但现有的普通鸡蛋也存在以下不足:
(1)DHA含量低;
(2)锌含量低;
(3)VE含量低;
(4)蛋黄中胆固醇含量高。

所述饲料,各原料包括玉米、豆粕、贝壳粉、石粉、精料、冰藻提取物、浒苔提取物、洋车前子壳粉、薏苡仁提取物、燕麦提取物、牡蛎提取物。
所述饲料,各组分的质量百分含量为:玉米36.5-37.5份、豆粕14.3-15.6份、贝壳粉2.8-3.2份、石粉0.8-1.2份、精料1.7-2.3份、冰藻提取物9.4-10.6份、浒苔提取物7.6-8.4份、洋车前子壳粉4.7-5.2份、薏苡仁提取物3.6-4.5份、燕麦提取物5.7-6.3份、牡蛎提取物8.8-9.4份。
鸡群饮水,采用国际领先的纳米银复合材料和纳米KDF复合材料多重过滤的水处理技术,残留矿物质和微量元素,弱碱性小分子团水。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益的效果是:
(1)本发明制备的鸡蛋,富含DHA,每100g鸡蛋中DHA的含量为175-185毫克;DHA(脑黄金),对促进胎儿、婴幼儿脑细胞发育和视网膜发育具有重要作用;也是增强记忆力和免疫力的重要元素,能有效改善孕期记忆力衰退,非常适合孕妈妈和刚添加辅食的宝宝,以及1-6岁大脑和视力发育高峰的孩子;
(2)本发明制备的鸡蛋,富含维生素、矿物质,每100g鸡蛋中锌的含量为1150-1250微克;每100g鸡蛋中维生素E的含量为4840-4960微克;
(3)本发明制备的鸡蛋,每100g鸡蛋中胆固醇的含量为230-236毫克;
(4)本发明制备的鸡蛋,无抗生素、无菌、无激素;
(5)本发明制备的鸡蛋,不腥;
(6)本发明所述方法,鸡群消化吸收能力增强。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应该理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1 一种供孕产妇和婴幼儿食用的喜蛋的制备方法
包括以下步骤:
(1)选取优质蛋鸡
选取消化吸收能力强的产蛋鸡;所述产蛋鸡,腺胃、肌胃里的乳头数量达130头,比常规产蛋鸡多30%;输卵管通透能力强,输卵管的长度达15cm,常规产蛋鸡的输卵管的长度仅为12cm。
(2)病原菌的净化
对鸡群进行沙门氏菌净化、大肠杆菌净化、支原体病净化,使产蛋鸡无垂直传染性疾病。
(3)饲料喂养
采取不限饲喂法,即每天早晨5:30-21:30自由采食饲料;
所述饲料,各组分的质量百分含量为:玉米63%、豆粕23%、贝壳粉5%、石粉4%;豆油1%、深海鱼油2%、精料2%;
所述石粉,为无氟石粉;
所述精料,每公斤含以下组分的含量为:
VA 487500 IU、VD3 175000 IU、VD3(25-羟基)3450μg、VE1250mg、VK3 125mg、VB1 100mg、VB2 312.5mg、 VB6 187.5mg、VB12 0.9mg、D-生物素15mg、泛酸562.5mg、叶酸68.8mg、铁2500mg、铜500mg、锰500mg、锌 4000mg、碘 50mg、硒13.5mg、蛋氨酸62500mg;

