Abstract
本发明公开了一种富硒猪饲料及饲养方法,该富硒猪饲料包括以下重量份组分:玉米55‑65份、麦麸15‑18份、豆粕10‑15份、骨粉1.5‑2份、食盐0.1‑0.5份、复合预混料1‑3份及复合型富硒益生菌粉0.03‑0.05份。用该富硒猪饲料饲喂黑猪,得到的黑猪肉的营养丰富,猪肉中硒含量可以达到0.2mg/kg以上。人们在日常中食用该富硒猪肉后,可有效提高人体免疫力和促进人体生长发育,增强人体抗癌能力和抗衰老能力。

技术领域
本发明属于猪饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种富硒猪饲料及饲养方法。
背景技术
硒,元素符号为Se,是一种人体所必需的微量元素,具有抗癌、抗氧化(衰老)和提高人体免疫力、拮抗重金属等生物学特性。硒的缺乏会导致如大骨节病、克山病等的发生,硒是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的组成部分,能清除氧自由基。WHO公布的资料表明,全球有40多个国家属于低硒或缺硒地区,中国2/3的地区属于缺硒地区,其中1/3地区国严重缺硒地区,硒营养不良的情况在我国普遍存在。另外,免疫力较低的人群或癌症病人,需要补充一定剂量的硒,提高自身免疫力,一般补硒方式为人工合成药物补充。这种补充方法的不足是:药物中除了硒还含有大量的添加剂,对人体可能会造成潜在的危害;吸收率受到影响。
现有猪饲料的组成复杂,通常是通过添加大量的添加剂、中草药或者其他成分,这些饲料的组成和制作繁琐,其中有一些原料价格也非常昂贵,饲料的配比不合理,不仅不能被有效的吸收利用,有些成分被排出之后还会产生污染环境等问题,尤其是饲料中硒的吸收利用率较低,导致无法精确饲喂数量。因此,急需开发一种组成简单、营养丰富且易于吸收的富硒猪饲料,以及使用该富硒猪饲料饲喂得到的富硒猪肉。

本发明提供一种富硒猪饲料,该富硒猪饲料包括以下重量份组分:玉米55-65份、麦麸15-18份、豆粕10-15份、骨粉1.5-2份、食盐0.1-0.5份、复合预混料1-3份及复合型富硒益生菌粉0.03-0.05份。
在一些实施方式中,该富硒猪饲料包括以下重量份组分:玉米58-62份、麦麸15-18份、豆粕12-15份、骨粉1.5-2份、食盐0.3-0.5份、复合预混料2-3份,及复合型富硒益生菌粉0.04-0.05份。
在一些实施方式中,该富硒猪饲料包括以下重量份组分:玉米62份、麦麸16份、豆粕15份、骨粉2份、食盐0.3份复合预混料3份,及复合型富硒益生菌粉0.05份。
在一些实施方式中,复合预混料包括硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、碘化钾、复合维生素、硫铵素、核黄素、泛酸、烟酸、吡哆醇、生物素和叶酸进行调配或者市售购买的常规育肥猪预混料。

