背景技术
管道支吊架的布置和类型应满足管道荷重、补偿及位移的要求，并注意减少管道的振动；另外，还必须考虑管道的稳定性、强度和刚度以及输送介质的温度和工作压力，并尽量简便易于制作和节省钢材。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种内胀栓管道吊架。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种内胀栓管道吊架，包括内胀栓、管卡和通丝吊杆，所述的通丝吊杆通过内胀栓固定安装在楼板上，所述的管卡与通丝吊杆连接。
所述的管卡通过螺栓与通丝吊杆连接。
本发明结构设计合理，满足管道荷重、补偿及位移的要求，减少管道的振动，简便易于制作和节省钢材。

如图1所示，一种内胀栓管道吊架，包括内胀栓2、管卡3和通丝吊杆6，所述的通丝吊杆6通过内胀栓2固定安装在楼板1上，所述的管卡3通过螺栓5与通丝吊杆6连接，管道4安装在管卡3内。

1. 一种内胀栓管道吊架，其特征在于：包括内胀栓（2）、管卡（3）和通丝吊杆（6），所述的通丝吊杆（6）通过内胀栓（2）固定安装在楼板（1）上，所述的管卡（3）与通丝吊杆（6）连接。
2. 如权利要求1所述的内胀栓管道吊架，其特征在于：所述的管卡（3）通过螺栓（5）与通丝吊杆（6）连接。
