本发明公开了一种蓝莓饮料配方,由下列原料组成:按质量百分比分为,水49‑57%、蓝莓汁35‑40%、白砂糖3‑4%、AK糖0.1‑0.2%、阿斯巴甜0.07‑0.09%、果汁稳定剂0.1‑0.3%、苹果酸1.2‑1.3%、果粒3‑5%、山梨酸0.2‑0.4%、乙麦0.01‑0.02%,本发明中蓝莓汁与果粒均由蓝莓果肉制成,保证了蓝莓饮料的营养成分,本发明具有防止脑神经老化、增强人机体免疫等功能。

蓝莓果实中含有丰富的营养成分,具有防止脑神经老化、保护视力、强心、抗癌、软化血管、增强人机体免疫等功能,本发明的一种蓝莓饮料配方特别注重蓝莓果肉的营养成分全部能被利用,更好的发挥蓝莓的食用价值。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种蓝莓饮料配方,使得蓝莓果肉的营养成份得到更好的利用。
本发明公开了一种蓝莓饮料配方,组分及质量百分比分为:水49-57%、蓝莓汁35-40%、白砂糖3-4%、AK糖0.1-0.2%、阿斯巴甜0.07-0.09%、果汁稳定剂0.1-0.3%、苹果酸1.2-1.3%、果粒3-5%、山梨酸0.2-0.4%、乙麦0.01-0.02%。
所述的一种蓝莓饮料,水51.64%、蓝莓汁38%、白砂糖3.5%、AK糖0.15%、阿斯巴甜0.08%、果汁稳定剂0.12%、苹果酸1.2%、果粒5%、山梨酸0.3%、乙麦0.01%。
制备所述的一种蓝莓饮料,包括以下的生产步骤:
A、蓝莓经筛选、洗干净、浸泡、磨浆及过滤得蓝莓汁与蓝莓果肉;
B、按各组分称量;
C、混合各组分、搅拌均匀、提温,后高温杀菌至无菌罐装。
本发明的技术效果是:
本发明的一种蓝莓饮料,具有多样口味及功能多样,具有防止脑神经老化、增强人机体免疫等功能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,详述本发明的制备方法。
实施例一:
A、蓝莓经筛选、洗干净、浸泡、磨浆及过滤得蓝莓汁与蓝莓果肉;
B、称量水51.64kg、蓝莓汁38kg、白砂糖3.5kg、AK糖0.15kg、阿斯巴甜0.08kg、果汁稳定剂0.12kg、苹果酸1.2kg、果粒5kg、山梨酸0.3kg、乙麦0.01kg;
C、混合各组分、搅拌均匀、提温,后高温杀菌至无菌罐装。
