发明内容

此外，每个托架30联接到水平支撑构件22中的一个。如图3-5所示，每个托架30包括大致绕水平支撑构件22的顶表面、后表面和底表面延伸的夹具58，并且包括第一夹板62和第二夹板66(图5)。夹具58包括用于将夹具58联接到第一夹板62和第二夹板66的上凸缘部和下凸缘部59(图5)。夹具58能够沿着水平支撑构件22移动到不同的附接位置，以便适应用于竖直支撑构件26的不同间距，如下所述。在一个实施例中，水平支撑构件22包括以规则间隔(例如，每六英寸、每十二英寸等)定位的定位器或其它标记或对准机构，以指示相邻的托架30之间的间距，并辅助相对于彼此定位竖直支撑构件26。此外，每个夹板62，66(例如，通过一对紧固件70)被紧固到夹具58，以在沿着水平支撑构件22的长度的期望位置中将托架30固定到水平支撑构件22。紧固件70能够被松开，使得托架30能够沿着水平支撑构件22滑动到期望位置，在该期望位置处，紧固件70被再次拧紧以将托架30固定。因此，期望的是，夹具58的尺寸被制成为使得：拧紧紧固件70以将夹具58连结到第一夹板62和第二夹板66导致托架30被收紧在水平支撑构件22上，从而将夹具58牢固地保持在水平支撑构件22上的期望位置中，而松开紧固件70允许托架30沿着水平支撑构件22滑动。紧固件70可以是具有匹配螺母的螺栓，所述螺母被一体到夹具58中，或者是与夹具58分离的部件。
第一夹板62和第二夹板66可以是两个单独的部件，或者第一夹板62和第二夹板66可以是与夹具58相接的单一件的一部分(图9，左侧)。夹板62，66彼此间隔开，使得竖直支撑构件26中的一个可以被定位在夹板62，66之间。当第一夹板62和第二夹板66是单一件的一部分时，这可以促进维持正确尺寸的开口，竖直支撑构件26在第一夹板62和第二夹板66之间配合到所述开口中。每个夹板62，66分别包括向外延伸的凸缘63，67(参见图9)，每个凸缘63，67包括多个槽74，用以接纳从竖直支撑构件26的相对侧向外延伸的销78。
在所示的实施例中，每个竖直支撑构件26形成为具有矩形横截面的封闭或箱型通道框架。在其它实施例(图8和9)中，竖直支撑构件26b形成为开口或U形通道。每个竖直支撑构件26包括从竖直支撑构件26的相对侧向外延伸的多个销78。销78可以延伸穿过竖直支撑构件26或可以简单地从竖直支撑构件26的外表面突出。销78的端部被定位在槽74内，以相对于托架30固定竖直支撑构件26。因此，托架30用于以可调整的方式将水平支撑构件22连结到竖直支撑构件26。
在优选实施例中，销78沿着竖直支撑构件26递增地安装。销78能够沿着竖直支撑构件26的任何长度或多个长度以彼此间隔任何规则或不规则距离的方式安装。然而，在一些优选实施例中，销78以规则间隔沿着支撑构件的长度的大部分安装。如图8-9所示，销78优选地横向地延伸穿过竖直支撑构件26。具体地，每个销78优选地是横向地延伸穿过支撑构件26并且具有从构件26的两个相对侧横向突出(即，关于在搁架系统的前方并且面对搁架系统的视角，从支撑构件26的左侧和右侧表面突出)的销26的一部分的单一件。优选地，每个销78在左侧或右侧上或更优选地在左侧和右侧两者上被焊接到竖直支撑构件26。虽然销78优选地被焊接到支撑构件26的两个横向侧，但是应当注意的是，延伸穿过并且经过竖直支撑构件26的两个相对侧的销78能够通过多种其它方式固定到支撑构件26，包括但不限于，通过压入配合或另外地通过具有在支撑构件26的两个相对侧上的孔内的过盈配合，或者利用一个或多个紧固件紧固到支撑构件26。
参照图1、2、5、6和8，搁架系统10优选地包括具有任何所需尺寸的一个多个搁架38。在一些优选实施例(包括附图中所示的那些)中，搁架38借助于支撑销78安装到竖直支撑构件26，如下所述。在搁架系统10中使用的搁架38的优选实施例在图1、2、5和6中示出。然而，应当注意的是，具有不同尺寸和形状的其它搁架38能够采用下文所述的相同特征，或者不同结构的搁架也可以在搁架系统10中使用。在一些优选实施例中，搁架38是具有一个或多个横向构件39和侧支架79的单个一体件。横向构件39优选地在侧支架之间延伸，并且提供用于搁架38的支撑表面。可替代地，侧支架79能够通过框架、片材、一系列的棒或杆、网丝、纱网或任何其它元件连接，所述的框架、片材、一系列的棒或杆、网丝、纱网或任何其它元件在侧支架79之间延伸，用于支撑重量，用于支撑覆盖在其上用于工作或存储和展示物品的表面，和/或用于关于彼此固定侧支架79。在一个实施例中，侧支架79可以借助于销78附接到竖直支撑构件26，用以将搁架38或者类似的支撑结构或表面附接到竖直支撑构件26，如在2003年4月16日提交的美国专利No.7494019中所述，其全部内容通过引用并入本文。因此，搁架38可以在沿着所述构件的期望高度处被安装到竖直支撑构件26。侧支架79可以是搁架38设置在其上的分离部件，或侧支架79可以与搁架38一体为单个部件。
