Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏及其制备方法,该抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏扭转了传统龟苓膏清热解毒的概念,除融入富硒紫玉淮山外,还通过调整配合龟苓膏的中药组方,改变原产品寒凉的药性。本发明龟苓膏成品中硒含量不低于0.01mg/kg,除了保持龟苓膏原有的口感与风味外,还具有显著抗衰老功效。

本发明属于食品研究领域,具体涉及一种抗衰老富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
硒是人体必需的微量元素。硒参与合成人体内多种含硒酶和含硒蛋白。硒能提高人体免疫,促进淋巴细胞的增殖及抗体和免疫球蛋白的合成。硒对结肠癌、皮肤癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等多种癌症具有明显的抑制和防护的作用,其在机体内的中间代谢产物甲基烯醇具有较强的抗癌活性。硒与维生素E、大蒜素、亚油酸、锗、锌等营养素具有协同抗氧化的功效,能够保护细胞膜,防止不饱和脂肪酸的氧化,增加抗氧化活性,具有防癌作用及保护肝脏的作用。同时,硒具有减轻和缓解重金属毒性的作用。
富硒食品就是富含微量元素硒的食品,比如南方黑芝麻,黑豆,黑花生,黑米、大蒜等黑色食物和富硒地区生产的大米、淮山、花生、红豆、黄豆等都含有硒元素。在2000年制订的《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》18岁以上者的推荐摄入量为50 μg/d,适宜摄入量为50-250 μg/d,可耐受最高摄入量为400 μg/d。中国营养学会对我国13个省市做过一项调查表明,成人日平均硒摄入量为26-32微克,离中国营养学会推荐的最低限度50微克相距甚远。因此,开发经济、方便,适合长期食用的富硒食品已经势在必行。
当代人由于生活节奏快,生活习惯的不良,工作、生活等压力大、环境污染等问题,导致体质日益下降,其中衰老加快是不可忽视的问题。目前大多数人选择药物治疗,其中西医药较少有报道,多是采用中成药或食疗来调理,其中中成药效果一般有一定疗效,但是其食用时的操作繁琐,药味难闻,让食用者感觉痛苦。而食疗相比中成药来说,固然容易下咽,但是治疗效果因人而异,大多需要较长时间的连续食用。而将中成药与食品结合起来,将中药融于食品中,调整配方改善口味,则结合了上述两则的优点,可成为抗衰老的不二选择。
传统龟苓膏由于均采用较为寒凉的药材为原料制备成,因此,通常提到龟苓膏都会与清热解毒联系在一起。然后,由于环境的变化,大众人群的体质已经发生变化,清热解毒只适用于夏季部分地区的人群,大大局限了该产品的适应季节、地区与人群,这么好一个产品成为小众消费品。
为了解决这个问题,根据不同人群的需求,开发具有抗衰老功效的龟苓膏产品,将达到推广龟苓膏产品及通过食疗解决现代人群广泛需要的缺口。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏。
本发明所述抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏中硒含量不低于0.01mg/kg,优选地,硒含量不低于0.02mg/kg。
优选地,所述抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏包括以下重量份的原料:龟5~50份、凉粉600~1000份、茯苓10~50份、富硒紫玉淮山1000~3000份。
优选地,原料包括以下重量份的中药材:
党参 10~50份
白术 10~40份
黄芪 10~50份
升麻 2~10份
柴胡 2~10份
菟丝子 10~50份
巴戟天 10~40份
砂仁 5~30份。
优选地,原料包括以下重量份的中药材:
党参 20份
白术 15份
黄芪 20份
升麻 5份
柴胡 5份
菟丝子 20份
巴戟天 20份
砂仁 10份。
优选地,所述富硒紫玉淮山的硒含量不低于0.1mg/kg。
本发明还提供一种上述抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)按配方量称取富硒紫玉淮山经过冲洗、去皮、熟化、磨浆,备用;
(2)按配方量称取除富硒紫玉淮山、凉粉外的全部原料,清洗,加入水浸泡,提取,过滤,滤液备用;
(3)按配方量称取凉粉,用5~20倍水搅拌均匀,备用;
(4)将以上步骤(1)~(3)所得备用物料泵入蒸煮锅内混合,边加热边搅拌,高压均质,过滤,分装,高温杀菌,即得。
