Abstract

本发明提供一种发动机的可启动性提高的车辆的控制装置。混合动力车辆(1)的控制装置具备发动机ECU(141),所述发动机ECU(141)基于低压燃压传感器(53a)的检测值来控制加料泵(512),并且为了启动发动机(10)而控制电动发电机。在能够从高压蓄电池输出的电力比判定阈值小的情况下,发动机ECU(141)以与加料泵(512)相比优先向进行发动机(10)的起转的电动发电机从高压蓄电池供给电力的方式控制加料泵(512)和电动发电机。

本发明涉及车辆的控制装置,尤其涉及搭载有包括向进气通路进行燃料的喷射的气口喷射阀的内燃机的车辆的控制装置。
背景技术
在日本特开2005-299504号公报(专利文献1)中,公开了如下内容,在搭载有包括气口喷射阀和缸内喷射阀的发动机的混合动力车辆中,在发动机自动启动时使向电动燃料泵的电力供给优先于辅机地进行,所述电动燃料泵是向缸内喷射阀供给燃料的泵。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
即使如上述日本特开2005-299504号公报那样使电动燃料泵优先于辅机而向电动燃料泵供给电力,在发动机启动时除了燃料泵以外也还需要向用于使发动机起转(日文:クランキング)的电动机供给电力。例如在极低温下,电池的性能降低显著,所以在发动机冷启动时有时难以从电池输出对于驱动电动燃料泵和电动机双方而言足够的电力。在该情况下,即使燃料的压力(以下,称作“燃料压力”)达到目标值,若无法确保发动机的起转所需的电动机的电力,则也难以启动发动机。
本发明是为了解决上述问题而完成的,其目的在于提供发动机的可启动性提高了的车辆的控制装置。
用于解决问题的手段
本发明涉及车辆的控制装置。车辆包括:内燃机,具有向进气通路进行燃料的喷射的气口喷射阀;燃料罐,贮存用于从气口喷射阀喷射的燃料;电动式加料泵,从燃料罐吸取燃料而向气口喷射阀供给;燃压传感器,检测向气口喷射阀供给的燃料的压力;电动机,在内燃机的启动时使内燃机起转;以及蓄电装置,向加料泵和电动机供给电力。控制装置具备控制部,控制部基于燃压传感器的检测值来控制电动式加料泵,并且为了启动内燃机而控制电动机。在内燃机的启动时能够从蓄电装置输出的电力比判定阈值小的情况下,控制部以与加料泵相比优先向电动机从蓄电装置供给电力的方式控制加料泵和电动机。
为了从气口喷射阀喷射的燃料的雾化的促进、燃压传感器的工作确认检查等,燃料压力常常被设定为比通常值稍高的压力。若将燃料压力设定得高,则电动式加料泵的消耗电力变大。若在这样的状况下能够从蓄电装置输出的电力受到限制,则有时电动机进行起转所需的电力不足。若无法进行正常的起转,则缸内压无法上升到初爆所需的压力,发动机启动无法正常进行。因此,通过如上述的控制那样,控制各电负载以使得与加料泵相比优先向电动机从蓄电装置供给电力,从而发动机的可启动性提高。
优选的是,在内燃机的启动时能够从蓄电装置输出的电力成为判定阈值以上的情况下,控制部将燃料的压力设定为规定值,在内燃机的启动时能够从蓄电装置输出的电力比判定阈值小的情况下,控制部使燃料的压力相比规定值降低。进一步优选的是,在内燃机的启动时能够从蓄电装置输出的电力比判定阈值小的情况下,在燃料的压力成为下限保护值之前,控制部在能够从蓄电装置输出的电力越低时,将燃料的压力设定为越低。
通过进行上述的控制,在能够从蓄电装置输出的电力受到了限制的情况下,能够通过将燃料压力抑制为较低来减少加料泵的消耗电力,将起转所需的电力尽可能地向电动机供给。
进一步优选的是,在内燃机的转速成为了目标转速以上的情况下,控制部使降低了的燃料的压力恢复为规定值。
若内燃机的转速成为目标转速以上,则内燃机自身成为能够通过自行运转而输出动力的状态。在这样的情况下,可以尽早地结束通过电动机进行的起转,即使产生电动机的电力不足也不致于产生内燃机无法启动这样的事态。于是,若转速达到目标值,则使燃料压力恢复为本来的值,恢复到适于内燃机的运转的状态。
