Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材及其制备方法。属于新型内墙涂料领域。目的在于针对现有内墙涂料现场涂刷施工时间长、质量不稳定、含有的成膜物易产生挥发性有机物VOC污染室内环境的缺陷,公开一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材。其基材为无机纤维纸,通过在表面粘接无机粉末从而形成生态涂料卷材。将传统现场涂刷的涂料预先形成卷材,克服了现场涂刷涂料施工周期长、VOC有机挥发物污染的缺陷。特别是该生态涂料卷材应用时不需要对墙面基层做特殊处理,可在新旧房屋内墙的砖面层、砂浆层、涂料层涂刷无机粘接剂后直接粘贴,适应性宽。

Description

一种直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及新型内墙涂料领域,具体讲是将涂料预制成卷材,用于在内墙直接粘贴,从而大幅降低施工难度,保证质量的稳定性。
背景技术
近年来,建筑涂料得到了迅速发展,产品也不断朝着水性化、高固含量、低VOC等方向发展。特别是与人体接触紧密的内墙对环保性要求越来越高。长时间以来,作为水性涂料的乳胶漆在内墙涂料中发挥了重要的作用。其易于调色、耐水性好等特点,在内墙涂料市场上占有绝对份额。但由于是水性分散体系,固含量大多在45%~55%,其余均为水分、成膜物,为了维持乳胶漆的悬浮、防冻等稳定性,通常添加乙二醇、氨水等,造成了VOC的产生。另外涂料的特性是现场涂刷施工,成膜物质只有涂刷后才能成膜反应,施工人员技术层次不齐,难以保证稳定的涂刷质量,常出现开裂、潮解脱落等缺陷。
为了解决上述问题,曾出现干粉涂料。干粉涂料基本为零VOC,而且存储运输方便,但由于施工时很难消除颜料、填料中的聚集粒子,因此气泡多、流平性差、分散困难、质量稳定性差。
基于涂料的缺陷,人们逐步转向使用墙纸。墙纸的出现极大地方便了使用,色彩更为丰富。但现有墙纸均是基于纸、PVC、布等基材通过涂布、印刷、压制等工艺制作而成,涂布印刷的溶剂同样含有大量的VOC。
发明内容
针对目前内墙涂料现场施工周期长、VOC有机物挥发污染、质量不稳定、易开裂等缺陷,本发明提出一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材。通过将内墙涂料预制成卷材,用于直接粘贴内墙以替换传统现场涂刷的涂料。不但施工大幅简化,而且质量稳定、抗裂、防潮,应用时不需要对墙面基层做特殊处理,适应性较宽,可在新旧房屋内墙的砖面层、砂浆层、涂料层直接粘贴。进一步提供该生态涂料卷材的制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材,其特征是: 无机纤维纸的表面粘接无机粉末,并压制定型形成的涂料卷材。
所述的无机纤维纸是以无机纤维为主要成分组成的片状材料;
所述的无机粉末为碳酸钙、高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、海泡石粉、膨润土中的至少一种与颜料组成的粉状材料。
优选的,所述的无机纤维纸是玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维、硅酸铝纤维、莫来石纤维或氧化铝纤维与空心玻璃微珠粘接复合的玻璃纤维毡、玄武岩纤维毡、硅酸铝纤维毡、莫来石纤维毡或氧化铝纤维毡。
优选的所述的无机纤维纸是玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维、硅酸铝纤维、莫来石纤维或氧化铝纤维与热塑性聚合物热塑成型的石头纸。
优选的,所述的颜料根据具体需要搭配,选用铁红、钛镍黄、钛绿、钴蓝、钛白粉、氧化锌、硫酸钡、硫化锌中的一种或多种进行配色。
一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材的制备方法,其特征是制备方法按照如下方式进行:
(1)在无机纤维纸的表面预涂一层粘接剂,对无机纤维纸进行封闭和平整,然后将无机粉末通过喷射粘接在无机纤维纸表面;
(2)将步骤(1)粘接有无机粉末的无机纤维纸经旋转的辊筒送入烘箱,在80-120℃条件下烘干,控制烘干时间使无机粉末不自然脱落、并具有一定柔性的半干状态卷材;
