本发明公开了一种玻璃自动包装系统,包括玻璃上料机构、玻璃传送机构、玻璃包装机构和玻璃下料机构;所述玻璃传送机构包括玻璃承载平台、可在玻璃上料机构、玻璃包装机构和玻璃下料机构之间往复运动的水平运载机构和可360度旋转的旋转机构,所述旋转机构设于水平运载机构上,所述玻璃承载平台设于旋转机构上;玻璃传送机构将待包装玻璃传送至包装工位,设于包装工位的玻璃包装机构、配合可旋转的玻璃承载平台,将缓冲泡沫条包裹于玻璃侧边。本发明能够实现玻璃的全自动在线包装,显著提高玻璃包装的工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃自动包装系统。
背景技术
玻璃作为易碎物品,生产完整后的防震包装是必经程序,现有技术中的玻璃包装多是通过人工手动进行包装的,普遍存在包装工作效率低下的技术问题,另外,在包装的搬运过程中难免造成玻璃损坏,影响企业生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种玻璃自动包装系统,解决现有技术中玻璃通过人工包装存在工作效率低下、玻璃易损坏的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种玻璃自动包装系统,包括玻璃上料机构、玻璃传送机构、玻璃包装机构和玻璃下料机构;所述玻璃传送机构包括玻璃承载平台、可在玻璃上料机构、玻璃包装机构和玻璃下料机构之间往复运动的水平运载机构和可360度旋转的旋转机构,所述旋转机构设于水平运载机构上,所述玻璃承载平台设于旋转机构上;玻璃传送机构将待包装玻璃传送至包装工位,设于包装工位的玻璃包装机构、配合可旋转的玻璃承载平台,将缓冲泡沫条包裹于玻璃侧边。
所述玻璃包装机构包括:用于夹持缓冲泡沫条的随动机械手和驱动随动机械手向待包装玻璃运行的机械手驱动机构,所述缓冲泡沫条上设有与玻璃侧边相卡合的卡槽;待包装玻璃被传送至包装工位时,机械手驱动机构带动随动机械手向待包装玻璃运动,当缓冲泡沫条的卡槽与待包装玻璃侧边相卡合后,旋转机构带动玻璃旋转,随动机械手根据玻璃侧边形状动作,将缓冲泡沫条卡于待包装玻璃侧边。
所述玻璃承载平台上纵向设有若干空气孔,各空气孔分别与真空泵相连通,真空泵通过对空气孔抽真空将玻璃吸附于玻璃承载平台上。
所述玻璃上料机构和玻璃下料机构分别选用真空吸嘴。
还包括与玻璃下料机构下料区相对应设置的下料平台,所述下料平台的下表面设有承载下料平台上下运动的升降机构,下料平台上方每叠放一块玻璃,升降机构控制下料平台下降一块玻璃厚度的高度。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:能够实现玻璃的全自动在线包装,显著提高玻璃包装的工作效率,相对于人工包装,具有省时省力、节约人力资源的优点;通过玻璃传送机构进行自动传输,减少玻璃搬运,明显降低了玻璃破损率;设置了随动机械手,能够对玻璃侧边不规则的玻璃进行自动包装,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,玻璃自动包装系统,包括玻璃上料机构1、玻璃传送机构、玻璃包装机构、玻璃下料机构4和与玻璃下料机构4相对接的下料平台5。
玻璃上料机构1和玻璃下料机构4可选用真空吸嘴。用于玻璃上料的真空吸嘴将待包装玻璃置于玻璃传送机构上。玻璃包装完成后,用于下料的真空吸嘴将包装完好的玻璃由玻璃传送机构转移到下料平台5上。下料平台5的下表面设有承载下料平台5上下运动的升降机构8,下料平台5上方每叠放一块玻璃,升降机构8控制下料平台5下降一块玻璃厚度的高度。
玻璃传送机构包括:玻璃承载平台2、水平运载机构6和旋转机构7,旋转机构7设于水平运载机构6上,玻璃承载平台2设于旋转机构7上。水平运载机构6可带动玻璃承载平台2在玻璃上料机构1、玻璃包装机构和玻璃下料机构4之间往复运动。旋转机构7可带动玻璃承载平台2进行360度旋转,实现玻璃侧边360度全包装。玻璃承载平台2上纵向设有若干空气孔,各空气孔分别与真空泵相连通,真空泵通过对空气孔抽真空将玻璃吸附于玻璃承载平台2上。
玻璃包装机构设于包装工位,用于从缓冲泡沫条上料机构3上取用缓冲泡沫条对玻璃进行包装。它包括:随动机械手9和驱动随动机械手9向待包装玻璃运行的机械手驱动机构10,随动机械手9夹持缓冲泡沫条一端,用于从缓冲泡沫条上料机构3拉取缓冲泡沫条。玻璃包装时,旋转机构7可带动玻璃承载平台2进行360度旋转,随动机械手9能够根据玻璃侧边的形状自行调整路径,使设于缓冲泡沫条上的卡槽与玻璃侧边相卡合。

1.玻璃自动包装系统,其特征在于,包括玻璃上料机构、玻璃传送机构、玻璃包装机构和玻璃下料机构;所述玻璃传送机构包括玻璃承载平台、可在玻璃上料机构、玻璃包装机构和玻璃下料机构之间往复运动的水平运载机构和可360度旋转的旋转机构,所述旋转机构设于水平运载机构上,所述玻璃承载平台设于旋转机构上;玻璃传送机构将待包装玻璃传送至包装工位,设于包装工位的玻璃包装机构、配合可旋转的玻璃承载平台,将缓冲泡沫条包裹于玻璃侧边;所述玻璃包装机构包括:用于夹持缓冲泡沫条的随动机械手和驱动随动机械手向待包装玻璃运行的机械手驱动机构,所述缓冲泡沫条上设有与玻璃侧边相卡合的卡槽;待包装玻璃被传送至包装工位时,机械手驱动机构带动随动机械手向待包装玻璃运动,当缓冲泡沫条的卡槽与待包装玻璃侧边相卡合后,旋转机构带动玻璃旋转,随动机械手根据玻璃侧边形状动作,将缓冲泡沫条卡于待包装玻璃侧边;