优选的是,控制部基于如下值来决定向电动式加料泵供给的电力:从能够从蓄电装置输出的电力减去电动机使内燃机启动所需的电力而得到的值。
通过如上所述决定电力的分配,可首先确保起转所需的电力部分,并且能够尽量以接近本来的目标值的燃料压力进行来自气口喷射阀的喷射。
优选的是,车辆还包括从蓄电装置接受电力的供给的空调装置,在能够从蓄电装置输出的电力比判定阈值小的情况下,控制部使向空调装置的电力供给停止。
空调装置是即使在发动机启动时暂时停止也不容易产生问题、且消耗电力大的电负载。因此,通过在蓄电装置能够输出的电力比判定阈值小的情况下使空调装置停止,能够向进行起转的电动机供给发动机启动时所需的电力。
发明效果
根据本发明,在能够从蓄电装置供给的电力受到了限制的情况下,优先于燃料泵驱动地确保通过电动机进行发动机的起转所需的电力,所以能够切实且尽早地进行发动机启动。

具体实施方式
以下,一边参照附图一边对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。此外,对图中相同或相当部分标注同一附图标记而不反复其说明。
[基本结构的说明]
图1是表示应用本发明的混合动力车辆1的结构的框图。参照图1,混合动力车辆1包括发动机10、燃料供给装置15、电动发电机20、30、动力分配机构40、减速机构58、驱动轮62、功率控制单元(PCU)60、蓄电池70以及控制装置100。
该混合动力车辆1是混联型的混合动力车辆,构成为能够以发动机10和电动发电机30的至少一方为驱动源进行行驶。
发动机10、电动发电机20以及电动发电机30经由动力分配机构40相互连结。在连结于动力分配机构40的电动发电机30的旋转轴16,连接有减速机构58。旋转轴16经由减速机构58与驱动轮62连结,并且经由动力分配机构40与发动机10的曲轴连结。
动力分配机构40能够将发动机10的驱动力分配给电动发电机20和旋转轴16。通过经由动力分配机构40使发动机10的曲轴旋转,电动发电机20能够作为使发动机10启动的启动器发挥作用。
电动发电机20和30均是既可作为发电机工作也可作为电动机工作的周知的同步发电电动机。电动发电机20和30与PCU60连接,PCU60与蓄电池70连接。
控制装置100包括功率管理用电子控制单元(Electronic ControlUnit;以下,称作PM-ECU)140、发动机用电子控制单元(以下,称作发动机ECU)141、电动机用电子控制单元(以下,称作电动机ECU)142以及蓄电池用电子控制单元(以下,称作蓄电池ECU)143。
PM-ECU140经由未图示的通信端口与发动机ECU141、电动机ECU142以及蓄电池ECU143连接。PM-ECU140与发动机ECU141、电动机ECU142以及蓄电池ECU143进行各种控制信号、数据的收发。
电动机ECU142连接于PCU60,且控制电动发电机20和30的驱动。蓄电池ECU143基于蓄电池70的充放电电流的累计值运算剩余容量(以下,称作SOC(State of charge:充电状态))。
发动机ECU141连接于发动机10和燃料供给装置15。发动机ECU141,被从检测发动机10的运转状态的各种传感器输入信号,并且根据所输入的信号进行燃料喷射控制、点火控制以及吸入空气量调节控制等运转控制。另外,发动机ECU141通过控制燃料供给装置15来将燃料向发动机10供给。
在具有以上结构的混合动力车辆1中,对发动机10和燃料供给装置15的结构和控制进行更详细地说明。
图2是表示与燃料供给有关的发动机10和燃料供给装置15的结构的图。在本实施方式中,将应用本发明的车辆设为作为内燃机采用一并使用缸内喷射和气口喷射的双喷射类型的内燃机例如直列4汽缸的汽油发动机的混合动力车辆。