优选地,步骤(2)的中药材清洗采用流动水清洗1-4次,过滤器为双联过滤器,提取条件为温度控制在90~110℃保持0.5~2小时。
优选地,步骤(4)所得备用物料混合,边加热边搅拌,所述加热温度为60~80℃,时间20~60分钟;过滤筛网目数为100~200目。
本发明还提供一种上述抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏的制备方法,步骤包括:
(1)按配方量称取富硒紫玉淮山,冲洗干净,去皮,切分成0.2~1.0cm的细粒,漂烫备用;
(2)药材提取:按配方量称取除富硒紫玉淮山、凉粉外的全部原料,加入2-10倍水浸泡后,加热提取1-3小时,过滤,浓缩,备用;
(3)按配方量称取凉粉,用0.5-2倍水搅拌均匀,备用;
(4) 把步骤(2)、(3)制备后的备用物料混匀,加糖、蜂蜜,加热至60-80℃,均匀搅拌0.5-1小时,经高压均质,过滤,分装;
(5)最后加入步骤(1)所得备用富硒紫玉淮山细粒;封口,杀菌,即得。
以下是本发明的原料来源,所用原料均属食品、药食同源或保健食品目录收载可用原料:
党参:为桔梗科植物党参Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf.、素花党参Codonopsis pilosula Nannf.var.modesta (Nannf.)L.T.Shen或川党参Codonopsistangshen O1iv.的干燥根。【性味与归经】甘,平。归脾、肺经。【功能与主治】健脾益肺,养血生津。用于脾肺气虚,食少倦怠,咳嗽虚喘,气血不足,面色萎黄,心悸气短,津伤口渴,内热消渴。
白术:为菊科植物白术Atractμlodes macrocephala Koidz. 的干燥根茎。【性味与归经】苦、甘,温。归脾、胃经。【功能与主治】健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。
黄芪:为豆科植物蒙古黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.) Hsiao或膜荚黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.的干燥根。【性味与归经】甘,微温。归肺、脾经。【功能与主治】补气升阳,固表止汗,利水消肿,生津养血,行滞通痹,托毒排脓,敛疮生肌。用于气虚乏力,食少便溏,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,气虚水肿,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,半身不遂,痹痛麻木,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛。
升麻:为毛莨科植物大三叶升麻Cimicifuga heracleifolia Kom.兴安升麻Cimicifuga dahurica (Turcz.) Maxim.或升麻Cimicifuga foetida L.的干燥根茎。【性味与归经】辛、微甘,微寒。归肺、脾、胃、大肠经。【功能与主治】发表透疹,清热解毒,升举阳气。用于风热头痛,齿痛,口疮,咽喉肿痛,麻疹不透,阳毒发斑,脱肛,子宫脱垂。
柴胡:本品为伞形科植物柴胡Bupleurum chinense DC.或狭叶柴胡Bupleurumscorzonerifolium Willd.的干燥根。【性味】苦,微寒。【归经】归肝、胆经。【功能主治】和解表里,疏肝,升阳。用于感冒发热,寒热往来,胸胁胀痛,月经不调,子官脱垂,脱肛。
菟丝子:为旋花科植物南方菟丝子Cuscuta australis. R. Br. 或菟丝子Cuscuta chinensis Lam. 的干燥成熟种子。【性味与归经】辛、甘,平。归肝、肾、脾经。【功能与主治】补益肝肾,固精缩尿,安胎,明目,止泻;外用消风祛斑。用于肝肾不足,腰膝酸软,阳痿遗精,遗尿尿频,肾虚胎漏,胎动不安,目昏耳鸣,脾肾虚泻;外治白癜风。
巴戟天:为茜草科植物巴戟天Morinda officinalis How的干燥根。【性味与归经】甘、辛,微温。归肾、肝经。【功能与主治】补肾阳,强筋骨,祛风湿。用于阳痿遗精,宫冷不孕,月经不调,少腹冷痛,风湿痹痛,筋骨痿软。
砂仁:为姜科植物阳春砂Amomum villosum Lour.、绿壳砂Amomum villosumLour. var. xanthioides T. L. Wu et Senjen或海南砂Amomum longiligulare T. L.Wu的干燥成熟果实。【性味与归经】辛,温。归脾、胃、肾经。【功能与主治】化湿开胃,温脾止泻,理气安胎。用于湿浊中阻,脘痞不饥,脾胃虚寒,呕吐泄泻,妊娠恶阻,胎动不安。
