本发明涉及保健食品加工领域，尤其涉及一种治疗腹胀的速食粉及其制备方法。
背景技术

目前，还没有专用于治疗腹胀的保健食品，尤其是方便食用的能够治疗腹胀的速食粉。

本发明针对现有技术中存在的上述问题，提供一种治疗腹胀的速食粉及其制备方法，能够作为保健食品食用，营养丰富，并能够有效治疗腹胀，无副作用。

一种治疗腹胀的速食粉，包含以下重量份的组分：
大米粉300-500、小米粉150-200、大麦粉50-80、鸡肉粉50-80、木瓜10-20、白萝卜10-15以及中药组合物30-50；
其中，所述中药组合物包含以下重量份的组分：苍术4-6、藿香4-6、佩兰4-6、草豆寇2-4、谷芽8-12、莱菔子2-4、佛手4-6、枳实2-5、川厚朴2-5、焦白术8-12、山药18-25、鸡内金8-12、砂仁4-6、姜黄4-6、益智仁4-6以及炒神曲4-6。

步骤二、将木瓜和白萝卜烘干，粉碎，得到辅料粉；
步骤三、将药粉、辅料粉与大米粉、小米粉、大麦粉以及鸡肉粉混合，低温熟化，然后超微粉碎至200目以上，即得所述治疗腹胀的速食粉。
优选的是，所述的治疗腹胀的速食粉的制备方法中，步骤一以及步骤二中的烘干温度均为120-150摄氏度，烘干时间为1-2小时；
步骤三中的低温熟化温度为80-90摄氏度，低温熟化时间为30-40分钟。

1、将以下重量份的中药材130摄氏度烘干1.5小时，然后混合，粉碎，得到药粉：苍术6、藿香6、佩兰6、草豆寇2、谷芽12、莱菔子2、佛手6、枳实2、川厚朴2、焦白术8、山药22、鸡内金12、砂仁6、姜黄6、益智仁6以及炒神曲6。
2、以下重量份的辅料130摄氏度烘干1.5小时，然后混合，磨粉，得到辅料粉：木瓜18、白萝卜15。
3、将辅料粉与大米粉450重量份、小米粉180重量份、大麦粉70重量份、鸡肉粉70重量份以及药粉35重量份混合，85摄氏度低温熟化35分钟，然后超微粉碎至200目以上，即得所述治疗腹胀的速食粉。
每日取本发明所述速食粉30-70克冲调或煮制成粥状食用，能够有效治疗腹胀。

Claims (4)
1.一种治疗腹胀的速食粉，其特征在于，包含以下重量份的组分：
大米粉300-500、小米粉150-200、大麦粉50-80、鸡肉粉50-80、木瓜10-20、白萝卜10-15以及中药组合物30-50；
其中，所述中药组合物包含以下重量份的组分：苍术4-6、藿香4-6、佩兰4-6、草豆寇2-4、谷芽8-12、莱菔子2-4、佛手4-6、枳实2-5、川厚朴2-5、焦白术8-12、山药18-25、鸡内金8-12、砂仁4-6、姜黄4-6、益智仁4-6以及炒神曲4-6。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗腹胀的速食粉，其特征在于，包含以下重量份的组分：
大米粉400、小米粉160、大麦粉60、鸡肉粉60、木瓜15、白萝卜12以及中药组合物40；
其中，所述中药组合物包含以下重量份的组分：苍术5、藿香5、佩兰5、草豆寇3、谷芽10、莱菔子3、佛手5、枳实3、川厚朴3、焦白术10、山药20、鸡内金10、砂仁5、姜黄5、益智仁5以及炒神曲5。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的治疗腹胀的速食粉的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、将所述中药组合物进行烘干、粉碎，得到药粉；
步骤二、将木瓜和白萝卜烘干，粉碎，得到辅料粉；
步骤三、将药粉、辅料粉与大米粉、小米粉、大麦粉以及鸡肉粉混合，低温熟化，然后超微粉碎至200目以上，即得所述治疗腹胀的速食粉。
4.如权利要求3所述的治疗腹胀的速食粉的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤一以及步骤二中的烘干温度均为120-150摄氏度，烘干时间为1-2小时；
步骤三中的低温熟化温度为80-90摄氏度，低温熟化时间为30-40分钟。
