Abstract
本发明创造属于处理燃油内燃机未完全燃烧原因所排放的废气中含有的碳氢化合物、一氧化碳、氮氧化合物、微尘颗粒的废气净化器,其特征是,废气经过在第一级废气催化氧化装置和第二级废气过滤接触装置得到二次催化氧化的净化处理,再用喷淋洒水装置喷洒雾状的尿素稀释水溶液对残留的废气实施预处理,随后流经设置在第三级废气净化分离装置内的三次催化氧化和净化分离的反复处理,对废气中含有碳氢化合物和一氧化碳以及氮氧化合物的废气净化率可达到97%以上、对含有微尘颗粒的废气除去效果达到99%以上,从而达到实施一种安定分离且有效净化处理的目的。

[0002] 目前,在国内外所处理燃油内燃机、由于未完全燃烧原因所排放的废气中含有碳氢化合物、一氧化碳、氮氧化合物、微尘颗粒的废气净化装置及尾气捕集器,使用金属和非金属或者是陶瓷体制成的圆柱形、椭圆形等的多微孔蜂窝状载体、在其表面上涂附三元催化剂而组成的,用于催化氧化碳氢化合物、一氧化碳、氮氧化合物,并同时用来捕集未完全燃烧原因所排放的废气中含有微尘颗粒。但是,尚未有一个用特殊几何形状制成的格栅片所排列成若干个气流过滤通道作为净化装置,配置用不锈钢材料切屑成的金属回丝作为过滤装置,以此组装成废气净化装置用于处理燃油内燃机未完全燃烧原因所排放的废气和同时收集废气中含有的微尘颗粒。

[0005] 所述的第一级废气催化氧化装置,其特征是:废气催化氧化装置内的多微孔陶瓷载体或者是金属载体、非金属所制造成的格栅片,是以人字型收集沟与气体流入方向开口的U字型回收槽相连接,并以45°的斜面和90°的直角面及平面等组合成特殊的几何形状构造,其载体表面上涂附三元催化剂,并以此排列成若干条的气体催化氧化通道;气体催化氧化通道的格栅片间距设置在20〜24mm之间,整个气体催化氧化通道的长度设置在 300〜350mm之间;其底部设置用不锈钢材料制成的金属网,网孔的大小设置在4〜5mm之间,并且用金属框架固定组装成第一级废气催化氧化装置。

[0011] 本发明创造的废气净化器对处理燃油内燃机、由于未完全燃烧原因所排放的废气中含有微尘颗粒起到安定分离和有效净化处理的特征为:燃油内燃机由于未完全燃烧原因所排放的废气,通过废气进口管道,流经第一级废气催化氧化装置内处理时,其内部由特殊几何形状构成、在载体表面上涂附三元催化剂的格栅片、并以此排列成若干条的气体催化氧化通道,其目的是:使得被处理的废气与涂附在载体表面上的三元催化剂有大面积和较长时间的接触,从而对废气中含有碳氢化合物、一氧化碳起到氧化反应成二氧化碳和水分, 氮氧化合物起到还原反应成氮气和氧气的催化氧化处理,再利用催化氧化反应成的雾状水分,发挥雾状水分对微尘颗粒的吸附能力。当废气流经第一级废气催化氧化装置内与格栅片所排列成若干条的气体催化氧化通道进行接触的时候,气体与格栅片的不同构造发生了碰撞,并在一条气体催化氧化通道内、各个处于不同位置的六个人字型收集沟和气体流入方向开口的八个U字型回收槽的内外、分别形成了一股强烈的回流旋涡,产生了离心力和有效的负压区域;气体在离心力的作用下,雾状水分吸附了废气中含有微尘颗粒而形成了液滴,沿着气体催化氧化通道内格栅片的板壁、又被水平流入的废气推入到处于不同位置、 气体流入方向开口的八个U字型回收槽内外的负压区域以及截流到与U字型回收槽相连接的六个人字型收集沟内;这时U字型回收槽内外的十五个有效负压区域内所回收到的、六个人字型收集沟所截流到的含有微尘颗粒的液滴,可通过自身的重量,而沿着U字型回收槽内外的有效负压区域和人字型收集沟内的板壁发生垂直沉降,流入到微尘颗粒储存槽内被储存下来,打开微尘颗粒排出管的密封端盖可以向外排出;然后还留有未经过催化氧化过的废气流入到第二级废气过滤接触装置内,废气与不锈钢材料切屑成的金属回丝构成若干个球团状作为过滤接触载体,与涂附在过滤接触载体表面上的三元催化剂实施大面积的接触和过滤,废气得到进一步地催化氧化的净化处理。
5[0012] 在第一级废气催化氧化装置和第二级废气过滤接触装置内得到二级催化氧化的净化处理后的废气,会产生一些气体的紊流现象,当通过废气整流通道气体被整流之后,流入到第三级废气净化分离装置内再次对残留的废气实施分离和净化处理。