龟:为龟鳖目动物龟。
茯苓:为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos (Schw.) Wolf的干燥菌核。【性味与归经】甘、淡,平。归心、肺、脾、肾经。【功能与主治】利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
凉粉:由唇形植物凉粉属植物Mesona Chinensis Benth全草提取、干燥制备而成。
紫玉淮山是山药的一种,也称“紫山药”、“紫人参”、“紫长芋”。 肉质紫红色,口感佳;营养丰富,含有淀粉、多糖、蛋白质、皂甙、淀粉酶、胆碱、氨基酸、维生素、钙、铁、锌等20多种营养素。与市民常见的白色淮山相比,紫玉淮山的淀粉、总糖、锌等营养物质更加丰富,此外,紫玉淮山的花青素含量是白淮山的60倍,对眼睛保健,预防心脏病、癌症等有一定帮助。富硒紫玉淮山是指硒含量符合“中国富硒食品标志”行业管理规范中硒含量指标的规定,或者符合广西地方标准《富硒农产品硒含量分类要求》的紫玉淮山,优选地,富硒紫玉淮山中的硒为内源性硒,来自于土壤本身,而不是通过外部洒喷吸收。
花青素是纯天然的抗衰老的营养素,能够增强血管弹性,保护肝脏、降高血压、高血糖、高血脂;减少心脏病和中风的发生;增强免疫系统能力来抵御各种疾病,有抗衰老作用。同时也是有效的美容食品,阳光紫外线可以杀死人类 50% 的皮肤细胞,而花青素可保护85% 的皮肤细胞幸免于死,欧洲人称花青素为“口服皮肤化妆品”。
现代社会越来越重视养生,而衰老面人人都会经历的一个过程,是人体机能变缓的直接表现,通过调节饮食,可以改善人体代谢及微循环,延长或减缓衰老的进程。本申请人开发了一款抗衰老的龟苓膏,以食疗治未病,针对性增强人群的身体素质,有效延缓衰老的特征的到来。本申请的新功效龟苓膏还解决了传统龟苓膏只具有清热解毒功效,仅适用于湿热地带人群的问题,使更多的地区及人群能享受到龟苓膏这款令人食之不腻的传统产品。
提前衰老多由脾胃气虚,清阳不升,累及肾阳所致。脾为后天之本,营卫气血生化之源,若饮食失常,寒温不适,则脾胃乃伤;脾胃虚弱,运化失司,气血生化乏源,则脏腑经络无以为养,乃致肾阳亏虚,发枯齿脱,人精早衰。脾虚日久不复,气机失常,清阳当升而不得升,则致百病丛生。本方应以调补脾胃,益气升阳,又兼补肾助阳为治法。
经过中医临床验证,将富硒紫玉淮山经过处理后,加入党参、白术、黄芪、升麻、柴胡、菟丝子、巴戟天、砂仁,与龟、茯苓、凉粉草组合起来的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏,不但保留传统龟苓膏的口感与风味,还兼具显著的抗衰老功效。
本发明方中黄芪功善补中益气,升阳举陷,又兼补肺实卫,固表止汗;党参亦为补脾益气之要药,与黄芪相辅相成,则补气健脾之功显著。菟丝子为平补阴阳之品,功能补肾阳,益肾精;巴戟天能温壮元阳以补益命火,配以菟丝子,使肾阳振奋之力大增。以上诸品,共为君药,各司其职。白术、茯苓、薜荔健脾利湿,助参、黄益气补脾。气虚日久,必损及血,龟甲能补养阴血,加之得参、芪益气生血之助,补血之力益彰;龟甲亦能滋阴潜阳,可制菟丝子、巴戟天之温燥。山药既可补脾益气,亦能补肾滋阴,既能强参、芪健脾之功,亦能增龟甲滋阴之效。以上诸药共为臣药,各尽其忠以辅君。砂仁辛温方向,化湿醒脾,行气和胃,使术、苓、薜除湿显著,是为佐药。柴胡、升麻可协诸益气之品助清阳之上升,由于二药并不补益之功,故在脾虚之病用之者,乃借其升发之气,振动清阳,以助脾土之运输,必与补脾之参、芪、术并用。两药兼具佐使之功。上药合用,可使脾胃健运,气虚得补,气陷得举,营卫之气得复,则百病不侵,肾阳命火充足,则精神烁烁,可延缓衰老。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏中硒含量不低于0.01mg/kg,通过日常食疗,可以达到提高人体免疫、防癌、抗氧化的作用。
2、本发明的中药组方和传统龟苓膏的三味基础原料结合后,不但保持原龟苓膏的风味,而且具有显著的抗衰老功效,经临床使用证明,其抗衰老的有效率达到86.7%。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
称取以下重量的原料:龟5kg、凉粉600 kg、茯苓10 kg、富硒紫玉淮山1000 kg、党参10kg、白术10kg、黄芪10 kg、升麻2 kg、柴胡5 kg、菟丝子10 kg、巴戟天10 kg、砂仁5kg。