(3)将步骤(2)半干状态的卷材通过压纹辊进行压纹处理后,经辊筒的牵引在烘箱内采用热风吹干、定型,烘箱内热风的温度为60-80℃;
(4)将步骤(3)定型烘干的卷材冷却、裁边、卷取得到一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材。
上述制备方法,步骤(1)所述的喷射粘接为手动喷枪均匀喷涂,进一步优选的是在旋转输送的同时自动喷洒无机粉末,均匀的粘附在玻璃纤维纸表面。
上述制备方法,步骤(1)所述无机纤维纸的厚度为0.1-0.3mm;无机粉末的喷射厚度为0.1-0.5mm。
上述制备方法,步骤(1)所述的粘接剂为水玻璃、磷酸铝、丙烯酸乳液、聚乙烯醇胶水、植物胶中的至少一种。
上述制备方法,步骤(2)所述的烘箱内设置压辊,在120℃条件下进一步热压,将无机粉末牢固粘合在无机纤维纸表面,减少掉粉。
现有内墙涂料现场涂刷,施工时间长、质量不稳定,而且含有的成膜物易产生挥发性有机物VOC污染室内环境,在后期使用中由于墙体变形极易导致涂层开裂。本发明创造性的提出了一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材,其基材为无机纤维纸,通过在表面粘接无机粉末从而形成生态涂料卷材。消除了传统涂料使用成膜剂造成的VOC污染,将传统现场涂刷的涂料预先形成卷材,克服了现场涂刷涂料施工周期长、VOC有机挥发物污染的缺陷,而且采用连续机制的涂料卷材质量稳定。特别是该生态涂料卷材应用时不需要对墙面基层做特殊处理,可在新旧房屋内墙的的砖面层、砂浆层、涂料层直接涂刷无机粘接剂后直接粘贴,适应性宽。
尤其说明的是,本发明用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材不同于传统的墙纸,传统的墙纸是将颜色花纹通过印刷在纸、PVC、布等基材上,印刷的溶剂同样含有大量的VOC。而本发明生态涂料卷材是采用了无机纤维纸做基材,将无机粉末粘接在其表面,最大限度的保持了无机粉末天然环保的特性,具有透气、阻燃功效。使用时在墙体涂刷无机粘接剂如水玻璃、水泥浆等直接粘贴,具有耐水、防潮的特点。
本发明一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材及其制备方法,与现有技术相比突出的特点和有益的效果在于:
1、本发明用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材,改变了传统内墙涂料现场涂刷时质量不稳定、产生VOC有机挥发物的诸多缺陷,开拓了内墙涂料新型的应用模式。
2、本发明用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材,应用时不需要对墙面基层做特殊处理,可在新旧房屋内墙的的砖面层、砂浆层、涂料层直接涂刷无机粘接剂后直接粘贴,适应性宽。
3、本发明用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材,生产技术工艺简短,易于批量稳定生产,易于实施与控制,成本低廉。

实施例1
一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材,其特征是无机纤维纸的表面粘接无机粉末,并压制定型形成的涂料卷材,如附图1所示。
生态涂料卷材的制备方法,按照如下方式进行:
(1)在厚度为0.1mm的玻璃纤维毡表面预涂一层水玻璃胶,随即将提前预混的无机粉末利用喷枪均匀喷涂在玻璃纤维毡表面,预混的无机粉末是由碳酸钙、高岭土、硅藻土与钛白粉颜料预制,喷涂的厚度为0.2mm;
(2)将步骤(1)粘接有无机粉末的玻璃纤维毡经旋转的辊筒送入烘箱,在80-120℃条件下烘干,控制烘干时间使无机粉末不自然脱落、并具有一定柔性的半干状态卷材;
(3)将步骤(2)半干状态的卷材通过压纹辊进行压纹处理后,经辊筒的牵引在烘箱内采用热风吹干、定型,烘箱内热风的温度为60-80℃;
(4)将步骤(3)定型烘干的卷材冷却、裁边、卷取得到一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材。
实施例2
生态涂料卷材的制备方法,按照如下方式进行:
