本发明公开了一种含活性炭环保装饰板材,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:玉米秸秆颗粒50‑60份、活性炭4‑6份、矿石尾砂10‑15份、硫酸钙晶须8‑10份、稻壳4‑6份、硅灰5‑7份、水溶性脲醛树脂3‑5份、铝粉1‑2份、排烟脱硫石膏15‑20份、防虫剂1‑2份、分散剂1‑3份、聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒4‑6份、阻燃剂5‑8份、电解碱性离子水55‑60份;本发明在板材里添加了活性炭,具有吸附空心中的甲醛和细微颗粒物的功能,丰富了板材的使用性能。

一种含活性炭环保装饰板材
技术领域
本发明涉及建材领域,具体属于一种含活性炭环保装饰板材。
背景技术
目前,现有的装饰板采用的PVC材料,一般直接固定在木质基层上。使用时,裸露于空气中的装饰板容易发生氧化、褪色的现象,且极易被刮伤和磨损,同时也难以给人以立体的美感,尤其是在户外高温情况下,不耐高温,造成整个装饰板的损坏,缩短了其使用年限。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含活性炭环保装饰板材,在板材里添加了活性炭,具有吸附空心中的甲醛和细微颗粒物的功能,丰富了板材的使用性。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种含活性炭环保装饰板材,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:玉米秸秆颗粒50-60份、活性炭4-6份、矿石尾砂10-15份、硫酸钙晶须8-10份、稻壳4-6份、硅灰5-7份、水溶性脲醛树脂3-5份、铝粉1-2份、排烟脱硫石膏15-20份、防虫剂1-2份、分散剂1-3份、聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒 4-6份、阻燃剂 5-8份、电解碱性离子水55-60份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将玉米秸秆颗粒、矿石尾砂、硫酸钙晶须、硅灰低速混合30-40min,向混合机中继续加入稻壳、硅灰、水溶性脲醛树脂、铝粉,高速混合50-60min,破碎后得到粉料,于550-600℃下于闪烧窑闪烧5-7秒,取出后自然冷却,备用;
(2)将稻壳、硅灰、水溶性脲醛树脂、铝粉、排烟脱硫石膏、电解碱性离子水总重量20-40%混合,搅拌均匀之后,在50-60℃温度下发泡时间50-60min;得到发泡浆料,备用;
(3)将上述步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物与其他剩余组分混合,混合后进行蒸压养护阶段,升压阶段:从0.4 MPa~1.2 MPa,升压过程时间为0.5~0.8h;恒温恒压阶段:压强保持为1.2 MPa,温度保持为200~250℃,时间为1.2~1.5h;降压阶段:从1.5MPa降到常压,降压时间为1~1.4h,再倒入模具内,使用压制成型机再压制成型,使用2.5-3.5MPa的压力压制25-30min,再使用3.5-4MPa的压力压制20-30min,脱模后得到免漆板板材;
(4)最后进行涂布,涂布后通过紫外线灯对其进行光固化,用紫外线灯进行光固化的时间为3~5秒,温度为160~180℃。
一种含活性炭环保装饰板材,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:玉米秸秆颗粒55份、活性炭5份、矿石尾砂12份、硫酸钙晶须9份、稻壳5份、硅灰6份、水溶性脲醛树脂4份、铝粉1.5份、排烟脱硫石膏18份、防虫剂1.5份、分散剂2份、聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒5份、阻燃剂 6.5份、电解碱性离子水58份。
本发明在原材料中大量使用了农业废弃物,以及对人体无害的无机物,同时在板材里添加了活性炭,具有吸附空心中的甲醛和细微颗粒物的功能,丰富了板材的使用性能,而且板材具有良好的防潮湿、耐腐烂,使用的周期变长,降低了成本,且绿色又环保。
具体实施方式
一种含活性炭环保装饰板材,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:玉米秸秆颗粒55份、活性炭5份、矿石尾砂12份、硫酸钙晶须9份、稻壳5份、硅灰6份、水溶性脲醛树脂4份、铝粉1.5份、排烟脱硫石膏18份、防虫剂1.5份、分散剂2份、聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒5份、阻燃剂 6.5份、电解碱性离子水58份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将玉米秸秆颗粒、矿石尾砂、硫酸钙晶须、硅灰低速混合35min,向混合机中继续加入稻壳、硅灰、水溶性脲醛树脂、铝粉,高速混合55min,破碎后得到粉料,于580℃下于闪烧窑闪烧6秒,取出后自然冷却,备用;
(2)将稻壳、硅灰、水溶性脲醛树脂、铝粉、排烟脱硫石膏、电解碱性离子水总重量30%混合,搅拌均匀之后,在55℃温度下发泡时间55min;得到发泡浆料,备用;
(3)将上述步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物与其他剩余组分混合,混合后进行蒸压养护阶段,升压阶段:从0.4 MPa~1.2 MPa,升压过程时间为0.65h;恒温恒压阶段:压强保持为1.2MPa,温度保持为225℃,时间为1.35h;降压阶段:从1.5MPa降到常压,降压时间为1.2h,再倒入模具内,使用压制成型机再压制成型,使用3MPa的压力压制28min,再使用3.7MPa的压力压制25min,脱模后得到免漆板板材;
(4)最后进行涂布,涂布后通过紫外线灯对其进行光固化,用紫外线灯进行光固化的时间为4秒,温度为170℃。
本发明具体实施例制得的装饰板材性能测试结果如下:

1.一种含活性炭环保装饰板材,其特征在于,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:玉米秸秆颗粒50-60份、活性炭4-6份、矿石尾砂10-15份、硫酸钙晶须8-10份、稻壳4-6份、硅灰5-7份、水溶性脲醛树脂3-5份、铝粉1-2份、排烟脱硫石膏15-20份、防虫剂1-2份、分散剂1-3份、聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒 4-6份、阻燃剂 5-8份、电解碱性离子水55-60份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将玉米秸秆颗粒、矿石尾砂、硫酸钙晶须、硅灰低速混合30-40min,向混合机中继续加入稻壳、硅灰、水溶性脲醛树脂、铝粉,高速混合50-60min,破碎后得到粉料,于550-600℃下于闪烧窑闪烧5-7秒,取出后自然冷却,备用;
(2)将稻壳、硅灰、水溶性脲醛树脂、铝粉、排烟脱硫石膏、电解碱性离子水总重量20-40%混合,搅拌均匀之后,在50-60℃温度下发泡时间50-60min;得到发泡浆料,备用;
(3)将上述步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物与其他剩余组分混合,混合后进行蒸压养护阶段,升压阶段:从0.4 MPa~1.2 MPa,升压过程时间为0.5~0.8h;恒温恒压阶段:压强保持为1.2 MPa,温度保持为200~250℃,时间为1.2~1.5h;降压阶段:从1.5MPa降到常压,降压时间为1~1.4h,再倒入模具内,使用压制成型机再压制成型,使用2.5-3.5MPa的压力压制25-30min,再使用3.5-4MPa的压力压制20-30min,脱模后得到免漆板板材;

2.根据权利要求1所述的含活性炭环保装饰板材,其特征在于,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:玉米秸秆颗粒55份、活性炭5份、矿石尾砂12份、硫酸钙晶须9份、稻壳5份、硅灰6份、水溶性脲醛树脂4份、铝粉1.5份、排烟脱硫石膏18份、防虫剂1.5份、分散剂2份、聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒5份、阻燃剂 6.5份、电解碱性离子水58份。