(1)取富硒紫玉淮山,经过冲洗、去皮、熟化、磨浆,备用;
(2)取除富硒紫玉淮山、凉粉外的全部原料,置于清水净洗1次后,放入提取锅内,加入纯净水浸泡,加热提取,温度控制在90℃保持0.5小时,采用双联过滤器过滤后,滤液备用;
(3)取凉粉,用5倍纯净水搅拌均匀,备用;
(4)将经过以上步骤(1)~(3)所得备用物料泵入蒸煮锅内混合,加热至60℃,同时均匀搅拌20分钟,高压均质,以100目滤网过滤,分装,高温杀菌,温度控制在110℃,时间30分钟,即得成品。
检测结果:富硒紫玉淮山原料硒含量为0.1mg/kg,所得富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏硒含量为0.01mg/kg。
实施例2:
称取以下重量的原料:龟15kg、凉粉800 kg、茯苓30 kg、富硒紫玉淮山2500 kg、党参20kg、白术15 kg、黄芪20 kg、升麻5 kg、柴胡5 kg、菟丝子20 kg、巴戟天20 kg、砂仁10 kg。
(1)取富硒紫玉淮山,经过冲洗、去皮、熟化、磨浆,备用;
(2)取除富硒紫玉淮山、凉粉外的全部原料,置于清水净洗1次后,放入提取锅内,加入纯净水浸泡,加热提取,温度控制在100℃保持1小时,采用双联过滤器过滤后,滤液备用;
(3)取凉粉,用10倍纯净水搅拌均匀,备用;
(4)将经过以上步骤(1)~(3)所得备用物料泵入蒸煮锅内混合,加热至70℃,同时均匀搅拌40分钟,高压均质,以150目滤网过滤,分装,高温杀菌,温度控制在110℃,时间30分钟,即得成品。
检测结果:富硒紫玉淮山原料硒含量为0.28mg/kg,所得富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏硒含量为0.02mg/kg。
实施例3:
称取以下重量的原料:龟50kg、凉粉1000 kg、茯苓50 kg、富硒紫玉淮山3000 kg、党参50kg、白术40kg、黄芪50 kg、升麻10kg、柴胡10kg、菟丝子50 kg、巴戟天50 kg、砂仁30 kg。
(1)取富硒紫玉淮山,经过冲洗、去皮、熟化、磨浆,备用;
(2)取除富硒紫玉淮山、凉粉外的全部原料,置于清水净洗1次后,放入提取锅内,加入纯净水浸泡,加热提取,温度控制在110℃保持2小时,采用双联过滤器过滤后,滤液备用;
(3)取凉粉,用20倍纯净水搅拌均匀,备用;
(4)将经过以上步骤(1)~(3)所得备用物料泵入蒸煮锅内混合,加热至80℃,同时均匀搅拌60分钟,高压均质,以200目滤网过滤,分装,高温杀菌,温度控制在110℃,时间30分钟,即得成品。
检测结果:富硒紫玉淮山原料硒含量为0.4mg/kg,所得富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏硒含量为0.03mg/kg。
实施例4:
称取以下重量的原料:龟5kg、凉粉600 kg、茯苓10 kg、富硒紫玉淮山2000 kg、党参10kg、白术10kg、黄芪10 kg、升麻2 kg、柴胡5 kg、菟丝子10 kg、巴戟天10 kg、砂仁5kg。
(1)按配方量称取富硒紫玉淮山,冲洗干净,去皮,切分成0.2cm左右的细粒,漂烫备用;
(2)药材提取:按配方量称取除富硒紫玉淮山、凉粉外的全部原料,加入2倍水浸泡后,加热提取1小时,过滤,浓缩,备用;
(3)按配方量称取凉粉,用0.5倍水搅拌均匀,备用;
(4) 把步骤(2)、(3)制备所得备用物料混匀,加糖、蜂蜜,加热至60℃,均匀搅拌0.5小时,经高压均质,过滤,分装;
(5)最后加入步骤(1)所得备用富硒紫玉淮山细粒;封口,杀菌,即得。
检测结果:富硒紫玉淮山原料硒含量为0.32mg/kg,所得富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏硒含量为0.03mg/kg。
实施例5:
称取以下重量的原料:龟50kg、凉粉1000 kg、茯苓50 kg、富硒紫玉淮山3000 kg、党参50kg、白术40kg、黄芪50 kg、升麻10kg、柴胡10kg、菟丝子50 kg、巴戟天50 kg、砂仁30 kg。
(1)按配方量称取富硒紫玉淮山,冲洗干净,去皮,切分成0.2~1.0cm的细粒,漂烫备用;
(2)药材提取:按配方量称取除富硒紫玉淮山、凉粉外的全部原料,加入2-10倍水浸泡后,加热提取1-3小时,过滤,浓缩,备用;
(3)按配方量称取凉粉,用0.5-2倍水搅拌均匀,备用;
(4) 把步骤(2)、(3)制备后的备用物料混匀,加糖、蜂蜜,加热至60-80℃,均匀搅拌1小时,经高压均质,过滤,分装;
(5)最后加入步骤(1)所得备用富硒紫玉淮山细粒;封口,杀菌,即得。