参照图2,发动机10包括进气歧管36、进气口21、设置于汽缸体的4个汽缸11以及检测冷却发动机10的汽缸体的冷却水的水温的水温传感器12。
在汽缸11中的未图示的活塞下降时,吸入空气AIR从进气口管经过进气歧管36和进气口21而流入各汽缸11。
燃料供给装置15包括低压燃料供给机构50和高压燃料供给机构80。低压燃料供给机构50包括燃料加压输送部51、低压燃料配管52、低压传送管53、低压燃压传感器53a以及气口喷射阀54。
高压燃料供给机构80包括高压泵81、单向阀82a、高压燃料配管82、高压传送管83、高压燃压传感器83a以及缸内喷射阀84。
缸内喷射阀84是使喷孔部84a暴露于各汽缸11的燃烧室内的缸内喷射用喷射器。在缸内喷射阀84开阀动作时,高压传送管83内的被加压了的燃料从缸内喷射阀84的喷孔部84a向燃烧室内喷射。
发动机ECU141构成为包括CPU(Central Processing Unit:中央处理器)、ROM(Read Only Memory:只读存储器)、RAM(Random Access Memory:随机存取存储器)、输入接口电路、输出接口电路等。发动机ECU141从图1的PM-ECU接收发动机启动/停止指令并控制发动机10和燃料供给装置15。
发动机ECU141基于加速器开度、吸入空气量、发动机转速等针对每次燃烧算出所需的燃料喷射量。另外,发动机ECU141基于所算出的燃料喷射量而适时向气口喷射阀54和缸内喷射阀84输出喷射指令信号等。
在发动机10的启动时,发动机ECU141首先实施通过气口喷射阀54进行的燃料喷射。并且,在由高压燃压传感器83a检测的高压传送管83内的燃料压力超过了预先设定的压力值时,ECU140开始向缸内喷射阀84输出喷射指令信号。
而且,发动机ECU141例如在将来自缸内喷射阀84的缸内喷射作为基本的同时,在如发动机10的启动暖机时、低旋转高负载时等凭借缸内喷射则混合气形成会不充分的特定的运转状态下,一并使用气口喷射。或者,发动机ECU141例如在将来自缸内喷射阀84的缸内喷射作为基本的同时,在气口喷射有效的高旋转高负载时等执行来自气口喷射阀54的气口喷射。
在本实施方式中,燃料供给装置15的特征点在于,低压燃料供给机构50的压力能够可变地控制。以下,对燃料供给装置15的低压燃料供给机构50进一步详细说明。
燃料加压输送部51包括燃料罐511、加料泵512、吸滤器513、燃料过滤器514以及安全阀515。
燃料罐511储存由发动机10消耗的燃料例如汽油。吸滤器513阻止异物的吸入。燃料过滤器514除去排出燃料中的异物。
安全阀515,在从加料泵512排出的燃料的压力达到上限压力时打开,在燃料的压力不足上限压力的期间维持闭阀状态。
低压燃料配管52从燃料加压输送部51连结到低压传送管53。其中,低压燃料配管52不限于燃料管,也可以是贯通形成有燃料通路的1个部件、彼此之间形成有燃料通路的多个部件。
低压传送管53在汽缸11的直列配置方向的一端侧连接于低压燃料配管52。低压传送管53连结有气口喷射阀54。在低压传送管53安装有检测内部的燃料压力的低压燃压传感器53a。
气口喷射阀54是使喷孔部54a露出到与各汽缸11对应的进气口21内的气口喷射用喷射器。在气口喷射阀54开阀动作时,低压传送管53内的被加压了的燃料从气口喷射阀54的喷孔部54a向进气口21内喷射。
加料泵512基于从发动机ECU141发送的指令信号被驱动和停止。
加料泵512能够从燃料罐511内吸取燃料,且将所吸取的燃料加压到例如不足1[MPa:兆帕]的一定可变范围内的压力并排出。而且,加料泵512能够通过发动机ECU141的控制而使每单位时间的排出量[m3/sec]、排出压力[kPa:千帕]变化。
