背景技术
  日前建筑上各类水、气管道布局所需的固定装置卡箍，都是先在墙体上打孔，再把卡箍一头敲进孔内即可。由于卡箍一头和钻孔呈略过盈配合，时间一长，墙体上钻孔一风化，或用撬捧撬管道……。极易起出卡箍。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种管道卡箍，由卡箍和金属圆管组成，而金属圆管焊接在卡箍外壁上，金属圆管有内螺纹，靠螺纹与膨胀螺栓连接。使用时装好膨胀螺栓后，把卡箍外壁上的金属圆管和膨胀螺栓外螺纹联接旋紧，同时摆正卡箍位置，将管道靠紧卡箍后，再合上卡箍另一半，两端分别穿上小螺钉旋紧即可。本实用新型利用现在广泛使用的膨胀螺栓，把卡箍与金属圆管焊接并与膨胀螺栓外露头连接，既简便又安全牢固，有效防止卡箍松脱。

具体实施方式
  选择一截外径和膨胀螺栓(1)螺母外径相等的金属管(2)，管有内螺纹，其螺距和螺栓相等。金属圆管(2)和卡箍(3)外壁端正焊牢即可。装好膨胀螺栓后，尽量露出螺纹一头；或采用加长螺栓，再把卡箍(3)外壁上金属圆管(2)旋入螺栓后拧紧，并摆正卡箍(3)位置即可。不论是管道放地面呈水平位置固定，还是沿墙面呈垂直位置固定，抑或顶部呈悬挂固定，把卡箍(3)和膨胀螺栓(1)联为一体，既巧妙利用膨胀螺栓(1)牢固优点，又免去膨胀螺栓另外加装角架而需要电焊工序。
