Abstract
发明公开了一种抗氧抗菌铝箔轧制油,由以下成分制成:5#白油、环氧大豆油、向日葵油、鱼肝油、硬脂酸甘露醇脂、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、聚丙烯酰胺、辛酸十六烷酯、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、磷脂脂肪酸、纳米二氧化钛、山梨糖醇、3‑甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯。本发明的轧制油绿色安全,轧制油的粘度较低,能适应中、高速轧制工艺,能保证轧制油在加工过程不会迅速老化,极大地延长了轧制油的使用寿命。并且本发明轧制油具有优异的冷却性能,轧制油能反复循环使用,从而提高轧制油的利用率,同时保持良好的润滑性,抗磨性,抗擦伤性,同时,可大大降低高温下残炭的生成,从而保证铝箔面在退火时的清净性,最终获得光泽的表面。

技术领域
本发明涉及染料领域,特别是涉及一种抗氧抗菌铝箔轧制油。
背景技术
铝是自然界储藏最丰富的金属元素之一,由于铝及其合金具有比重小、良好的导热和导电性、反光性强、易于成型加工以及优异的物理化学性能、价格低廉等优点,空调铝箔是一种用金属铝直接压延成薄片的烫印材料,其烫印效果与纯银箔烫印的效果相似,故又称假银箔。由于铝的质地柔软、延展性好,具有银白色的光泽,如果将压延后的薄片,用硅酸钠等物质裱在胶版纸上制成铝箔片,还可进行印刷。轧制油在轧制时提供限制铝与轧辊直接接触的保护油膜。通过限制铝与轧辊之间的接触来减低系数,提供润滑性,在铝与轧辊之间发生接触时,就会产生摩擦。但如果没有摩擦,则会产生诸如打滑和厚度控制不均等不良结果.轧制油的目的不是消除摩擦而是控制摩擦以满足轧机的要求,因此,每台轧机所采用的轧制油都必须特别配制,轧制油对铝箔退火表面质量影响影响非常大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗氧抗菌铝箔轧制油,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种抗氧抗菌铝箔轧制油,按重量份计由以下成分制成:5#白油100、环氧大豆油1.4、向日葵油0.8、鱼肝油0.3、硬脂酸甘露醇脂3、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺0.8、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.1、聚丙烯酰胺1、辛酸十六烷酯8、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯6、磷脂脂肪酸3、纳米二氧化钛0.8、山梨糖醇5、3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯0.4。
进一步地,所述纳米二氧化钛的粒度为50-60nm,所述纳米二氧化钛经过预处理:首先按9.85:100的质量比例混合硬脂酸与甲苯,然后将纳米二氧化钛添加到进去,先加热至38℃,保温10分钟,再加热至60℃,保温15分钟后,冷却至室温,过滤出纳米二氧化钛,水洗,烘干,即可。
进一步地,所述环氧大豆油、向日葵油和鱼肝油经过预混处理:将环氧大豆油、向日葵油和鱼肝油均匀混合到一起,加热至55.6℃,以500r/min速度离心处理30分钟后,缓慢冷却至28.8℃,保温储藏。
一种抗氧抗菌铝箔轧制油的制作方法,包括:
1)将5#白油、硬脂酸甘露醇脂和保温在28.8℃下的、环氧大豆油、向日葵油、鱼肝油混合物混合到一起,水浴加热,温度70℃,通过超声波震荡15分钟,超声频率为116KHZ;
2)在上述混合溶液中加入月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、聚丙烯酰胺、辛酸十六烷酯,边加边搅拌,搅拌速度为300r/nin;
3)将上述混合液置于室温下,加入季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、磷脂脂肪酸、纳米二氧化钛,混合均匀后5分钟,进行离心处理10分钟,离心速度为680r/min;
4)将上述混合溶液温度控制到15-18℃,加入山梨糖醇、3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯,混合均匀后,进行搅拌,搅拌速度为1000r/min,搅拌时间为30分钟,即可。
动植物油对铝的表面吸附能力强,具有良好的润滑性能,但是稳定性较差,扎后板面清净性和退火净性较差,影响铝箔表面的质量,而矿物油对铝表面吸附能力较差,润滑性能有限,但是退火清净性较好;因此本发明对矿物油和动植物油经过大量实验研究验证,得到,采用5#白油100重量份时,配合重量份分别为1.4的环氧大豆油、0.8的向日葵油、0.3的鱼肝油,并且环氧大豆油、向日葵油、鱼肝油经过提前预混处理,最后以28.8℃保温,然后直接添加到白油中,混制轧制油,其制成的轧制油不仅对铝表面吸附能力强,润滑性得到极大的提高,并且退火清净性好,还极大的提高了轧制油的抗氧化能力和稳定性,极大的提高了轧制后铝箔表面质量。通过添加3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯和抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯的配合作用,不仅能够使得轧制油具有抗菌的性能,延长轧制油的寿命,还能使得轧制油提高轧制油的分散性,提升轧制质量。通过添加经过表面处理的纳米二氧化钛能够为铝箔轧制提供最优化的有效轧制摩擦力,进一步地提高轧制后铝箔的表面质量。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的轧制油绿色安全,轧制油的粘度较低,能适应中、高速轧制工艺,能保证轧制油在加工过程不会迅速老化,极大地延长了轧制油的使用寿命。并且本发明轧制油具有优异的冷却性能,轧制油能反复循环使用,从而提高轧制油的利用率,同时保持良好的润滑性,抗磨性,抗擦伤性,同时,可大大降低高温下残炭的生成,从而保证铝箔面在退火时的清净性,最终获得光泽的表面。
具体实施方式
一种抗氧抗菌铝箔轧制油,按重量份计由以下成分制成:5#白油100、环氧大豆油1.4、向日葵油0.8、鱼肝油0.3、硬脂酸甘露醇脂3、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺0.8、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.1、聚丙烯酰胺1、辛酸十六烷酯8、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯6、磷脂脂肪酸3、纳米二氧化钛0.8、山梨糖醇5、3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯0.4。
进一步地,所述纳米二氧化钛的粒度为50-60nm,所述纳米二氧化钛经过预处理:首先按9.85:100的质量比例混合硬脂酸与甲苯,然后将纳米二氧化钛添加到进去,先加热至38℃,保温10分钟,再加热至60℃,保温15分钟后,冷却至室温,过滤出纳米二氧化钛,水洗,烘干,即可。

