本发明公开了一种双层穿孔阻抗复合型消音装置,包括消音器外壳和安装板,消音器外壳前端底部设置有进气管,后端顶部设置有排气管,消音器外壳的内部分为阻性消音室和抗性消音管;阻性消音室内分为三级消音管:最底层为扩张管,中间层为共振管,最顶层为降压管;抗性消音管内部安装有多层金属隔音盘,且抗性消音管连接有过滤器,且过滤器与外部的排气管相连接;安装板呈长方形,并通过固定螺母和消音器外壳旋接在一起;阻性消音室和抗性消音管之间用双层穿孔隔板相隔开,扩张管、共振管和降压管之间采用超细玻璃棉管连接;进气管和排气管的内径中均套接有石墨环,且进气管和排气管与消音器壳体的连接处还安装有密封圈。

本发明涉及消音器技术领域,具体为一种双层穿孔阻抗复合型消音装置。
背景技术
汽车工业的快速发展,汽车的快速普及,汽车的噪声污染越来越严重,影响着人们的正常生活,现在世界范围内开始对此采取了相关的措施。目前的消音器常见的有阻性消音器和抗性消音器,而且大部分经过消音处理的尾气都是直接排放,污染周围的环境并危害人们身体健康,未能有效解决噪音大、污染严重的问题。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种双层穿孔阻抗复合型消音装置,将阻性和抗性消音器组合在一起,改善了消音效果,并且增加了过滤器净化尾气,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种双层穿孔阻抗复合型消音装置,包括消音器外壳和安装板,所述消音器外壳前端底部设置有进气管,后端顶部设置有排气管,所述消音器外壳的内部分为两个部分,阻性消音室和抗性消音管;所述阻性消音室内分为三级消音管:最底层为扩张管,中间层为共振管,最顶层为降压管;所述抗性消音管内部安装有多层金属隔音盘,且抗性消音管连接有过滤器,且过滤器与外部的排气管相连接;所述安装板呈长方形,并通过固定螺母和消音器外壳旋接在一起。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述阻性消音室和抗性消音管之间用双层穿孔隔板相隔开,且抗性消音管也采用多孔消音金属制成。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述扩张管、共振管和降压管之间采用超细玻璃棉管连接。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述进气管和排气管的内径中均套接有石墨环,且进气管和排气管与消音器壳体的连接处还安装有密封圈。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该双层穿孔阻抗复合消音装置,通过将阻性消音室和抗性消音管结合在一起,结合双层穿孔隔板和超细玻璃棉管的吸音效果,通过层层相连接的消音方式,大大改善了消音的效果,减小了噪音污染;并且在消音器壳体内还安装有过滤器,通过过滤器净化汽车废气,减小了尾气污染,保护环境。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种双层穿孔阻抗复合型消音装置,包括消音器外壳1和安装板2,所述消音器外壳1前端底部设置有进气管3,后端顶部设置有排气管4,所述消音器外壳1的内部分为两个部分,阻性消音室5和抗性消音管6;所述阻性消音室5内分为三级消音管:最底层为扩张管7,中间层为共振管8,最顶层为降压管9;所述抗性消音管5内部安装有多层金属隔音盘10,且抗性消音管5连接有过滤器15,且过滤器15与外部的排气管3相连接;所述安装板2呈长方形,并通过固定螺母11和消音器外壳1旋接在一起;所述阻性消音室5和抗性消音管6之间用双层穿孔隔板12相隔开,且抗性消音管6也采用多孔消音金属制成;所述扩张管7、共振管8和降压管9之间采用超细玻璃棉管16连接;所述进气管2和排气管3的内径中均套接有石墨环13,且进气管2和排气管3与消音器壳体1的连接处还安装有密封圈14。
本发明工作原理:所述消音器壳体1通过固定螺母11与安装板2连接,并通过安装板2安装在车架上;汽车排气管排出的废气通过进气管3进入抗性消音管5,废气首先进入扩张管7,在扩张管7中气体膨胀初步消音,然后进入共振管8发生共振减弱振动,再进入降压管9,将高压气体降压再送入抗性消音管6,通过抗性消音管6中的多层金属隔音盘10层层反射消音;消音后的废气通过过滤器15进行过滤净化最后通过排气管4排出;所述石墨环13将消音器壳体1与高温的汽车排气管隔开,防止高温损坏消音器;所述密封圈14加强整个消音器壳体的密封性;所述双层穿孔隔板12和超细玻璃棉管16也能够起到吸音的作用。
该双层穿孔阻抗复合消音装置,通过将阻性消音室和抗性消音管结合在一起,结合双层穿孔隔板和超细玻璃棉管的吸音效果,通过层层相连接的消音方式,大大改善了消音的效果,减小了噪音污染;并且在消音器壳体内还安装有过滤器,通过过滤器净化汽车废气,减小了尾气污染,保护环境。

1.一种双层穿孔阻抗复合型消音装置,包括消音器外壳(1)和安装板(2),所述消音器外壳(1)前端底部设置有进气管(3),后端顶部设置有排气管(4),其特征在于:所述消音器外壳(1)的内部分为两个部分,阻性消音室(5)和抗性消音管(6);所述阻性消音室(5)内分为三级消音管:最底层为扩张管(7),中间层为共振管(8),最顶层为降压管(9);所述抗性消音管(5)内部安装有多层金属隔音盘(10),且抗性消音管(5)连接有过滤器(15),且过滤器(15)与外部的排气管(3)相连接;所述安装板(2)呈长方形,并通过固定螺母(11)和消音器外壳(1)旋接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层穿孔阻抗复合型消音装置,其特征在于:所述阻性消音室(5)和抗性消音管(6)之间用双层穿孔隔板(12)相隔开,且抗性消音管(6)也采用多孔消音金属制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层穿孔阻抗复合型消音装置,其特征在于:所述扩张管(7)、共振管(8)和降压管(9)之间采用超细玻璃棉管(16)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层穿孔阻抗复合型消音装置,其特征在于:所述进气管(2)和排气管(3)的内径中均套接有石墨环(13),且进气管(2)和排气管(3)与消音器壳体(1)的连接处还安装有密封圈(14)。