本发明实施例中提供一种富硒猪饲料,该富硒猪饲料营养丰富,包括以下组分:玉米、麦麸、豆粕、骨粉、食盐、复合预混料及复合型富硒益生菌粉。本发明实施例中的富硒猪饲料中含有玉米、麦麸、豆粕、骨粉等基本组分,这些基本成分具有丰富的营养成分,满足了猪生长过程中的基本需要,还含有食盐、复合预混料及复合型富硒益生菌粉等附加成分,这些附加成分改善了饲料的口感并提高吸收利用率。
同时,本发明实施例中的富硒猪饲料的配比合理,其中玉米55-65份、麦麸15-18份、豆粕10-15份、骨粉1.5-2份、食盐0.1-0.5份、复合预混料1-3份及复合型富硒益生菌粉0.03-0.05份。本发明实施例中的猪饲料以玉米作为主要的组分,还加入少部分的麦麸和豆粕,少量的骨粉,并包含食盐、复合预混料及复合型富硒益生菌粉等附加成分,上述的比例不仅可以保证营养来源,而且相互配合可以使各组分的营养都能够被有效利用吸收,若配比过高或者过低都会导致吸收不充足,或者某一组分的浪费或过剩。
以下是本发明实施例的富硒猪饲料中的原料的主要营养介绍:
其中,玉米的营养成分比较全面,一般含蛋白质8.5%、脂肪4.3%、糖类73.2%、钙0.022%、磷.21%、铁0.0016%,还含有胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2和尼克酸以及谷固醇、卵磷脂、维生素E、赖氨酸等。
麦麸含有大量的维生素B类,还含有丰富的膳食纤维。
豆粕内含的多种氨基酸适合于家禽和猪对营养的需求,大约85%的豆粕被用于家禽和猪的饲养。实验表明,在不需额外加入动物性蛋白的情况下,仅豆粕中所含有的氨基酸就足以平衡家禽和猪的营养,从而促进牲畜的营养吸收。在家禽和生猪饲养中,豆粕得到了最大限度的利用。
骨粉,是指以畜骨为原料制成的粉状肥料。畜骨的主要成分为磷酸三钙、骨胶和脂肪。
氯化钠(食盐)对调节体液酸碱平衡,保持细胞和血液间渗透压平衡,刺激唾液分泌,参与胃酸形成,促进消化酶活动均有重要作用。食盐作为调味剂,能改善饲料的适口性,增强食欲,帮助营养物质的消化吸收,提高饲料利用率。
复合预混料是添加剂预混合饲料的简称,它是将一种或多种微量组分(包括各种微量矿物元素、各种维生素、合成氨基酸、某些药物等添加剂)与稀释剂或载体按要求配比,均匀混合后制成的中间型配合饲料产品。预混料是全价配合饲料的一种重要组分。

本发明还提供一种富硒黑猪饲养方法,包括以下步骤:育肥黑猪于出栏前30-60d,使用富硒猪饲料进行饲喂。
在一些实施方式中,育肥黑猪于出栏前50d,使用富硒猪饲料进行饲喂。
在一些实施方式中,饲喂的喂养量为每只猪每天1.4-2.4Kg。
本发明实施例中使用上述的富硒猪饲料饲养黑猪,富硒猪饲料的营养丰富,口感良好,猪的采食良好,不仅能满足猪快速生长的需求,而且富硒益生菌粉能增加猪肠道内的益生菌,增加进食量,其中富硒益生菌粉中的硒能够被充分吸收利用。富硒益生菌中的硒元素不同于现有的含硒的植物或者无机硒添加剂,由于含硒植物中的硒含量不确定,无机硒不易被吸收利用,因此无法精确控制饲喂量和猪肉中的硒含量,而本发明实施例中在饲喂的过程中硒能被有效的吸收利用,精确控制投加量,得到一种硒含量精确的黑猪肉。
以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
一种富硒猪饲料,该富硒猪饲料包括以下重量份组分:玉米62份、麦麸16份、豆粕13份、骨粉1.5份、食盐0.3份、复合预混料3份以及复合型富硒益生菌粉0.03份。
利用上述的富硒猪饲料饲养黑猪的方法,具体包括以下步骤:
选择水源充足、地势平坦、背风向阳的开阔地段建立猪场,猪场应布局合理,符合猪舍建设标准;
猪场经常进行消毒,按规定免疫接种;
育肥黑猪于出栏前50d,使用上述的富硒猪饲料进行饲喂,即可养成富硒黑猪,使黑猪肉硒含量达标。
富硒喂养管理:黑猪体重在35Kg以下时,按照体重的5%饲喂,体重在35-60Kg时,按照体重的4%饲喂,体重在60Kg以上时,按照体重3%饲喂。喂养天数50d。