[0013] 所述的喷淋洒水装置,设置在第三级废气净化分离装置的前面距离为300〜 400mm之间;设置在废气净化器壳体之外的尿素稀释水溶液储存槽,装有尿素稀释水溶液通过相连接的尿素稀释水流出水管,流经尿素稀释水溶液注入泵加压之后,通过设定自动打开的电动控制阀门,使得喷淋洒水装置用定量定时的方式,喷洒出伞形雾状的尿素稀释水溶液,对准第三级废气净化分离装置的废气流入部位,对残留的废气进行喷雾预处理,又可以对第三级废气净化分离装置内的气体净化分离通道起到一个清洗作用,以防止微尘颗粒在气体净化分离通道内造成长时间的堆积而产生的堵塞,而可能影响整个废气净化器的处理效果。
[0014] 由于废气在第一级废气催化氧化装置和第二级废气过滤接触装置内,在载体表面上涂附三元催化剂,对废气中含有碳氢化合物和一氧化碳起到氧化反应成水份的量是少量的,在气体催化氧化通道内发挥对微尘颗粒的吸附能力也是非常有限的;设置喷淋洒水装置的目的,是对第三级废气净化分离装置内的废气中微尘颗粒喷洒伞形雾状的尿素稀释水溶液,是增加和发挥对微尘颗粒的吸附能力,以及提高对废气中的氮氧化合物起到还原反应成氮气和氧气的行之有效处理;在流经第三级废气净化分离装置内、未被完全净化处理的废气和还留有的微尘颗粒再一次得到催化氧化、分离和净化处理;其处理工艺与第一级废气催化氧化装置内的处理方法相同;气体同样在离心力的作用下,雾状的尿素稀释水溶液吸附了废气中含有微尘颗粒而形成了液滴,沿着气流过滤通道内格栅片的板壁、被水平流入的废气推入到处于不同位置、上下方向开口的五个U字型回收槽内外的十个有效负压区域以及截流到五个人字型收集沟内;沿着气体净化分离通道内格栅片的板壁发生垂直沉降,流入到下部位置的废液收集箱内被收集下来,打开废液出口管的密封端盖可以向外排出O
[0015] 被废液收集箱收集起来的含有微尘颗粒的尿素稀释水溶液,通过废液收集箱的废液中间挡板,配置在一定的高度,起到把含有微尘颗粒的废液,容易得到相应的沉淀,也可以阻挡了含有一定浓度的微尘颗粒废液流入到废液循环水管内,以免堵塞喷淋洒水装置的喷嘴;并且把还有处理能力和效果的、含有微量的微尘颗粒尿素稀释水溶液再循环使用; 通过废液收集箱相连接的废液循环水管和废液浓度测量计,自动关闭尿素稀释水出水电动控制阀门,启动废液循环水电动控制阀门,流经尿素稀释水出水管所旁通的废液循环水管, 循环使用废液收集箱内的尿素稀释水溶液,以利于提高处理催化氧化废气和吸附废气中含有微尘颗粒的使用效率。
[0016] 所述的废气净化器,其目的是,由于未完全燃烧原因所排放的废气及含有微尘颗粒在第一级废气催化氧化装置和第二级废气过滤接触装置得到二次催化氧化的净化处理, 废气只仅仅是作为被收集和处理的对象,其微尘颗粒而不会产生对格栅片所组装成的气体催化氧化通道、用不锈钢材料切屑成的金属回丝构成若干个球团状作为过滤接触载体内所造成的堵塞现象;废气经过设置在第一级废气催化氧化装置内,由特殊几何形状构成的载体表面上涂附三元催化剂的格栅片,所排列成若干条的气体催化氧化通道内处于不同位置、气体流入方向开口的八个U字型回收槽内外的十五个有效负压区域及六个人字型收集沟对废气实施催化氧化的净化处理;废气流经第二级废气过滤接触装置内与过滤接触载体实施面的接触,得到再一次催化氧化的净化处理;再用喷淋洒水装置喷洒雾状的尿素稀释水溶液对废气进行预处理,随后流经设置在第三级废气净化分离装置内,由特殊几何形状构成的格栅片,所排列成若干条的气体净化分离过滤通道内处于不同位置、上下方向开口的五个U字型回收槽内外的十个有效负压区域以及五个人字型收集沟的催化氧化、分离和净化处理;对废气中含有碳氢化合物和一氧化碳以及氮氧化合物的净化率可达到97%以上、对废气中含有微尘颗粒的除去效果达到99%以上;总之,本发明创造具有结构合理、不仅能够将废气中含有微尘颗粒和雾状水份实施一种安定分离,同时将废气中含有碳氢化合物和一氧化碳起到氧化反应、氮氧化合物起到还原反应等有效净化处理的显著优点。

[0044] 上述的实施方式对由于燃油内燃机未完全燃烧原因所排放的废气中含有微尘颗粒的反复催化氧化和净化分离处理,对废气中含有碳氢化合物和一氧化碳、氮氧化合物净化率可达到97%以上、除微尘颗粒效果可达到99%以上。
Claims (8)