由于以下的点,这样地控制加料泵512是优选的。首先,低压传送管53,为了防止在发动机成为高温时内部的燃料气化,需要施加不气化的程度的压力。但是,若压力变得过高,则泵的负载大而能量损失大。用于防止燃料的气化的压力根据温度而变化,所以通过将必要的压力施加于低压传送管53,能够减少能量损失。另外,若通过适当控制加料泵512而送出与发动机所消耗的量相当的部分的燃料,则能够节约以浪费的形式加压的能量。因此,在以下方面是有利的:与在暂时过剩地加压之后由压力调节器将压力设为一定的结构相比,可提高燃料经济性。
[加料泵的电源系统的说明]
图3是用于说明混合动力车辆1的电源系统的框图。参照图3,从蓄电池70经由系统主继电器SMR向PCU60和DC/DC转换器90供给电力,所述DC/DC转换器用于向辅机系统供给电力。PCU60驱动电动发电机20和电动发电机30,DC/DC转换器90向辅机蓄电池94和辅机负载92供给电力。辅机负载92包括图2的加料泵512。
图4是用于说明发动机起转时的电力消耗的明细的例子的图。在图4中,纵轴表示电力(kW),从左起依次示出了温度-20℃、-25℃(研究例)、-25℃(本申请)的情况。
参照图3、图4对-25℃(研究例)的情况进行说明。来自高压蓄电池70的电池输出例如是2.0kW。这是根据由电池温度等确定的电力输出上限值WOUT而上限值被决定了的值。其中,如图4的P3所示,起转电力为1.2kW、辅机部分的消耗电力P1是0.8kW。辅机部分的消耗电力0.8kW的明细是:包括加料泵512在内的辅机负载的消耗电力为0.5kW,向辅机蓄电池94的充电电力为0.3kW。此外,关于该电力的分配,设为空调91处于动作停止状态。
在-20℃的情况下,电池电力例如为2.7kW。与之相比,在-25℃(研究例)的情况下,电池电力下降到2.0kW。在该状况下,作为与-20℃的情况同等程度确保辅机电力P1、燃料泵消耗电力P2的结果,起转电力P3在-25℃(研究例)下与-20℃的情况相比会大幅降低。
于是,有时即使供给了由加料泵512雾化了的燃料,电动发电机20也无法输出用于使发动机旋转的转矩,发动机的启动变得困难。
尤其是,在混合动力汽车中,发动机的初爆所需的缸内压大约为0.8MPa,为了确保该缸内压,要求使起转时的转速上升某种程度。在低温下,发动机的润滑油的性能降低,所以启动时的摩擦也变大,存在在起转时电动发电机20需要更大的电力的倾向。
因此,如在-25℃下(本申请)所示,在本实施方式中,使目标燃料压力降低而将燃料泵消耗电力P2设为比-20℃的情况下少,使起转电力P3增加与之相应的量。
即,在本实施方式中,电池输出上限值(WOUT)越低,则将目标燃料压力设定得越低,越减少加料泵512的消耗电力。通过像这样进行控制,比通过提高燃料压力而进行的燃料雾化优先地,将电池电力使用于发动机的起转。由于燃料压力下降而引起的喷射量的变化通过增加喷射阀的开阀时间来进行调整即可。
此外,使目标燃料压力变化的指标不限于电池输出上限值(WOUT)。例如也可以是,电池的充电状态(SOC)或电池温度越低,则将目标燃料压力设定得越低。
图5是用于对由本实施方式执行的目标燃料压力的设定进行说明的流程图。图5所示的流程图每隔一定时间或在每当规定的条件成立时从主例程调出并执行。
参照图2、图5,首先,在步骤S1中,发动机ECU141判断当前的发动机控制状态是否是发动机为初始启动(从运转开始时刻起初次的启动)。其原因在于,在从运转开始时刻到运转终止时刻为止的期间(以下,称作一次运行)发动机ECU141进行1次燃压传感器53a的检查,通常使检查定时为初次的发动机启动时。
例如,发动机ECU141以如下方式进行计数:对一次运行中的发动机启动次数N进行计数,并在一次运行终止时对启动次数N进行复位。在这样的情况下,发动机ECU141也可以根据启动次数N是否为零来判断是否为初始启动。另外,例如也可以是,发动机ECU141在运转开始时刻将表示一次运行中的初始启动的标志F设为激活,在初始启动完成时或第2次的启动条件成立时清除该标志F,根据标志来判断是否为初始启动。
