本发明公开了一种棉织物的印花工艺,包括以下步骤:将棉织物放入漂白池中进行活化漂白,棉织物置于过碳酸钠溶液中漂白;将棉织物放入架桥剂中浸泡;将分散染料用丙酮溶解,均匀涂抹于热转印纸上,再添加固色剂,晾干;将棉织物与热转印纸正面相贴,在200‑230℃下热转印,时间5‑7秒,棉织物冷却至常温,再冷冻;再将冷冻处理好的棉织物进行悬挂式汽蒸,汽蒸后采用冷、热水交替进行水洗,水洗时加入防染剂,用蒸汽机压制定型,冷却后,即得成品。将棉织物放入架桥剂中浸泡,使得棉纤维与分散染料之间原本相斥的两种分子通过这座“桥梁”的作用而结合,并利用分子间的作用力,达到一定的结合牢度;然后采用热转移印花利用分散染料在高温下的升华性实现棉织物的无水印花。

一种棉织物的印花工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种棉织物的印花工艺。
背景技术
目前国内主要用次氯酸钠和过氧化氢漂白棉针织物,过氧化氢漂
白的残余物尽管无毒,但其强碱性漂白会对棉针织物有所损伤,并且过氧化氢常温下为液态,存在运输和存储困难等缺点。
印花过程,通过在一块很薄的薄膜上用激光打很小的孔并形成所需要的花纹,再将调好的色浆推到薄膜上,浆料通过薄膜上有微孔渗透到所要印花的棉衫上,再通过蒸汽、水洗把多余的染料除去,但是在实际生产过程中经常遇到棉衫因色牢度不好而很容易掉色的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种色牢度好的棉织物的印花工艺。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种棉织物的印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉织物放入漂白池中进行活化漂白,棉织物置于浓度为 7~10g/L 的过碳酸钠溶液中,保持浴比1:30,在 70~90℃温度下恒温处理1~2h,然后将漂白过的棉织物烘干后待用;
(2)将棉织物放入架桥剂中,保持浴比1:50,浸泡10-20分钟,再在90-100℃条件下烘干;
(3)将分散染料用丙酮溶解,均匀涂抹于热转印纸上,再添加固色剂,晾干;
(4)将棉织物与热转印纸正面相贴,在200-230℃下热转印,时间5-7秒,棉织物冷却至常温,再冷冻至3-5℃;
(5)再将冷冻处理好的棉织物进行悬挂式汽蒸,汽蒸后采用冷、热水交替进行水洗,水洗时加入防染剂,用蒸汽机压制定型,定型温度120-140℃,冷却后,即得成品。
所述防染剂为聚醚二元羧酸和乙二醇的混合剂。
本发明的有益效果:将棉织物放入架桥剂中浸泡,使得棉纤维与分散染料之间原本相斥的两种分子通过这座“桥梁”的作用而结合,并利用分子间的作用力,达到一定的结合牢度;然后采用热转移印花利用分散染料在高温下的升华性实现棉织物的无水印花,解决了棉织物印花环节的环保问题,不仅工艺简单,还能印制出网印难以实现的花纹。
具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明的保护范围的限定。
实施例1
一种棉织物的印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉织物放入漂白池中进行活化漂白,棉织物置于浓度为 7g/L 的过碳酸钠溶液中,保持浴比1:30,在 70℃温度下恒温处理1h,然后将漂白过的棉织物烘干后待用;
(2)将棉织物放入架桥剂中,保持浴比1:50,浸泡10分钟,再在90℃条件下烘干;
(3)将分散染料用丙酮溶解,均匀涂抹于热转印纸上,再添加固色剂,晾干;
(4)将棉织物与热转印纸正面相贴,在200℃下热转印,时间5秒,棉织物冷却至常温,再冷冻至3℃;
(5)再将冷冻处理好的棉织物进行悬挂式汽蒸,汽蒸后采用冷、热水交替进行水洗,水洗时加入防染剂,用蒸汽机压制定型,定型温度120℃,冷却后,即得成品。
防染剂为聚醚二元羧酸和乙二醇的混合剂。
实施例2
一种棉织物的印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉织物放入漂白池中进行活化漂白,棉织物置于浓度为 8g/L 的过碳酸钠溶液中,保持浴比1:30,在 80℃温度下恒温处理1.5h,然后将漂白过的棉织物烘干后待用;
(2)将棉织物放入架桥剂中,保持浴比1:50,浸泡15分钟,再在95℃条件下烘干;
(3)将分散染料用丙酮溶解,均匀涂抹于热转印纸上,再添加固色剂,晾干;
(4)将棉织物与热转印纸正面相贴,在215℃下热转印,时间6秒,棉织物冷却至常温,再冷冻至4℃;
(5)再将冷冻处理好的棉织物进行悬挂式汽蒸,汽蒸后采用冷、热水交替进行水洗,水洗时加入防染剂,用蒸汽机压制定型,定型温度130℃,冷却后,即得成品。
防染剂为聚醚二元羧酸和乙二醇的混合剂。
实施例3
一种棉织物的印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉织物放入漂白池中进行活化漂白,棉织物置于浓度为10g/L 的过碳酸钠溶液中,保持浴比1:30,在 90℃温度下恒温处理2h,然后将漂白过的棉织物烘干后待用;
(2)将棉织物放入架桥剂中,保持浴比1:50,浸泡20分钟,再在100℃条件下烘干;
(3)将分散染料用丙酮溶解,均匀涂抹于热转印纸上,再添加固色剂,晾干;
(4)将棉织物与热转印纸正面相贴,在230℃下热转印,时间7秒,棉织物冷却至常温,再冷冻至5℃;
(5)再将冷冻处理好的棉织物进行悬挂式汽蒸,汽蒸后采用冷、热水交替进行水洗,水洗时加入防染剂,用蒸汽机压制定型,定型温度120-140℃,冷却后,即得成品。
防染剂为聚醚二元羧酸和乙二醇的混合剂。
本发明采用过碳酸钠对棉针织物进行漂白,克服了常用次氯酸钠和过氧化氢漂白的缺点,具有漂白效果好,无副产物,不损伤被漂白棉针织物。
将棉织物放入架桥剂中浸泡,使得棉纤维与分散染料之间架起一座“桥梁”,使原本相斥的两种分子通过这座“桥梁”的作用而结合,并利用分子间的作用力,达到一定的结合牢度;然后采用热转移印花利用分散染料在高温下的升华性实现棉织物的无水印花,解决了棉织物印花环节的环保问题,不仅工艺简单,还能印制出网印难以实现的花纹。

Claims (2)

1.一种棉织物的印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉织物放入漂白池中进行活化漂白,棉织物置于浓度为 7~10g/L 的过碳酸钠溶液中,保持浴比1:30,在 70~90℃温度下恒温处理1~2h,然后将漂白过的棉织物烘干后待用;
(2)将棉织物放入架桥剂中,保持浴比1:50,浸泡10-20分钟,再在90-100℃条件下烘干;
(3)将分散染料用丙酮溶解,均匀涂抹于热转印纸上,再添加固色剂,晾干;
(4)将棉织物与热转印纸正面相贴,在200-230℃下热转印,时间5-7秒,棉织物冷却至常温,再冷冻至3-5℃;
(5)再将冷冻处理好的棉织物进行悬挂式汽蒸,汽蒸后采用冷、热水交替进行水洗,水洗时加入防染剂,用蒸汽机压制定型,定型温度120-140℃,冷却后,即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉织物的印花工艺,其特征在于:所述防染剂为聚醚二元羧酸和乙二醇的混合剂。