挑选健康状况一致,年龄相同,体重40-45Kg左右的黑猪24头,均分为8组,每组3只,分别饲喂实施例1、2、3和对比例1-5提供的富硒饲料,其中,实施例1、2、3对比例1、2饲喂50d,对比例3饲喂30d,对比例4饲喂40d,对比例5饲喂60d。黑猪处于相同的饲养水平,由同一饲养员喂养。采集每只黑猪的血液、背最长肌、肾脏、心脏、脂肪等组织,并测定硒含量。

由表1以看出,实施例1、2、3饲喂50d后,背最长肌Se含量均达到0.4mg/Kg以上,由对比例1、2可以看出,饲料的组成比例与本发明不同时,过高或者过低都不能使其中的成分充分被吸收,尤其是猪肉的硒的含量并不会随着用量的增高而进一步的增高,而对比例4中背最长肌Se含量虽然达到0.2mg/Kg,但是趋近于富硒临界值(0.2mg/Kg),所以选择最佳的饲养天数为50d。合理的硒含量的猪肉更有益于人们的食用和健康。因此,本发明实施例中的猪饲料的组成简单,搭配合理,制作简单,含有丰富的营养,是一种高能易吸收的富硒猪饲料。
由此可见,本发明提供一种富硒猪饲料,该富硒猪饲料包括以下重量份组分:玉米55-65份、麦麸15-18份、豆粕10-15份、骨粉1.5-2份、食盐0.1-0.5份、复合预混料1-3份及复合型富硒益生菌粉0.03-0.05份。该富硒猪饲料中既玉米、麦麸、豆粕、骨粉等基本组分,而且含有食盐、复合预混料及复合型富硒益生菌粉等添加成分,本发明制备的黑猪富硒饲料其原料来源安全、有效,并且都是食品级的原料,对于猪生长过程中无任何的副作用和刺激,此外,上述的饲料中含有丰富的蛋白质、多种维生素、矿物质和微量元素,能够全面满足黑猪生长所必需的营养需求,并且本发明所提供的饲养方法,搭配合理,营养丰富,易于吸收利用,能使黑猪在最短时间内生长并富含硒,缩短养殖周期。

Claims (10)
1.一种富硒猪饲料,其特征在于,该富硒猪饲料包括以下重量份组分:
玉米55-65份
麦麸15-18份
豆粕10-15份
骨粉1.5-2份
食盐0.1-0.5份
复合预混料1-3份,及
复合型富硒益生菌粉0.03-0.05份。
2.如权利要求1所述的富硒猪饲料,其特征在于,该富硒猪饲料包括以下重量份组分:
玉米58-62份
麦麸15-18份
豆粕12-15份
骨粉1.5-2份
食盐0.3-0.5份
复合预混料2-3份,及
复合型富硒益生菌粉0.04-0.05份。
3.如权利要求2所述的富硒猪饲料,其特征在于,该富硒猪饲料包括以下重量份组分:
玉米62份
麦麸16份
豆粕15份
鱼粉1.5份
食盐0.3份
复合预混料3份,及
复合型富硒益生菌粉0.05份。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的富硒猪饲料,其特征在于,所述复合预混料包括硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、碘化钾、复合维生素、硫铵素、核黄素、泛酸、烟酸、吡哆醇、生物素和叶酸进行调配或者市售购买的常规育肥猪预混料。
5.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的富硒猪饲料,其特征在于,所述复合型富硒益生菌粉包括富硒枯草芽孢杆菌、富硒地衣芽孢杆菌和富硒乳酸菌三种中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求5所述的富硒猪饲料,其特征在于,所述复合型富硒益生菌粉中总有机硒含量规格为2000-8000mg/kg。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的富硒猪饲料,其特征在于,所述富硒猪饲料中的有机硒含量为1-2mg/kg。
8.一种富硒黑猪饲养方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:育肥黑猪于出栏前30-60d,使用权利要求1-7中任一项所述的富硒猪饲料进行饲喂。
9.如权利要求8所述的富硒黑猪饲养方法,其特征在于,所述育肥黑猪于出栏前50d进行饲喂。
10.如权利要求8所述的富硒黑猪饲养方法,其特征在于,所述饲喂的喂养量为每只黑猪每天1.4-2.4Kg。