在步骤S1中,在判断为当前的发动机控制状态为发动机的初始启动时的情况下(在S1中是),使处理进入步骤S2,在没有判断为当前的发动机控制状态为初始启动时的情况下(在S1中为否),使处理进入步骤S7。
在步骤S2中,判断发动机10的冷却水的水温Tw是否为规定值以下。发动机ECU141从水温传感器12接收水温Tw而进行判断。在步骤S2中,若水温Tw为规定值以下(在S2中为是),则使处理进入步骤S3,若水温Tw为规定值以上(在S2中为否),则使处理进入步骤S6。
在步骤S3中,判断发动机10的转速Ne是否超过了目标值。在发动机10达到了进行自行运转所需的足够的转速之后,可以不继续通过电动发电机20进行的起转,所以即使电动发电机20的电力因加料泵512消耗的电力而变得不足,也不会产生问题。因此,在步骤S3中发动机10的转速Ne超过了目标值的情况下(在S3中为是),使处理进入步骤S6。
另一方面,在步骤S3中发动机10的转速Ne没有超过目标值的情况下(在S3中为否),用于驱动电动发电机20的电力有可能不足,所以使处理进入步骤S4。在步骤S4中,在使发动机初始启动的短暂的期间,空调91停止。也可以代替使空调91停止而使其他辅机类(音响等可以暂时停止的装置)停止,或除了空调91以外还使其他辅机类(音响等可以暂时停止的装置)停止。
在步骤S4的处理终止后,使处理进入步骤S5。在步骤S5中,发动机ECU141基于经由图1的蓄电池ECU143、PM-ECU140得到的蓄电池70的可输出电力WOUT,设定目标燃料压力。例如可以使用接下来所示的映射MAP1来设定目标燃料压力。
图6是表示与电池WOUT相应的目标燃料压力的映射的一例的图。参照图6,映射MAP1是用于针对横轴所示的蓄电池70的可输出电力WOUT而设定纵轴所示的目标燃料压力的映射。
例如,若可输出电力WOUT为3kW以上,则将目标燃料压力设定为530kPa。530kPa是在低水温时通常使用的目标燃料压力。
另一方面,若可输出电力WOUT超过2kW且小于3kW,则可输出电力WOUT越低就将目标燃料压力设定为越低。并且,目标燃料压力在可输出电力WOUT=2kW的情况下降低到作为下限保护值的400kPa。若可输出电力WOUT为2kW以下,则目标燃料压力被设定为400kPa。400kPa为下限保护值,是在行驶时通常使用的目标燃料压力。
在图5的步骤S5中,可以使用这样的映射MAP1。另一方面,在步骤S2中发动机水温比规定值高(在S2中为否)、在步骤S3中发动机转速Ne超过了目标值的情况下(在S3中为是),使处理进入步骤S6。在步骤S6中,将目标燃料压力设定为燃压传感器检查用的通常的燃料压力(644kPa)。在该情况下,一并执行燃压传感器53a的检查。在检查时,作为一例,通过对由燃压传感器53a检测安全阀515的开阀压附近的值(644kPa)的情况进行确认,来进行确认燃压传感器53a是否为正常的处理。
接着,对使处理从步骤S1进入步骤S7的情况进行说明。在步骤S7中,发动机ECU141判断当前的发动机控制状态是否为发动机10的间歇启动时。
例如,在混合动力车辆1停止发动机10的运转且正在使用电动发电机30行驶的状态(EV行驶状态)下,在车速超过规定值、驾驶员操作加速器踏板而要求加速、或蓄电池70的SOC降低的情况下,从EV行驶状态向与发动机10的运转相伴地行驶的状态(HV行驶状态)转移。此时的发动机10的启动属于间歇启动。
另外,例如,若在初始启动后车辆因红灯等而暂时停止了时,蓄电池70的SOC是足够的,则发动机10也停止。存在如下情况:之后在红灯变为绿灯而车辆起步时,停止着的发动机10启动。此时的发动机10的启动也属于间歇启动。
