仿大理石效果墙面呈现出一种色彩渐变、质感深厚、极富美感的云层般的效果。这种工艺效果用在室内墙面或建筑外平面、立面均可。由于涂层达到了一定的厚度,它还可以起到长期保护建筑物的作用。为了提高建筑物的外部美感程度,目前采取的方法是直接在工地现场建筑物外壁上喷涂用色浆调制成的多彩涂料,或者喷涂真石漆,或者将多彩涂料涂覆在复合卷材上,将复合卷材贴附在建筑物的外壁上,富有大理石等的风格,内涵,是传统天然真石漆的升级换代品种。目前对于新型仿大理石材料的研究越来越受到关注。

由此可见,现有技术中的仿大理石材料中,普遍采用的仿大理石涂料、仿大理石板材等,在户外环境下,经过长期的太阳照射、风吹雨淋溶液褪色,色彩保护时间短,存在易褪色失效等技术问题。
发明内容
为有效解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种仿大理石效果的立体建筑装饰贴片及制备方法,可有效提高仿大理石效果的耐久性,不易褪色,仿石效果优异。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种仿大理石效果的立体建筑装饰贴片的制备方法,所述立体建筑装饰贴片由下至上依次为阻燃无纺布层、增强疏水涂层、立体表面层的三层复合结构,其中增强疏水涂层是利用含有疏水颗粒的光固化溶液将玻璃纤维网复合于阻燃无纺布层,其中立体表面层是仿石颜色的混合浆体涂覆并热压于增强疏水涂层表面得到,最后养护、脱模、裁剪而制得具体的制备步骤为:
a、将脱模剂均匀涂于模板上,铺设阻燃无纺布层;
b、将疏水颗粒加入光固化溶液中,混合搅拌均匀,喷涂于步骤a得到的阻燃无纺布层表面,铺设玻璃纤维网进行增强,随后利用紫外光照射快速固化成型,制得复合有玻璃纤维网的增强疏水涂层;
c、将颜料、树脂乳液、粘结助剂、水混合制成的仿石颜色的混合浆体,均匀涂于步骤b制得的成型的增强疏水涂层上叠层表面,随后通过带加热功能的造形滚筒压花、造形、热压固化,形成立体表面层;
d、在一定条件下养护至干燥,脱模、裁剪,制得立体仿大理石效果逼真的建筑装饰贴片。
优选的,所述步骤a中,脱模剂钾皂、钠皂、铵皂、锌皂、脂肪酸、石蜡、甘油、凡士林、硅油、聚乙二醇中的至少一种。
优选的,所述步骤a中,阻燃无纺布为添加阻燃剂的涤纶纤维布、丙纶纤维布、粘胶纤维布中的一种,其中,阻燃剂为卤系阻燃剂、有机磷系阻燃剂、磷-卤系阻燃剂中的至少一种。

3.本发明制得的仿大理石立体建筑装饰贴片具有优异的防火、仿石效果,使用安全,装饰贴片厚度薄、质量轻,便于安装,可操作性强,适用于工业化大生产。

b、将疏水颗粒加入光固化溶液中,混合搅拌均匀,喷涂于步骤a得到的阻燃无纺布层表面,铺设玻璃纤维网进行增强,随后利用紫外光照射快速固化成型,制得复合有玻璃纤维网的增强疏水涂层;其中,疏水颗粒30重量份、光固化溶液70重量份;疏水颗粒为石蜡颗粒,光固化溶液为安息香丁醚配制的水溶液,溶液质量浓度为50%;
c、将颜料、树脂乳液、粘结助剂、水混合制成的仿石颜色的混合浆体,均匀涂于步骤b制得的成型的增强疏水涂层上叠层表面,随后通过带加热功能的造形滚筒压花、造形、热压固化,形成立体表面层;其中,颜料5重量份、树脂乳液30重量份、粘结助剂5重量份、水60重量份;颜料为石绿、雄黄石黄、黑石脂,树脂乳液为苯丙树脂乳液,粘结助剂为质量浓度为8%的硅溶胶;
d、在一定条件下养护至干燥,养护的温度为30℃,相对湿度为90%,时间为7d,脱模、裁剪,制得立体仿大理石效果逼真的建筑装饰贴片。