侧支架79可以包括与销78接合的多个槽、凸起或钩(例如，如美国专利7494019的图6-7和第9栏第5-46行中所示和所描述，其全部内容通过引用并入本文)。如上文所解释，托架30能够在沿着水平支撑构件22的不同位置处附接到水平支撑构件22，以允许使用者改变相邻的竖直支撑件26之间的间距，并且导致搁架38的宽度的变化。此外，销78允许常规搁架与搁架系统10结合使用。这样的搁架系统的示例在2003年4月16日提交的美国专利No.7494019以及1994年1月31日提交的美国专利No.5592886中进行描述，其全部内容通过引用并入本文。当然，能够采用将搁架38附接到竖直支撑构件26的其它手段，如本领域技术人员所熟知的。
如图6和7所示，顶板支撑件34联接到水平支撑构件22中的一个的端部。顶板支撑件34包括一对平行的间隔开的水平板86a，86b。下板86a被定位成邻近所述搁架系统10位于其中的房间或隔室的顶板(未示出)的内表面。上板86b被定位在房间或隔室的顶板上方，邻近顶板上方的外表面，因此将来自搁架系统10的压力分散在较宽的区域上。一个或多个销90延伸穿过板86a，86b之间的空间和顶板，从而板86a，86b联接在一起。此外，下板86a具有附接到下板86a的壁架(ledge)或通道94，所述壁架或通道94通过一对扩展件(extension)95连接到下板86a。所述壁架或通道94在下板86a下方延伸，并且支撑水平支撑构件22中的至少一个的端部；一个或多个螺栓或销可以用于将水平支撑构件22固定到壁架或通道94。例如通过提供不同长度的扩展件95，壁架或通道94可以位于距下板86a不同距离的位置处。顶板支撑件34提供用于构造搁架系统10的额外支撑和通用性。例如，当搁架系统10在其中水平支撑构件22足够接近顶板以允许使用顶板支撑件34的情况下，特别是在隔室的壁是不承重的情形下(例如在步入式冷藏库或冷藏室中)安装到壁时，顶板支撑件34是有用的。如本文所使用的，顶板是指房间、隔室或区域的任何头顶上的或上面的表面。壁支撑件18也可以有助于稳定和维持水平支撑构件22的对准。
就竖直支撑构件26由隔室的壁或顶板支撑来说，这允许地面保持总体通畅。搁架上的载荷以悬臂构造由壁和/或顶板支撑，并且搁架38能够定位在地面的水平上方，以允许自由进入地面空间。在一些实施例中，搁架系统10能够单独使用或结合独立式搁架系统使用，并且还可以包括附接件，用于将载荷中的一些或全部传递到地面。搁架系统10还可以结合独立式搁架系统的功能，诸如在美国专利No.7494019中所示的那些，其全部内容通过引用并入本文。
通过采用壁和/或顶板安装的水平构件22来支撑竖直构件26，如上所述，本发明的多个实施例提供一种工作台或者搁架或置物架系统，其具有高度可调性、模块化并且适于大量的应用、空间和环境，腾出宝贵的地面空间用于其它目的。在上述的和附图中示出的各种实施例中，能够附接在沿着水平支撑构件22的长度的各种期望位置处并且具有从其相对侧延伸的销78的竖直支撑构件26的使用使得用户能够提供不同尺寸的搁架38，并且以各种构造将相邻的搁架38安装在竖直支撑构件26的两侧上。因此，一旦壁支撑件18和可选的顶板支撑件34已经被安装，就能够提供水平支撑构件22和竖直支撑构件26的各种布置，以提供给定布置的搁架38。搁架38的布置能够通过重新布置水平支撑构件22和竖直支撑构件26而容易地改变，而无需在壁或顶板中安装任何额外的支撑件。这种多功能性，加上本发明的更可靠和更简单的搁架安装布置，提供了如上所述的多种优势。
因此，除了其它方面，本发明可以提供一种搁架系统。虽然本发明已经参照某些独立实施例进行了详细描述，但是在所述的本发明的一个或多个独立方面的范围和精神内存在多种改变和改型。本发明的各种特征和优势在下面的权利要求中进行阐述。

Claims (29)

1.一种搁架系统，包括：
多个水平支撑构件，每个水平支撑构件具有一定长度；
多个壁支撑件，每个壁支撑件包括第一表面，水平支撑构件的至少一部分靠在所述第一表面上；
多个托架，每个托架能够在沿着所述水平支撑构件的长度的不同位置处附接到所述水平支撑构件；
多个竖直支撑构件，每个竖直支撑构件联接到至少一个托架；以及
搁架，所述搁架附接到所述多个竖直支撑构件中的至少两个竖直支撑构件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的搁架系统，还包括顶板支撑件，所述顶板支撑件包括第二表面，水平支撑构件的至少一部分靠在所述第二表面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的搁架系统，其中，所述顶板支撑件包括由至少一个销联接的上板和下板，其中，所述第二表面联接到所述下板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的搁架系统，其中，所述上板与所述下板间隔开一定距离以在其间接纳顶板。
