技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体地说,是涉及一种适于室内装饰的环保砂浆。
背景技术
目前我国室内装饰采用乳胶漆、墙纸、墙布为主,这些材料存在一些不足,如乳胶漆表面光滑致密,回音大,吸水性差,造成室内湿度大;墙纸、墙布在生产和粘贴时使用胶粘剂,产生甲醛等气体,危害人体健康且使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种适于室内装饰的环保砂浆,其与传统装饰材料相比,具有无有害气体释放,能调节室内干湿度,导热系数小等优点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出以下技术方案:
一种适于室内装饰的环保砂浆,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料均匀混合制成:白水泥10-15份,超细碳酸钙15-20份,贝壳粉5-10份,石英砂15-20份,硅藻泥18-19份,膨润土0.5-1份,催化剂0.02-0.03份,木质纤维素0.5-1份,竹碳纤维0.5-1份。
优选的,所述石英砂的粒度为0.6-1.2mm。
优选的,所述硅藻泥的目数大于或等于200目。
所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、磺酸锌或磺酸钠中的一种或多种的混合物。
本发明一种适于室内装饰的环保砂浆,其施工方法包括:按照砂浆混合物的重量百分比的30%-35%份加水浸泡10-15分钟,进行搅拌5分钟,即可批刮或喷涂。

优选的,所述石英砂的粒度为0.6mm。
优选的,所述硅藻泥的目数大于200目。
所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、磺酸锌的混合物。

一种适于室内装饰的环保砂浆,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料均匀混合制成:白水泥15份,超细碳酸钙20份,贝壳粉10份,石英砂20份,硅藻泥19份,膨润土1份,催化剂0.03份,木质纤维素1份,竹碳纤维1份。
优选的,所述石英砂的粒度为1.0mm。
优选的,所述硅藻泥的目数等于200目。
所述催化剂为磺酸锌、磺酸钠的混合物。
