剂洗涤、钝化,再经清水漂洗、脱水、烘干即得到棉纤维,羧甲基化率为1%。
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)中得到的原料进行抗菌处理,将水洗后的棉纱布放入浴比1:30的水中,加入棉纱布重量的6%的抗菌剂,抗菌剂选用花椒果实的水提取物、头翁的水提取物和青苔的水提取物的混合物,其质量比为1:1.2:0.6;
然后升高温度至约50℃,处理时间2h,然后制成纱布坯布;
(4)将步骤(3)中制得的纱布坯布浸入退煮漂联合机的热水槽中,浴比为1:32,先用100℃的水清洗30min,再降低温度5℃,水清洗1h;
(5)再将上述坯布用温度为105℃清水煮50min,再加入亲水柔软剂、纤维酶继续煮30min,出布,脱水,115℃烘干得到海藻纤维医用纱布。

(1)海藻纤维的制备:将海藻酸钠加入去离子水中,常温搅拌,直至完全溶解,得到质量百分比为3的海藻酸钠溶液,在海藻酸钠溶液中加入纳米银颗粒,搅拌均匀,制成混合纺丝液,海藻酸钠溶液与纳米银颗粒的质量比为1:0.4;然后采用湿法纺丝技术制备海藻纤维,凝固浴后拉伸卷绕,自然晾干,得到海藻纤维,凝固浴的温度为40℃
(2)棉纤维的制备:将脱脂并已洗净的棉纤维先进行膨化预处理,然后进行羧甲基化改性处理,再加入可溶性银盐,在40℃下恒温反应1h,加入稳定剂在40℃下恒温反应30min,最后将处理过的棉纤维依次经表面活性剂洗涤、钝化,再经清水漂洗、脱水、烘干即得到棉纤维,羧甲基化率为25%。
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)中得到的原料进行抗菌处理,将水洗后的棉纱布放入浴比1:30的水中,加入棉纱布重量的6.5%的抗菌剂,抗菌剂选用花椒果实的水提取物、头翁的水提取物和青苔的水提取物的混合物,其质量比为1:1.2:0.8;
然后升高温度至约55℃,处理时间2h,然后制成纱布坯布;
(4)将步骤(3)中制得的纱布坯布浸入退煮漂联合机的热水槽中,浴比为1:33,先用105℃的水清洗30min,再降低温度5℃,水清洗1h;
(5)再将上述坯布用温度为108℃清水煮55min,再加入亲水柔软剂、纤维酶继续煮30min,出布,脱水,120℃烘干得到海藻纤维医用纱布。
实施例3
一种海藻纤维医用纱布的制备方法,该医用纱布由海藻纤维和棉纤维混纺而成,所述海藻纤维与棉纤维的重量比为0.8:1;制备方法如下:
(1)海藻纤维的制备:将海藻酸钠加入去离子水中,常温搅拌,直至完全溶解,得到质量百分比为3.6的海藻酸钠溶液,在海藻酸钠溶液中加入纳米银颗粒,搅拌均匀,制成混合纺丝液,海藻酸钠溶液与纳米银颗粒的质量比为1:0.6;然后采用湿法纺丝技术制备海藻纤维,凝固浴后拉伸卷绕,自然晾干,得到海藻纤维,凝固浴的温度为50℃
(2)棉纤维的制备:将脱脂并已洗净的棉纤维先进行膨化预处理,然后进行羧甲基化改性处理,再加入可溶性银盐,在55℃下恒温反应1h,加入稳定剂在55℃下恒温反应30min,最后将处理过的棉纤维依次经表面活性剂洗涤、钝化,再经清水漂洗、脱水、烘干即得到棉纤维,羧甲基化率为30%。
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)中得到的原料进行抗菌处理,将水洗后的棉纱布放入浴比1:30的水中,加入棉纱布重量的7.8%的抗菌剂,抗菌剂选用花椒果实的水提取物、头翁的水提取物和青苔的水提取物的混合物,其质量比为1:1.2:0.8;
然后升高温度至约50-55℃,处理时间2h,然后制成纱布坯布;
(4)将步骤(3)中制得的纱布坯布浸入退煮漂联合机的热水槽中,浴比为1:36,先用110℃的水清洗30min,再降低温度5℃,水清洗1h;
(5)再将上述坯布用温度为110℃清水煮60min,再加入亲水柔软剂、纤维酶继续煮30min,出布,脱水,125℃烘干得到海藻纤维医用纱布。

(2)棉纤维的制备:将脱脂并已洗净的棉纤维先进行膨化预处理,然后进行羧甲基化改性处理,再加入可溶性银盐,在28-55°C下恒温反应1h,加入稳定剂在28-55°C下恒温反应30min,最后将处理过的棉纤维依次经表面活性剂洗涤、钝化,再经清水漂洗、脱水、烘干即得到棉纤维;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)中得到的原料进行抗菌处理,然后制成纱布坯布;所述步骤(3)中的抗菌处理如下:将水洗后的海藻纤维和棉纤维放入浴比1:30的水中,加入海藻纤维和棉纤维重量的6-7.8%的抗菌剂,然后升高温度至50-55°C,处理时间2h;
(4)将步骤(3)中制得的纱布坯布浸入退煮漂联合机的热水槽中,浴比为1:32-36,先用100-110°C的水清洗30min,再降低温度5°C,水清洗1h;
(5)再将上述坯布用温度为105-110°C清水煮50-60min,再加入亲水柔软剂、纤维酶继续煮30min,出布,脱水,115-125°C烘干得到海藻纤维医用纱布;
所述抗菌剂选用花椒果实的水提取物、头翁的水提取物和青苔的水提取物的混合物,其质量比为1:1.2:0.6-0.8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海藻纤维医用纱布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中凝固浴的温度为30-50°C。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种海藻纤维医用纱布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中羧甲基化率为1-30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种海藻纤维医用纱布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂选用花椒果实的水提取物、头翁的水提取物和青苔的水提取物的质量比为1:1.2:0.8。