实施例2一种供孕产妇和婴幼儿食用的喜蛋的制备方法
包括以下步骤:
(1)选取优质蛋鸡
选取消化吸收能力强的产蛋鸡;所述产蛋鸡,腺胃、肌胃里的乳头数量达130头,比常规产蛋鸡多30%;输卵管通透能力强,输卵管的长度达15cm,常规产蛋鸡的输卵管的长度仅为12cm。
(2)病原菌的净化
对鸡群进行沙门氏菌净化、大肠杆菌净化、支原体病净化。
(3)饲料喂养
采取不限饲喂法,即每天早晨5:30-21:30自由采食饲料;
所述饲料,以重量份计,包括以下组分:玉米37份、豆粕15份、贝壳粉3份、石粉1份、精料2份、冰藻提取物10份、浒苔提取物8份、洋车前子壳粉5份、薏苡仁提取物4份、燕麦提取物6份、牡蛎提取物9份;
所述石粉,碳酸钙含量为90wt%;
所述燕麦提取物,β-葡聚糖含量为35%;
所述薏苡仁提取物,薏苡仁酯的含量为5%;
所述牡蛎提取物,牡蛎肽含量为95%,所述牡蛎肽,分子量为5000道尔顿;粒径为100目;
所述洋车前子壳粉,珊瑚木苷的质量百分含量为12%,纤维素的质量百分含量为15%,60-100目。
所述浒苔提取物,浒苔多糖含量为60%;
所述精料,每公斤含以下组分的含量为:
VA 487500 IU、VD3 175000 IU、VD3(25-羟基)3450μg、VE1250mg、VK3 125mg、VB1 100mg、VB2 312.5mg、 VB6 187.5mg、VB12 0.9mg、D-生物素15mg、泛酸562.5mg、叶酸68.8mg、铁2500mg、铜500mg、锰500mg、锌 4000mg、碘 50mg、硒13.5mg、蛋氨酸62500mg。
(1)本发明制备的鸡蛋,营养丰富,特别适合孕产妇和婴幼儿食用
100g整蛋可食用部分中含DHA 190毫克、ARA 170毫克、锌1300微克、维生素E 4985微克、胆固醇含量为225.4毫克;蛋白质含量提高25%;卵磷脂含量1600mg;
本发明鸡蛋,日产蛋量在800个/1000只;
(2)本发明制备的鸡蛋,具有改善睡眠,提高记忆力,缓解视疲劳的效果
选取200名孕妇,进行本发明产品的试食实验;
孕妇年龄在30~40岁之间,怀孕4-5个月,身体状况无明显差异;食用前,孕妇均有失眠、记忆力低下、食欲不振、视觉疲劳的症状;
随机分成2组,本发明组和对照组
本发明组:孕妇食用本发明制备的鸡蛋,一天1个,随早餐服用;
对照组:孕妇食用普通的鸡蛋,一天1个,随早餐服用;
本发明组和对照组,每天的其余饮食、作息均相同;
实验60天,对孕妇跟踪调查,与食用前相比,孕妇各项症状的改善情况见表2;

3)本发明制备的鸡蛋,具有降血压效果
高血压患者食用本发明制备的鸡蛋,一天40克,随早餐服用,服用2个月,前后受试者血压检查结果见下表3:

1.一种供孕产妇和婴幼儿食用的喜蛋,其特征在于:所述喜蛋,每100g鸡蛋中DHA的含量为175-185毫克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种供孕产妇和婴幼儿食用的喜蛋,其特征在于:所述喜蛋,每100g鸡蛋中锌的含量为1150-1250微克,每100g鸡蛋中维生素E的含量为4840-4960微克;每100g鸡蛋中胆固醇的含量为230-236毫克。
3.一种供孕产妇和婴幼儿食用的喜蛋的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法,包括饲料喂养;所述饲料,原料包括玉米、豆粕、贝壳粉、石粉、豆油、深海鱼油、精料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种供孕产妇和婴幼儿食用的喜蛋的制备方法,其特征在于:所述饲料,各组分的质量百分含量为:玉米60-65%、豆粕20-25%、贝壳粉3-6%、石粉3-5%;豆油0.8-1.2%、深海鱼油1.8-2.3%、精料1.7-2.2%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种供孕产妇和婴幼儿食用的喜蛋的制备方法,其特征在于:所述饲料,各组分的质量百分比,优选为:玉米63%、豆粕23%、贝壳粉5%、石粉4%;豆油1%、深海鱼油2%、精料2%。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种供孕产妇和婴幼儿食用的喜蛋的制备方法,其特征在于:所述精料,每公斤含以下组分:VA 487000- 488000 IU、VD3 172000 -178000 IU、25-羟基VD3 3420-3470μg、VE1240-1260mg、VK3 120-130mg、VB1 95-105mg、VB2 310-315mg、 VB6180-190mg、VB12 0.85-0.95mg、D-生物素13-17mg、泛酸560-565mg、叶酸66-70mg、铁 2450-2550mg、铜495-505mg、锰495-505mg、锌 3950-4050mg、碘 48-52mg、硒13-14mg、蛋氨酸62300-62600mg。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种供孕产妇和婴幼儿食用的喜蛋的制备方法,其特征在于:所述精料,每公斤含以下组分:VA 487500 IU、VD3 175000 IU、VD3(25-羟基)3450μg、VE1250mg、VK3 125mg、VB1 100mg、VB2 312.5mg、 VB6 187.5mg、VB12 0.9mg、D-生物素15mg、泛酸562.5mg、叶酸68.8mg、铁 2500mg、铜500mg、锰500mg、锌 4000mg、碘 50mg、硒13.5mg、蛋氨酸62500mg。