(1)在厚度为0.2mm的硅酸铝纤维与热塑性聚合物热塑成型的石头纸表面预涂一层聚乙烯醇胶水,随即在滚筒输送过程中喷洒提前预混的无机粉末在石头纸表面,预混的无机粉末是由高岭土、硅藻土、海泡石粉与钴蓝、钛白粉预制,喷涂的厚度为0.5mm;
(2)将步骤(1)粘接有无机粉末的石头纸经旋转的辊筒送入烘箱,在80-120℃条件下烘干,并采用热棍压制,控制烘干时间使无机粉末不自然脱落、并具有一定柔性的半干状态卷材;
(3)将步骤(2)半干状态的卷材通过压纹辊进行压纹处理后,经辊筒的牵引在烘箱内采用热风吹干、定型,烘箱内热风的温度为60-80℃;
(4)将步骤(3)定型烘干的卷材冷却、裁边、卷取得到一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材。
该生态涂料卷材主要有无机物组成,特别是将无机粉末预制成涂料卷材,不但质量稳定、无VOC挥发物,而且使用方便,在墙体砖墙面上涂刷水泥浆后直接粘贴,具有防火、防潮的特性。
实施例3
一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材的制备方法,其特征是制备方法按照如下方式进行:
(1)在氧化铝纤维毡的表面预涂一层丙烯酸乳液,然后将无机粉末通过喷射粘接在氧化铝纤维毡表面,无机粉末为碳酸钙、高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、海泡石粉、膨润土与钛镍黄配制而成;
(2)将步骤(1)粘接有无机粉末的氧化铝纤维毡经旋转的辊筒送入烘箱,在80-120℃条件下烘干,控制烘干时间使无机粉末不自然脱落、并具有一定柔性的半干状态卷材;
(3)将步骤(2)半干状态的卷材通过压纹辊进行压纹处理后,经辊筒的牵引在烘箱内采用热风吹干、定型,烘箱内热风的温度为60-80℃;
(4)将步骤(3)定型烘干的卷材冷却、裁边、卷取得到一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材。
该生态涂料卷材主要有无机物组成,特别是将无机粉末预制成涂料卷材,组大限度保留了无机粉末的天然特性,属于零VOC的生态卷材。使用时,在室内墙体砂浆面涂刷水玻璃直接粘贴。
实施例4
一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材的制备方法,其特征是制备方法按照如下方式进行:
(1)在玄武岩纤维毡的表面预涂一层磷酸铝胶水,对无机纤维纸进行封闭和平整,然后将无机粉末通过喷射粘接在玄武岩纤维毡表面;
(2)将步骤(1)粘接有无机粉末的玄武岩纤维毡经旋转的辊筒送入烘箱,在80-120℃条件下烘干,控制烘干时间使无机粉末不自然脱落、并具有一定柔性的半干状态卷材;
(3)将步骤(2)半干状态的卷材通过压纹辊进行压纹处理后,经辊筒的牵引在烘箱内采用热风吹干、定型,烘箱内热风的温度为60-80℃;
(4)将步骤(3)定型烘干的卷材冷却、裁边、卷取得到一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材。
该生态涂料卷材可在新旧房屋内墙的的砖面层、砂浆层、涂料层直接涂刷无机粘接剂后直接粘贴,适应性宽。

1.一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材,其特征是: 无机纤维纸的表面粘接无机粉末,并压制定型形成的涂料卷材;所述的无机纤维纸是以无机纤维为主要成分组成的片状材料;所述的无机粉末为碳酸钙、高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、海泡石粉、膨润土中的至少一种与颜料组成的粉状材料;
其制备方法按照如下方式进行:
(1)在无机纤维纸的表面预涂一层粘接剂,对无机纤维纸进行封闭和平整,然后将无机粉末通过喷射粘接在无机纤维纸表面;
(2)将步骤(1)粘接有无机粉末的无机纤维纸通过旋转的辊筒送入烘箱,在80-120℃条件下烘干,控制烘干时间使无机粉末不自然脱落、并具有一定柔性的半干状态卷材;
(3)将步骤(2)半干状态的卷材通过压纹辊进行压纹处理后,经辊筒的牵引在烘箱内利用热风吹干、定型,烘箱内热风的温度为60-80℃;
(4)将步骤(3)定型烘干的卷材冷却、裁边、卷取得到一种用于直接粘贴内墙的生态涂料卷材。
