将原料分别粉碎成粉末,混合在一起,获得混合物,搅拌均匀,加醇浓度为65%~80%的乙醇至完全浸没过该步获得的混合物表面,在30℃~40℃的温度下搅拌2h~3h,冷却至室温,置于渗漉器中,再加相对于该步获得的混合物质量之和12~15倍质量的醇浓度为65%~80%的乙醇浸泡过夜,随后以每1kg药材每分钟10ml~15ml的流速渗漉,收集该步获得的混合物12倍量的渗漉液,减压浓缩获得第一干膏,粉碎成第一粉末,过100目筛,既得。
3.根根据权利要求1所述的一种墨鱼饼,其特征在于,墨鱼滑浆生产步骤如下:
a、称取墨鱼须去皮切段,厚度1-1.5厘米,放入 0-4℃的排酸室进行排酸处理;称取300—400弹力的淡水鱼浆,切丁,备用;称取处理过的墨鱼块放入打浆机打浆6-15分钟,打出黏度浆状物后加入淡水鱼浆丁继续打浆;
b、打出黏度浆状物后加入食盐继续打浆,直至打出盐溶蛋白,再加大蒜头、蛋清继续打浆3-10分钟;
c、加入味精、磷酸盐、糖、TG酶、益味鲜酵母膏、白胡椒继续打浆3-10分钟;
d、加入一半碎冰打浆1-2分钟,加入红薯淀粉、木薯变性淀粉、中药提取物打浆5-10分钟,加剩余一半碎冰打浆1-2分钟;即可。
