本发明涉及竹制品制造技术领域,尤其是一种稳固耐用的竹椅的制作方法。
背景技术
竹材的生长周期短,价格低廉,可塑性大,人们便利用竹材来编制成竹椅,竹椅比较清凉而且环保,为崇尚环保的人们视为时尚家居的新选择。传统竹椅的制作方法,是用竹筒围制成一个方框,在方框上镶装竹制坐垫,方框的下方安装四条支脚,方框的一侧安装椅背。采用这种方法制作的竹椅结构单薄,若其中一条支脚破损,会造成整个竹椅不平稳,甚至导致竹椅完全无法使用,竹椅的稳固性差,不耐用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种竹椅的制作方法,以解决现有方法制作的竹椅稳固性差,不耐用的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种竹椅的制作方法,该竹椅包括有椅座和椅背,所述椅座设有两个呈上下设置的矩形框,所述矩形框设有两根纵竹筒和位于其上方的两根横竹筒,所述纵竹筒和所述横竹筒通过四根竖杆固定连接,在位于上部的两根横竹筒之间装有座板,所述座板由若干竹片拼接而成;在所述座板的上方装有纵向设置的两根竹压筒,两根所述竹压筒分别通过竹销固定在邻近的两根横竹筒上端,所述座板的下方装有嵌入相邻两根横竹筒的多根加强杆,在位于上部的两根横竹筒的两端分别通过支杆装有竹筒扶手;所述椅背包括有多根斜置的背杆,多根所述背杆的一端插装在位于上部的一根横竹筒上,另一端套装有竹筒靠枕;

A、选材下料:选择生长4年以上楠竹,按组装所述竹椅所需的各零件规格尺寸截制成待组装零件,并刮去青皮;所述待组装零件包括所述纵竹筒、所述横竹筒、所述竖杆、所述竹压筒、所述竹销、所述背杆、所述竹筒靠枕、所述竹筒扶手、所述支杆、所述加强杆和所述竹片;
B、防虫处理:将所述待组装零件进行防虫处理;
C、组装竹椅:
⑴、所述待组装零件按要求分别钻连接孔,将两根横竹筒放置于两根纵竹筒上方,用四根所述竖杆穿装连接,然后在四根所述竖杆的上部装两根纵竹筒和两根横竹筒;在位于上部的两根横竹筒之间装多根所述加强杆,将由若干所述竹片拼接而成的所述座板装在所述加强杆上方,并用纵向设置的两根所述竹压筒固定,所述竹压筒与邻近的两根横竹筒用所述竹销固定连接,各交接处用竹钉固紧;
⑵、在位于上部的两根横竹筒的两端分别插装所述支杆,所述支杆上端套装所述竹筒扶手;在位于上部的一根横竹筒上插装多根所述背杆,多根所述背杆上端套装竹筒靠枕,各交接处用竹钉固紧。
上述竹椅的制作方法技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述防虫处理包括以下步骤:
⑴、取烟叶1~1.5公斤、结香叶0.7~1公斤、花椒叶0.8~1.2公斤、明矾0.4~0.6公斤、盐1~1.3公斤、漂白粉0.3~0.5公斤,放入50~60公斤水中煮沸30~40分钟,过滤后得到滤液;
⑵、在浸泡池中加入100~120公斤的水,将所得滤液倒入浸泡池中搅拌均匀,所述待组装零件放入浸泡池中浸泡2天~3天;
⑶、取出所述待组装零件,放入烘房内,在温度60~70℃,烘干30~36小时;
⑷、将烘干后的所述待组装零件放入微波干燥机内,在温度75~80℃,微波照射2~3分钟。
所述烟叶是烟草的干叶,烟草为茄科一年生或有限多年生草本植物,是茄科重要的杀虫植物之一,烟叶富含烟碱为主的杀虫活性物质,安全无公害,原料广泛,成本低廉,杀虫力强。
所述结香叶是结香树的干叶,结香树,又叫打结花、三叉木,瑞香科,结香属植物,含有大量的香豆素类物质,对保护环境、抑制白蚁有独特作用。
所述花椒叶是花椒树的干叶,花椒为芸香科、花椒属落叶灌木或小乔木,花椒性热,有止痛、杀虫作用,其果皮可作为调味料,并可提取芳香油,又可入药,种子可食用,也可加工制作肥皂;花椒叶也具备花椒的性能和味道。
所述明矾为十二水硫酸铝钾,是含有结晶水的硫酸钾和硫酸铝的复盐,明矾性寒味酸涩,具有较强的收敛作用及解毒杀虫的功效,可用做中药,还作为净水剂、灭火剂、药物、缓冲剂等。
所述盐,主要成分是氯化钠,一种有咸味的无色或白色结晶体,具有消炎杀菌,清污解毒的作用,用来制造染料、玻璃、肥皂等,亦是重要的调味剂和防腐剂。
所述漂白粉是氢氧化钙、氯化钙和次氯酸钙的混合物,其主要成分是次氯酸钙,漂白粉作为杀菌消毒剂,价格低廉、杀菌力强、消毒效果好。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
采用本发明制作的竹椅结构厚实,稳固性优,经久耐用,制作简单方便;待组装零件经过防虫处理,防止虫蛀,保持楠竹的纹理及光泽,安全无毒。