1.处理燃油内燃机未完全燃烧原因所排放的废气中含有微尘颗粒的废气净化器,包括由壳体,在壳体内依次设置的废气进口管道,第一级废气催化氧化装置,第二级废气过滤接触装置,废气整流通道,第三级废气净化分离装置,废气出口管道;在第一级废气催化氧化装置内的多微孔陶瓷载体或者是金属载体与非金属所制造成的格栅片,是以人字型收集沟、与朝气体流入方向开口的U字型回收槽相连接,并以45°的斜面和90°的直角面及平面组合成特殊的几何形状构造,其载体表面上涂附三元催化剂,并以此排列成若干条的气体催化氧化通道;在第二级废气过滤接触装置内部设有不锈钢材料切屑成的金属回丝构成若干个球团状作为过滤接触载体,其载体表面上也需要涂附三元催化剂;在废气整流通道内设有喷淋洒水装置,是由尿素稀释水用手动控制阀门和尿素稀释水排水管与喷嘴连接而成,设置在第三级废气净化分离装置的前面距离为300〜400mm之间;在第三级废气净化分离装置内是以人字型收集沟、与朝上下方向开口的U字型回收槽,以45°的斜面和半圆弧面,又切于半圆弧面的15°的斜角面以及90°的直角面、平面相连接成特殊几何形状的格栅片,并以此排列成若干条气体净化分离通道;还包括废液收集箱,微尘颗粒储存箱,废液收集箱设置在废气整流通道和第三级废气净化装置的下部位置;微尘颗粒储存箱设置在第一级废气催化氧化装置和第二级废气过滤接触装置的下部位置;所述的喷淋洒水装置,是通过尿素稀释水排水管与尿素稀释水溶液注入泵、尿素稀释水流出水管和尿素稀释水出水电动控制阀门与尿素稀释水溶液储存槽相连接;设置尿素稀释水流出水管旁通于废液循环水管相连接,废液循环水管与废液循环水电动控制阀门、废液浓度测量计、废液收集箱相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化器,其特征是:所述的第一级废气催化氧化装置内的若干条气体催化氧化通道,其格栅片的间距设置在20〜24mm之间,整个气体催化氧化通道的长度设置在300〜350mm之间;其底部设置用不锈钢材料制成的金属网,网孔的大小设置在4〜5mm之间,并且用金属框架固定组合成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化器,其特征是:所述的第二级废气过滤接触装置内用不锈钢材料切屑成的金属回丝构成若干个球团状作为过滤接触载体,其单根金属回丝的厚度切屑成为0. 3〜0. 4mm、宽度为2〜3mm之间,整个过滤接触装置的厚度设置为200〜 250mm之间;废气所通过的过滤接触装置的二个端面以及在过滤接触装置的底部,设置用不锈钢材料制成的金属网,网孔的大小设置在4〜5mm之间;用金属框架固定组合成,配置在第一级废气催化氧化装置的后面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化器,其特征是:所述的第三级废气净化分离装置内的若干条气体净化分离通道,其格栅片的间距设置在18〜22mm之间,用金属框架固定以此组合成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化器,其特征是:所述的废气整流通道,设置在第二级废气过滤接触装置和第三级废气净化分离装置之间,废气整流通道的距离设置在500〜 600mm之间,在废气整流通道的下端部位设有与整流通道中心对称、为l/50mm的斜面坡度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化器,其特征是:所述的微尘颗粒储存箱与微尘颗粒排出管相连接,微尘颗粒排出管的顶端部位设有密封端盖和密封垫圈;所述的废液收集箱的中间设有一块挡板,以防止被沉淀的微尘颗粒流入到废液循环水管内;设置废液收集箱与废液出口管及废液循环水管相连接;在废液出口管道的顶端部位设有密封端盖和密封垫圈。
7.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化器,其特征是:所述的第一级废气催化氧化装置内的气体催化氧化通道,由特殊几何形状构成的载体表面上涂附三元催化剂的格栅片,所排列成若干条的气体催化氧化通道内处于不同位置、与朝气体流入方向开口的八个U字型回收槽内外的十五个有效负压区域及六个人字型收集沟对废气实施催化氧化的净化处理。
8.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化器,其特征是:所述的第三级废气净化分离装置内的气体净化分离过滤通道,由特殊几何形状构成的格栅片,所排列成若干条的气体净化分离过滤通道内处于不同位置与朝上下方向开口的五个U字型回收槽内外的十个有效负压区域以及五个人字型收集沟的催化氧化、分离和净化处理。