5.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的搁架系统，其中，所述竖直支撑构件以能够移除的方式附接到所述托架。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的搁架系统，其中，每个托架包括多个槽，并且所述竖直支撑构件包括从所述竖直支撑构件突出的多个销，其中，所述销与所述槽接合以将所述竖直支撑构件以能够移除的方式附接到所述托架。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的搁架系统，还包括紧固件，所述紧固件延伸穿过所述水平支撑构件和所述第一表面。
8.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的搁架系统，其中，所述竖直支撑构件包括矩形管，其中，所述矩形管是四侧面封闭管或三侧面开口管。
9.根据权利要求1所述的搁架系统，其中，所述托架包括第一夹具和第一夹板，其中，所述第一夹具绕所述水平支撑构件的至少一部分延伸，并且所述第一夹板使用紧固件联接到所述第一夹具。
10.根据权利要求9所述的搁架系统，其中，所述第一夹具绕所述水平支撑构件的三个侧面延伸。
11.根据权利要求10所述的搁架系统，其中，所述第一夹具包括上凸缘部和下凸缘部，所述上凸缘部和下凸缘部接纳所述紧固件。
12.根据权利要求11所述的搁架系统，其中，所述第一夹板包括具有多个槽的凸缘。
13.根据权利要求12所述的搁架系统，还包括第二夹板，所述第二夹板具有包括多个槽的凸缘，其中，所述第二夹板使用紧固件联接到所述第一夹具。
14.根据权利要求13所述的搁架系统，其中，所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板的凸缘被间隔开以在其间接纳所述竖直支撑构件。
15.根据权利要求14所述的搁架系统，其中，所述竖直支撑构件包括从所述竖直支撑构件突出的多个销，所述销与所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板的所述凸缘的槽接合。
16.根据权利要求15所述的搁架系统，其中，所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板形成为单一件。
17.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的搁架系统，还包括在所述第一表面的外边缘处的唇部。
18.一种搁架系统，包括：
多个水平支撑构件，每个水平支撑构件具有一定长度；
多个壁支撑件，每个壁支撑件包括第一表面，水平支撑构件的至少一部分靠在所述第一表面上；
多个托架，每个托架能够在沿着所述水平支撑构件的长度的不同位置处附接到所述水平支撑构件；
多个竖直支撑构件，每个竖直支撑构件联接到至少一个托架；
顶板支撑件，所述顶板支撑件包括第二表面，水平支撑构件的至少一部分靠在所述第二表面上，所述顶板支撑件包括由至少一个销联接的上板和下板，其中，所述第二表面联接到所述下板；以及
搁架，所述搁架附接到所述多个竖直支撑构件中的至少两个竖直支撑构件。
19.根据权利要求18所述的搁架系统，其中，每个托架包括多个槽，并且所述竖直支撑构件包括从所述竖直支撑构件突出的多个销，
其中，所述销与所述槽接合以将所述竖直支撑构件以能够移除的方式附接到所述托架。
20.根据权利要求18所述的搁架系统，还包括紧固件，所述紧固件延伸穿过所述水平支撑构件和所述第一表面。
21.根据权利要求18所述的搁架系统，其中，所述托架包括第一夹具和第一夹板，其中，所述第一夹具绕所述水平支撑构件的至少一部分延伸，并且所述第一夹板使用紧固件联接到所述第一夹具。
22.根据权利要求21所述的搁架系统，其中，所述第一夹具绕所述水平支撑构件的三个侧面延伸。
23.根据权利要求22所述的搁架系统，其中，所述第一夹具包括上凸缘部和下凸缘部，所述上凸缘部和下凸缘部接纳所述紧固件。
24.根据权利要求23所述的搁架系统，其中，所述第一夹板包括具有多个槽的凸缘。
25.根据权利要求24所述的搁架系统，还包括第二夹板，所述第二夹板具有包括多个槽的凸缘，其中，所述第二夹板使用紧固件联接到所述第一夹具。
26.根据权利要求25所述的搁架系统，其中，所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板的凸缘被间隔开以在其间接纳所述竖直支撑构件。
27.根据权利要求26所述的搁架系统，其中，所述竖直支撑构件包括从所述竖直支撑构件突出的多个销，所述销与所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板的所述凸缘的槽接合。
28.根据权利要求27所述的搁架系统，其中，所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板形成为单一件。
29.根据权利要求17所述的搁架系统，还包括在所述第一表面的外边缘处的唇部。