实施例1
一种竹椅的制作方法,该竹椅如图1、图2所示,包括有椅座和椅背,椅座具有由两个呈上下设置的矩形框,矩形框具有两根纵竹筒1和位于其上方的两根横竹筒2,纵竹筒1和横竹筒2通过四根竖杆3固定连接,上下设置的横竹筒2之间装有两根撑杆10;在位于上部的两根横竹筒2之间装有座板11,座板11由若干竹片拼接而成;在座板11的上方装有纵向设置的两根竹压筒4,两根竹压筒4分别通过竹销5固定在邻近的两根横竹筒2上端,座板11的下方装有嵌入相邻两根横竹筒2的三根加强杆12,在位于上部的两根横竹筒2的两端分别通过支杆9装有竹筒扶手8;椅背包括有三根斜置的背杆6,三根背杆6的一端插装在位于上部的一根横竹筒2上,另一端套装有竹筒靠枕7。
具体步骤如下:
A、选材下料:选择生长4年以上楠竹,按组装竹椅所需的各零件规格尺寸截制成待组装零件,并刮去青皮;待组装零件包括纵竹筒1、横竹筒2、竖杆3、竹压筒4、竹销5、背杆6、竹筒靠枕7、竹筒扶手8、支杆9、加强杆12和竹片;
B、防虫处理:将待组装零件进行防虫处理,具体步骤如下:
⑴、取烟叶1公斤、结香叶0.7公斤、花椒叶0.8公斤、明矾0.4公斤、盐1公斤、漂白粉0.3公斤,放入50公斤水中煮沸30分钟,过滤后得到滤液;
⑵、在浸泡池中加入100公斤的水,将所得滤液倒入浸泡池中搅拌均匀,待组装零件放入浸泡池中浸泡2天;
⑶、取出待组装零件,放入烘房内,在温度60℃,烘干30小时;
⑷、将烘干后的待组装零件放入微波干燥机内,在温度75℃,微波照射2分钟。
C、组装竹椅:
⑴、待组装零件按要求分别钻连接孔,将两根横竹筒2放置于两根纵竹筒1上方,用四根竖杆3穿装连接,然后在四根竖杆3的上部装两根纵竹筒1和两根横竹筒2,上下设置的横竹筒2之间安装两根撑杆10;在位于上部的两根横竹筒2之间装三根加强杆12,将由若干竹片拼接而成的座板11装在加强杆12上方,并用纵向设置的两根竹压筒4固定,竹压筒4与邻近的两根横竹筒2用竹销5固定连接,各交接处用竹钉固紧;
⑵、在位于上部的两根横竹筒2的两端分别插装支杆9,支杆9上端套装竹筒扶手8;在位于上部的一根横竹筒2上插装三根背杆6,三根背杆6上端套装竹筒靠枕7,各交接处用竹钉固紧。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:防虫处理具体步骤如下:
⑴、取烟叶1.5公斤、结香叶1公斤、花椒叶1.2公斤、明矾0.6公斤、盐1.3公斤、漂白粉0.5公斤,放入60公斤水中煮沸40分钟,过滤后得到滤液;
⑵、在浸泡池中加入120公斤的水,将所得滤液倒入浸泡池中搅拌均匀,待组装零件放入浸泡池中浸泡3天;
⑶、取出待组装零件,放入烘房内,在温度70℃,烘干36小时;
⑷、将烘干后的待组装零件放入微波干燥机内,在温度80℃,微波照射3分钟。

1.一种竹椅的制作方法,其特征在于:该竹椅包括有椅座和椅背,所述椅座设有两个呈上下设置的矩形框,所述矩形框设有两根纵竹筒(1)和位于其上方的两根横竹筒(2),所述纵竹筒(1)和所述横竹筒(2)通过四根竖杆(3)固定连接,在位于上部的两根横竹筒(2)之间装有座板(11),所述座板(11)由若干竹片拼接而成;在所述座板(11)的上方装有纵向设置的两根竹压筒(4),两根所述竹压筒(4)分别通过竹销(5)固定在邻近的两根横竹筒(2)上端,所述座板(11)的下方装有嵌入相邻两根横竹筒(2)的多根加强杆(12),在位于上部的两根横竹筒(2)的两端分别通过支杆(9)装有竹筒扶手(8);所述椅背包括有多根斜置的背杆(6),多根所述背杆(6)的一端插装在位于上部的一根横竹筒(2)上,另一端套装有竹筒靠枕(7);