动植物油对铝的表面吸附能力强,具有良好的润滑性能,但是稳定性较差,扎后板面清净性和退火净性较差,影响铝箔表面的质量,而矿物油对铝表面吸附能力较差,润滑性能有限,但是退火清净性较好;因此本发明对矿物油和动植物油经过大量实验研究验证,得到,采用5#白油100重量份时,配合重量份分别为1.4的环氧大豆油、0.8的向日葵油、0.3的鱼肝油,并且环氧大豆油、向日葵油、鱼肝油经过提前预混处理,最后以28.8℃保温,然后直接添加到白油中,混制轧制油,其制成的轧制油不仅对铝表面吸附能力强,润滑性得到极大的提高,并且退火清净性好,还极大的提高了轧制油的抗氧化能力和稳定性,极大的提高了轧制后铝箔表面质量。通过添加3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯和抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯的配合作用,不仅能够使得轧制油具有抗菌的性能,延长轧制油的寿命,还能使得轧制油提高轧制油的分散性,提升轧制质量。通过添加经过表面处理的纳米二氧化钛能够为铝箔轧制提供最优化的有效轧制摩擦力,进一步地提高轧制后铝箔的表面质量。

1.一种抗氧抗菌铝箔轧制油,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制成:5#白油100、环氧大豆油1.4、向日葵油0.8、鱼肝油0.3、硬脂酸甘露醇脂3、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺0.8、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.1、聚丙烯酰胺1、辛酸十六烷酯8、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯6、磷脂脂肪酸3、纳米二氧化钛0.8、山梨糖醇5、3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯0.4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧抗菌铝箔轧制油,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化钛的粒度为50-60nm,所述纳米二氧化钛经过预处理:首先按9.85:100的质量比例混合硬脂酸与甲苯,然后将纳米二氧化钛添加到进去,先加热至38℃,保温10分钟,再加热至60℃,保温15分钟后,冷却至室温,过滤出纳米二氧化钛,水洗,烘干,即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧抗菌铝箔轧制油,其特征在于,所述环氧大豆油、向日葵油和鱼肝油经过预混处理:将环氧大豆油、向日葵油和鱼肝油均匀混合到一起,加热至55.6℃,以500r/min速度离心处理30分钟后,缓慢冷却至28.8℃,保温储藏。