在步骤S7中,若当前的发动机控制状态为发动机间歇启动时(在S7中为是),则使处理进入步骤S8。若为发动机间歇启动时,则与发动机运转持续时相比发动机的进气通路较冷,从气口喷射阀54喷射出的燃料容易附着于进气通路。因此,在步骤S8中,为了促进燃料的雾化,而将目标燃料压力设定为比通常运转时高的燃料压力(530kPa)。
另一方面,在步骤S7中,若当前的发动机控制状态不是发动机间歇启动时(在S7中为否),则使处理进入步骤S9。若不是发动机间歇启动时,则例如当前的发动机控制状态为发动机运转持续时,发动机的进气通路被充分地加温,所以也多是可以不必担心从气口喷射阀54喷射出的燃料附着于进气通路的情况。因此,在步骤S8中,发动机ECU141将目标燃料压力设定为通常运转时所使用的燃料压力。对于该目标燃料压力的设定,可使用基于水温设定目标燃料压力的如下的映射。
图7是表示与发动机的冷却水温相应的目标燃料压力的映射的一例的图。参照图7,映射MAP2是用于针对横轴所示的发动机的冷却水温Tw而设定纵轴所示的目标燃料压力的映射。
如图7所示,在发动机的冷却水温为0℃以上的情况下,目标燃料压力被设定400kPa,在发动机的冷却水温小于0℃的情况下,为了促进雾化而将目标燃料压力设定为比通常高的530kPa。
此外,只要是与发动机的温度相关联地变动的温度,作为映射的输入的温度,就也可以是发动机的冷却水温以外的温度,例如也可以是发动机油的温度等。
若通过以上的步骤S5、S6、S8、S9中的任一方的处理设定目标燃料压力,则在步骤S10中控制返回主例程。
最后,关于本实施方式,再次参照附图进行总括。参照图2、图3,混合动力车辆1包括:发动机10,具有向进气通路进行燃料喷射的气口喷射阀54;燃料罐511,贮存用于从气口喷射阀54喷射的燃料;电动式的加料泵512,从燃料罐511吸取燃料并将该燃料向气口喷射阀54供给;低压燃压传感器53a,检测向气口喷射阀54供给的燃料的压力;电动发电机20,在发动机启动时使发动机10起转;以及高压蓄电池70,向加料泵512和电动发电机20供给电力。本实施方式的车辆的控制装置具备发动机ECU141,该发动机ECU141基于低压燃压传感器53a的检测值来控制加料泵512,并且为了启动发动机10而控制电动发电机20。在发动机启动时能够从高压蓄电池70输出的电力比判定阈值小的情况下,发动机ECU141以与加料泵相比优先向电动发电机20从高压蓄电池70供给电力的方式控制加料泵512和电动发电机20。
为了从气口喷射阀54喷射的燃料的雾化的促进、低压燃压传感器53a的工作确认检查等,燃料压力常常被设定为比通常值稍高的压力。若提高燃料压力,则加料泵512的消耗电力变大。若在这样的状况下能够从高压蓄电池70输出的电力受到限制,则电动发电机20进行起转所需的电力有时会变得不足。若无法进行正常的起转,则缸内压无法上升到初爆所需的压力,发动机启动无法正常进行。因此,通过如上述的控制那样,以与加料泵512相比优先向电动发电机20从高压蓄电池70供给电力的方式控制各电负载,从而发动机10的可启动性提高。
优选的是,例如如图6的映射所示,在能够从高压蓄电池70输出的电力比判定阈值(3kW)大的情况下,发动机ECU141将燃料的压力设定为规定值(530kPa),在能够从高压蓄电池70输出的电力比判定阈值(3kW)小的情况下,发动机ECU141将燃料的压力降低到比规定值(530kPa)低。
通过进行上述的控制,在能够从高压蓄电池70输出的电力受到了限制的情况下,能够通过将燃料压力抑制为较低来减少加料泵512的消耗电力,将起转所需的电力尽可能地向电动发电机20供给。
更优选的是,在发动机10的转速成为了目标转速以上的情况下(在图5的S3中为是),发动机ECU141使降低了的燃料的压力恢复为规定值。
