4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌阻燃型复合壁纸的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的附着基层与功能底层通过粘胶粘合工艺进行复合,所述的防水布层、隔音层、阻燃胶层依次通过粘胶粘合工艺依次复合,所述的抗菌层以及抗刮面层依次通过喷涂工艺涂布设置在附着基层上,其中附着基层附着规则纹路的空心玻璃微珠以及立体压花采用附着压花流水线,所述的流水线包括水平皮带线段、空心玻璃微珠喷洒器、吹风刮料器、压花辊轮以及走料辊轮组,所述的水平皮带线段包括两组辊轮以及走料皮带,所述的走料皮带套设在两组辊轮上,所述的水平皮带线段的尾端的一组辊轮的轮面设置有橡胶套,预设纹路图案的具有磁性吸附性能的金属图版嵌设在版图套上,所述的空心玻璃微珠采用具有磁性以及荧光效果或自反光的空心玻璃微珠,吹风刮料器设置在带有版图套的辊轮的一侧,所述的吹风刮料器为空心腔体,空心腔体的一侧设置有负压风机,出风口竖直向上设置,吹去不吸附在辊轮的空心玻璃微珠,并通过水平皮带线端的负压吸附装置吸附回收,所述的吹风刮料器的顶部的内侧与辊轮带设附着基层的端面距离为0.4-0.6mm,用于控制空心玻璃微珠的吸附厚度,所述的压花辊轮设置有提升器,用于提升压花辊轮,从而控制压花辊轮的附着基层的接触距离,从而控制立体压花的厚度,所述的压花辊轮的轮面设置有立体压花模板,所述的压花辊轮的侧面设置有设置走料辊轮组进行出料,所述的走料辊轮组的底部设置有覆膜辊轮,所述的防护膜层经过覆膜辊轮以及侧部设置的喷胶装置与经过吸附空心玻璃微珠以及立体压花工艺的附着基层进行粘合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的提升器为丝杆电机,所述的两组丝杆电机的丝杆通过螺纹配合穿设在压花辊轮两侧的支撑架上,进行调节压花辊轮的高度从而调节与附着基层的距离。
