本发明涉及一种干料入泵防堵抗溢装置。机架的下端固定受料仓,机架的上端固定电机,电机的输出轴上固定小锥齿轮,与小锥齿轮啮合的大锥齿轮固定在螺旋杆的上端;所述受料仓的进口上方机架上固定有干料进料绞龙的出口,干料进料绞龙的进口上固定有储料罐,受料仓的出口与输送管的上端口密封相通,输送管的下端口与混合器干料端口密封相通;所述的螺旋杆,穿过受料仓、输送管伸入的干料端口,下端固定搅拌叶片。它结构简单,防堵抗溢。

一种干料入泵防堵抗溢装置
技术领域
本发明属于干料输送装置,特别涉及一种干料入泵防堵抗溢装置。
背景技术
当采用有动力三向入料液固介质混合装置(专利号:ZL2014101903956)进行强含水层注浆堵水时,可以取得良好的充填效率和效果。混合装置一侧端部有A、B浆液入料口,顶部有干料入料口。三种介质在装置内混合后通过螺旋叶片所产生的推力,将混合浆液输送出装置。由于混合装置内干料为无动力(无压半开放)入料,当注浆堵水后期充填压力增大时,混合装置内浆液压力可能升高,从而使得浆液反向流入干粉输送装置中,造成干料输送装置的堵塞,影响物料混合效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种干料入泵防堵抗溢装置。它结构简单,防堵抗溢。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:机架的下端固定受料仓,机架的上端固定电机,电机的输出轴上固定小锥齿轮,与小锥齿轮啮合的大锥齿轮固定在螺旋杆的上端;所述受料仓的进口上方机架上固定有干料进料绞龙的出口,干料进料绞龙的进口上固定有储料罐,受料仓的出口与输送管的上端口密封相通,输送管的下端口与混合器干料端口密封相通;所述的螺旋杆,穿过受料仓、输送管伸入的干料端口,下端固定搅拌叶片。
本发明结构简单,防堵抗溢,可以实现干料的远距离输送。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,机架6的下端固定受料仓7,机架6的上端固定电机4,电机4的输出轴上固定小锥齿轮3,与小锥齿轮3啮合的大锥齿轮2固定在螺旋杆9的上端;所述受料仓7的进口上方机架6上固定有干料进料绞龙5的出口,干料进料绞龙5的进口上固定有储料罐1,受料仓7的出口与输送管8的上端口密封相通,输送管8的下端口与混合器12干料端口密封相通;所述的螺旋杆9,穿过受料仓7、输送管8伸入的干料端口,下端固定搅拌叶片11。
紧靠所述搅拌叶片11上方的混合器12干料端口内固定封堵器10,起到抗溢的作用。
所述封堵器10下端开口直径比所述搅拌叶片11的直径小4-10毫米。
所述的混合器12为本申请人的专利,专利号为ZL2014101903956。

1.一种干料入泵防堵抗溢装置,其特征在于:机架(6)的下端固定受料仓(7),机架(6)的上端固定电机(4),电机(4)的输出轴上固定小锥齿轮(3),与小锥齿轮(3)啮合的大锥齿轮(2)固定在螺旋杆(9)的上端;所述受料仓(7)的进口上方机架(6)上固定有干料进料绞龙(5)的出口,干料进料绞龙(5)的进口上固定有储料罐(1),受料仓(7)的出口与输送管(8)的上端口密封相通,输送管(8)的下端口与混合器(12)干料端口密封相通;所述的螺旋杆(9),穿过受料仓(7)、输送管(8)伸入的干料端口,下端固定搅拌叶片(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的干料入泵防堵抗溢装置,其特征在于:紧靠所述搅拌叶片(11)上方的混合器(12)干料端口内固定封堵器(10),起到抗溢的作用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的干料入泵防堵抗溢装置,其特征在于:所述封堵器(10)下端开口直径比所述搅拌叶片(11)的直径小4-10毫米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的干料入泵防堵抗溢装置,其特征在于:所述的混合器12为本申请人的专利,专利号为ZL2014101903956。