若发动机10的转速成为目标转速以上,则发动机10自身成为能够通过自行运转来输出动力(power)的状态。在这样的情况下,可以尽早地结束通过电动发电机20进行的起转,即使产生电动发电机20的电力不足也不致于产生发动机10无法启动这样的事态。于是,若转速达到目标值,则使燃料压力恢复为本来的值,恢复到适于发动机10的运转的状态。
优选的是,如图4所示,发动机ECU141基于如下值来决定向加料泵512供给的电力:从能够从高压蓄电池70输出的电力WOUT减去电动发电机20使发动机10启动所需的电力P3而得到的值。
通过如上所述决定电力的分配,可首先确保起转所需的电力部分P3,并且能够尽量以接近本来的目标值的燃料压力进行来自气口喷射阀54的喷射。
优选的是,混合动力车辆1还包括从高压蓄电池70接受电力的供给的空调91(图3)。在图5中,在发动机的转速未超过规定值的情况下使空调91停止,但发动机ECU141也可以在能够从高压蓄电池70输出的电力WOUT比判定阈值小的情况下停止向空调91的电力供给。
空调91是即使在发动机启动时暂时停止也不容易发生问题、且消耗电力大的电负载。因此,通过在高压蓄电池70能够输出的电力比判定阈值小的情况下使空调91停止,能够将发动机启动时所需的电力向进行起转的电动发电机20供给。
应该认为,此次所公开的实施方式的所有点均是例示而非限制性的内容。本发明的范围不是上述的实施方式的说明,而由权利要求书所示,意在包括与权利要求书均等的含义和范围内的所有变更。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆的控制装置,其中,
所述车辆包括:内燃机,具有向进气通路进行燃料的喷射的气口喷射阀;燃料罐,贮存用于从所述气口喷射阀喷射的燃料;电动式加料泵,从所述燃料罐吸取燃料而向所述气口喷射阀供给;燃压传感器,检测向所述气口喷射阀供给的燃料的压力;电动机,在所述内燃机的启动时使所述内燃机起转;以及蓄电装置,向所述电动式加料泵和所述电动机供给电力,
所述控制装置具备控制部,所述控制部基于所述燃压传感器的检测值来控制所述电动式加料泵,并且为了启动所述内燃机而控制所述电动机,
在所述内燃机的启动时能够从所述蓄电装置输出的电力比判定阈值小的情况下,所述控制部以与所述电动式加料泵相比优先向所述电动机从所述蓄电装置供给电力的方式控制所述电动式加料泵和所述电动机,
在所述内燃机的启动时能够从所述蓄电装置输出的电力成为判定阈值以上的情况下,所述控制部将所述燃料的压力设定为规定值,
在所述内燃机的启动时能够从所述蓄电装置输出的电力比判定阈值小的情况下,所述控制部使所述燃料的压力相比所述规定值降低。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的控制装置,其中,
在所述内燃机的启动时能够从所述蓄电装置输出的电力比判定阈值小的情况下,在所述燃料的压力成为下限保护值之前,所述控制部在能够从所述蓄电装置输出的电力越低时,将所述燃料的压力设定为越低。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的控制装置,其中,
在所述内燃机的转速成为了目标转速以上的情况下,所述控制部使降低了的所述燃料的压力恢复为所述规定值。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的控制装置,其中,
所述控制部基于如下值来决定向所述电动式加料泵供给的电力:从能够从所述蓄电装置输出的电力减去所述电动机使所述内燃机启动所需的电力而得到的值。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的车辆的控制装置,其中,
所述车辆还包括从所述蓄电装置接受电力的供给的空调装置,
在能够从所述蓄电装置输出的电力比判定阈值小的情况下,所述控制部使向所述空调装置的电力供给停止。