b、将疏水颗粒加入光固化溶液中,混合搅拌均匀,喷涂于步骤a得到的阻燃无纺布层表面,铺设玻璃纤维网进行增强,随后利用紫外光照射快速固化成型,制得复合有玻璃纤维网的增强疏水涂层;其中,疏水颗粒15重量份、光固化溶液85重量份;疏水颗粒为硫化矿物颗粒,光固化溶液为二苯甲酮配制的水溶液,溶液质量浓度为30%;
c、将颜料、树脂乳液、粘结助剂、水混合制成的仿石颜色的混合浆体,均匀涂于步骤b制得的成型的增强疏水涂层上叠层表面,随后通过带加热功能的造形滚筒压花、造形、热压固化,形成立体表面层;其中,颜料3重量份、树脂乳液22重量份、粘结助剂2重量份、水73重量份;颜料为朱磦、石青、石绿,树脂乳液为丙烯酸树脂乳液,粘结助剂为质量浓度为8%的硅溶胶;
d、在一定条件下养护至干燥,养护的温度为26℃,相对湿度为82%,时间为12d,脱模、裁剪,制得立体仿大理石效果逼真的建筑装饰贴片。
实施例3
a、将脱模剂均匀涂于模板上,铺设阻燃无纺布层;其中,脱模剂聚乙二醇,阻燃无纺布为添加阻燃剂的丙纶纤维布,阻燃剂为磷-卤系阻燃剂;
b、将疏水颗粒加入光固化溶液中,混合搅拌均匀,喷涂于步骤a得到的阻燃无纺布层表面,铺设玻璃纤维网进行增强,随后利用紫外光照射快速固化成型,制得复合有玻璃纤维网的增强疏水涂层;其中,疏水颗粒25重量份、光固化溶液75重量份;疏水颗粒为炭黑颗粒,光固化溶液为4.4'-二甲氨基二苯配制的水溶液,溶液质量浓度为40%;
c、将颜料、树脂乳液、粘结助剂、水混合制成的仿石颜色的混合浆体,均匀涂于步骤b制得的成型的增强疏水涂层上叠层表面,随后通过带加热功能的造形滚筒压花、造形、热压固化,形成立体表面层;其中,颜料4重量份、树脂乳液27重量份、粘结助剂4重量份、水65重量份;颜料为石绿、雄黄石黄、云母粉、赭石,树脂乳液为环氧树脂乳液,粘结助剂为质量浓度为8%的硅溶胶;
d、在一定条件下养护至干燥,养护的温度为29℃,相对湿度为88%,时间为10d,脱模、裁剪,制得立体仿大理石效果逼真的建筑装饰贴片。
实施例4
a、将脱模剂均匀涂于模板上,铺设阻燃无纺布层;其中,脱模剂钾皂,阻燃无纺布为添加阻燃剂的涤纶纤维布,阻燃剂为卤系阻燃剂;
b、将疏水颗粒加入光固化溶液中,混合搅拌均匀,喷涂于步骤a得到的阻燃无纺布层表面,铺设玻璃纤维网进行增强,随后利用紫外光照射快速固化成型,制得复合有玻璃纤维网的增强疏水涂层;其中,疏水颗粒20重量份、光固化溶液80重量份;疏水颗粒为炭黑颗粒,光固化溶液为安息香双甲醚配制的水溶液,溶液质量浓度为40%;
c、将颜料、树脂乳液、粘结助剂、水混合制成的仿石颜色的混合浆体,均匀涂于步骤b制得的成型的增强疏水涂层上叠层表面,随后通过带加热功能的造形滚筒压花、造形、热压固化,形成立体表面层;其中,颜料4重量份、树脂乳液25重量份、粘结助剂3重量份、水68重量份;颜料为石青、石绿、雄黄石黄、黑石脂,树脂乳液为丙烯酸树脂乳液,粘结助剂为质量浓度为8%的硅溶胶;
d、在一定条件下养护至干燥,养护的温度为28℃,相对湿度为85%,时间为11d,脱模、裁剪,制得立体仿大理石效果逼真的建筑装饰贴片。
实施例5
a、将脱模剂均匀涂于模板上,铺设阻燃无纺布层;其中,脱模剂钠皂,阻燃无纺布为添加阻燃剂的丙纶纤维布,阻燃剂为有机磷系阻燃剂;
b、将疏水颗粒加入光固化溶液中,混合搅拌均匀,喷涂于步骤a得到的阻燃无纺布层表面,铺设玻璃纤维网进行增强,随后利用紫外光照射快速固化成型,制得复合有玻璃纤维网的增强疏水涂层;其中,疏水颗粒10重量份、光固化溶液90重量份;疏水颗粒为松香颗粒,光固化溶液为安息香乙醚配制的水溶液,溶液质量浓度为20%;
c、将颜料、树脂乳液、粘结助剂、水混合制成的仿石颜色的混合浆体,均匀涂于步骤b制得的成型的增强疏水涂层上叠层表面,随后通过带加热功能的造形滚筒压花、造形、热压固化,形成立体表面层;其中,颜料2重量份、树脂乳液20重量份、粘结助剂1重量份、水77重量份;颜料为朱砂、雄黄石黄、云母粉,树脂乳液为环氧树脂乳液,粘结助剂为质量浓度为8%的硅溶胶;
d、在一定条件下养护至干燥,养护的温度为25℃,相对湿度为80%,时间为14d,脱模、裁剪,制得立体仿大理石效果逼真的建筑装饰贴片。
依照《建筑饰面石材试验方法》等技术规范,对本发明实施例1~5制得的仿大理石建筑装饰贴片的各项指标进行对比试验,实验结果如表1所示。