检测结果:富硒紫玉淮山原料硒含量为0.45mg/kg,所得富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏硒含量为0.04mg/kg。
试验效果:
对本发明龟苓膏的抗衰老效果进行试验分析。
1、试验对象:排除标准:①近一个月服用过与受试功能有关的药品或保健品者;②嗜酒、吸毒者;③有保健品过敏史及其他严重过敏史者。
2、病例选择:60 名志愿者(女45人,男15人),年龄35-55 岁。
主要症状:表现为精力不旺、易疲劳、皮肤黯淡无光、记忆力减退、色斑、免疫力下降、皮肤干燥、弹性减退、皮肤皱纹加深。经中医判定为过快衰老、结构和机能衰退,适应性和抵抗力减退。
3、试验分组:将30名上述症状的志愿者设定为实验组,另30名志愿者设定为对照组。
4、试验方法:实验组口服本实施例3龟苓膏产品,每日250g,共30 天;对照组试验期间不服用任何相关产品或药品。所有志愿者在试验期间正常饮食,不改变原来的饮食习惯。
5、测试方法:观察调查试验前后各试验者的身体情况变化。
6、疗效指标:
有效:病症消失;
好转:病症缓解;
无效:病症无明显改善。
7、治疗结果:30天后观察两组的疗效结果,具体如表1所示:

注:总有效率包括有效和好转的比率。
、结论
从表1试验结果可知,本发明的总有效率远远高于对照组,达到86.7%。说明本发明龟苓膏能减缓衰老进程,改善机能衰退,提高抵抗力,因此本发明具有较好的抗衰老效果。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明、具体实施方式及试验,对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏,其特征在于所述抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏中硒含量不低于0.01mg/kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏,其特征在于所述富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏中硒含量不低于0.02mg/kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏,其特征在于包括以下重量份的原料:龟5~50份、凉粉600~1000份、茯苓10~50份、富硒紫玉淮山1000~3000份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏,其特征在于所述原料包括以下重量份的中药材:
党参 10~50份
白术 10~40份
黄芪 10~50份
升麻 2~10份
柴胡 2~10份
菟丝子 10~50份
巴戟天 10~40份
砂仁 5~30份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏,其特征在于所述原料包括以下重量份的中药材:
党参 20份
白术 15份
黄芪 20份
升麻 5份
柴胡 5份
菟丝子 20份
巴戟天 20份
砂仁 10份。
6.根据权利要求3所述的抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏,其特征在于所述富硒紫玉淮山中硒含量不低于0.1mg/kg。
7.根据权利要求4所述的抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏,其特征在于由以下方法制备而成:
(1)按配方量称取富硒紫玉淮山经过冲洗、去皮、熟化、磨浆,备用;
(2)按配方量称取除富硒紫玉淮山、凉粉外的全部原料,清洗,加入水浸泡,提取,过滤,滤液备用;
(3)按配方量称取凉粉,用5~20倍水搅拌均匀,备用;
(4)将以上步骤(1)~(3)所得备用物料泵入蒸煮锅内混合,边加热边搅拌,高压均质,过滤,分装,高温杀菌,即得。
8.根据权利要求4所述的抗衰老的富硒紫玉淮山龟苓膏,其特征在于由以下方法制备而成:
(1)按配方量称取富硒紫玉淮山,冲洗干净,去皮,切分成0.2~1.0cm的细粒,漂烫备用;
(2)药材提取:按配方量称取除富硒紫玉淮山、凉粉外的全部原料,加入2-10倍水浸泡后,加热提取1-3小时,过滤,浓缩,备用;
(3)按配方量称取凉粉,用0.5-2倍水搅拌均匀,备用;
(4) 把步骤(2)、(3)制备后的备用物料混匀,加糖、蜂蜜,加热至60-80℃,均匀搅拌0.5-1小时,经高压均质,过滤,分装;
(5)最后加入步骤(1)所得备用富硒紫玉淮山细粒;封口,杀菌,即得。
