本发明公开了一种尾气净化装置,包括尾气净化装置本体,所述的尾气净化装置本体的首端设置有尾气衔接头;所述的净化装置本体的中部设置有两片蜂窝过滤片;所述的两片蜂窝过滤片之间设置有过滤芯体;所述的过滤芯体由活性炭颗粒和三元催化器组成;所述的三元催化器的前端设置有螺旋消音管;所述的螺旋消音管的内壁上设置有凸起;所述的过滤芯体的下端设置有除尘仓,本发明结构简单,使用方便,操作简单,制作简单,净化效果好,蜂窝式的过滤更加细腻,减少尾气对环境的污染和对人体的伤害,噪音小。

本发明涉及一种尾气净化装置。
背景技术
现在,汽车成了我们日常生活中重要的交通工具,然而,汽车排出的尾气中含有大量的有害物质,如果直接排放到空气中,会对环境和空气造成严重的污染,会危及到人们的身体健康,所以在大量使用汽车的同时,我们要降低尾气的排放,将尾气中的大量有害物质去除,现有的尾气净化装置,沉积在净化装置底部的灰尘和有害物质不能够及时的清除,会导致效率的下降,使用年限会缩短,所以需要对尾气净化装置进行改进。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种尾气净化装置。
一种尾气净化装置,包括尾气净化装置本体,所述的尾气净化装置本体的首端设置有尾气衔接头;所述的净化装置本体的中部设置有两片蜂窝过滤片;所述的两片蜂窝过滤片之间设置有过滤芯体;所述的过滤芯体由活性炭颗粒和三元催化器组成;所述的三元催化器的前端设置有螺旋消音管;所述的螺旋消音管的内壁上设置有凸起;所述的过滤芯体的下端设置有除尘仓。
进一步地,所述的除尘仓中设置有灰尘收集囊。
进一步地,所述的除尘仓的下方设置有螺纹柱。
进一步地,所述的过滤芯体的前端设置有雾化仓。
进一步地,所述的雾化仓中设置有喷淋器。
进一步地,所述的净化装置本体的外表面的底部设置有水管,水管连接到雾化仓中。
本发明与现有技术相比较,其具有以下有益效果:本发明的尾气净化器本体在运行时,将尾气衔接头安装在尾气释放装置上,让尾气能够全部进入到净化装置中,通过蜂窝过滤片,将尾气中的颗粒杂质去除,再通过过滤芯体中的活性炭颗粒和三元催化器对尾气进行催化,将有害的气体催化为无害的气体,降低对环境的污染,进入到螺旋消音管中,由于凸起,可以将尾气集中的能量扩散掉,减轻对本体的冲击,这样就可以大大降低噪音量,再经过雾化仓,经过雾化吃那个的喷淋器喷洒之后,会将尾气呈现雾状,可以降落到地面,减少吸入到人体呼吸道的几率,日积月累下来的灰尘会落入到灰尘收集囊中,螺纹柱只要经过旋转即可将除尘仓卸下,进行清理,其结构简单,使用方便,操作简单,制作简单,净化效果好,蜂窝式的过滤更加细腻,减少尾气对环境的污染和对人体的伤害,噪音小。

如图1和图2所示,包括尾气净化装置本体1,所述的尾气净化装置本体1的首端设置有尾气衔接头5;所述的净化装置本体1的中部设置有两片蜂窝过滤片6;所述的两片蜂窝过滤片6之间设置有过滤芯体10;所述的过滤芯体10由活性炭颗粒7和三元催化器8组成;所述的三元催化器8的前端设置有螺旋消音管9;所述的螺旋消音管9的内壁上设置有凸起;所述的过滤芯体10的下端设置有除尘仓13。
所述的除尘仓13中设置有灰尘收集囊12。
所述的除尘仓13的下方设置有螺纹柱11。
所述的过滤芯体10的前端设置有雾化仓2。
所述的雾化仓2中设置有喷淋器3。
所述的净化装置本体1的外表面的底部设置有水管4,水管4连接到雾化仓2中。
本发明与现有技术相比较,其具有以下有益效果:本发明的尾气净化器本体在运行时,将尾气衔接头安装在尾气释放装置上,让尾气能够全部进入到净化装置中,通过蜂窝过滤片,将尾气中的颗粒杂质去除,再通过过滤芯体中的活性炭颗粒和三元催化器对尾气进行催化,将有害的气体催化为无害的气体,降低对环境的污染,进入到螺旋消音管中,由于凸起,可以将尾气集中的能量扩散掉,减轻对本体的冲击,这样就可以大大降低噪音量,再经过雾化仓,经过雾化吃那个的喷淋器喷洒之后,会将尾气呈现雾状,可以降落到地面,减少吸入到人体呼吸道的几率,日积月累下来的灰尘会落入到灰尘收集囊中,螺纹柱只要经过旋转即可将除尘仓卸下,进行清理,其结构简单,使用方便,操作简单,制作简单,净化效果好,蜂窝式的过滤更加细腻,减少尾气对环境的污染和对人体的伤害,噪音小。

1.一种尾气净化装置,其特征在于:包括尾气净化装置本体,所述的尾气净化装置本体的首端设置有尾气衔接头;所述的净化装置本体的中部设置有两片蜂窝过滤片;所述的蜂窝过滤片之间设置有过滤芯体;所述的过滤芯体由活性炭颗粒和三元催化器组成;所述的三元催化器的前端设置有螺旋消音管;所述的螺旋消音管的内壁上设置有凸起;所述的过滤芯体的下端设置有除尘仓。