Claims (10)

1.一种仿大理石效果的立体建筑装饰贴片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述立体建筑装饰贴片由下至上依次为阻燃无纺布层、增强疏水涂层、立体表面层的三层复合结构,其中增强疏水涂层是利用含有疏水颗粒的光固化溶液将玻璃纤维网复合于阻燃无纺布层,其中立体表面层是仿石颜色的混合浆体涂覆并热压于增强疏水涂层表面得到,最后养护、脱模、裁剪制得,具体的制备步骤为:
a、将脱模剂均匀涂于模板上,铺设阻燃无纺布层;
b、将疏水颗粒加入光固化溶液中,混合搅拌均匀,喷涂于步骤a得到的阻燃无纺布层表面,铺设玻璃纤维网进行增强,随后利用紫外光照射快速固化成型,制得复合有玻璃纤维网的增强疏水涂层;
c、将颜料、树脂乳液、粘结助剂、水混合制成的仿石颜色的混合浆体,均匀涂于步骤b制得的成型的增强疏水涂层上叠层表面,随后通过带加热功能的造形滚筒压花、造形、热压固化,形成立体表面层;
d、在一定条件下养护至干燥,脱模、裁剪,制得立体仿大理石效果逼真的建筑装饰贴片。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种仿大理石效果的立体建筑装饰贴片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤a中,脱模剂钾皂、钠皂、铵皂、锌皂、脂肪酸、石蜡、甘油、凡士林、硅油、聚乙二醇中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种仿大理石效果的立体建筑装饰贴片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤a中,阻燃无纺布为添加阻燃剂的涤纶纤维布、丙纶纤维布、粘胶纤维布中的一种,其中,阻燃剂为卤系阻燃剂、有机磷系阻燃剂、磷-卤系阻燃剂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种仿大理石效果的立体建筑装饰贴片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b中,疏水颗粒为炭黑颗粒、松香颗粒、石蜡颗粒、硫化矿物颗粒中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种仿大理石效果的立体建筑装饰贴片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b中,光固化溶液为安息香双甲醚、安息香乙醚、安息香丁醚、二苯甲酮、4.4'-二甲氨基二苯中的一种配制的水溶液,溶液质量浓度为20~50%。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种仿大理石效果的立体建筑装饰贴片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b中,疏水颗粒10~30重量份、光固化溶液70~90重量份。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种仿大理石效果的立体建筑装饰贴片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤c中,颜料为朱砂、朱磦、石青、石绿、雄黄石黄、黑石脂、云母粉、赭石、土黄中的至少一种,树脂乳液为丙烯酸树脂乳液、环氧树脂乳液、苯丙树脂乳液中的一种,粘结助剂为质量浓度为8%的硅溶胶。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种仿大理石效果的立体建筑装饰贴片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤c中,颜料2~5重量份、树脂乳液20~30重量份、粘结助剂1~5重量份、水60~77重量份。
9.根据权利要求1所述一种仿大理石效果的立体建筑装饰贴片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d中,养护的温度为25~30℃,相对湿度为80~90%,时间为7~14d。
10.权利要求1~9任一项所述方法制备得到的一种仿大理石效果的立体建筑装饰贴片。
