本发明涉及一种苹果保鲜储存的方法,该方法包括新鲜苹果的挑选、浸泡清洗、消毒杀菌、密封保存;采用本方法储存保鲜的苹果不容易失水、果实鲜甜如初,甚至果柄还保持青绿;采用臭氧消毒杀菌后,在储存环境中降低有害气体,使保鲜效果更好,苹果在高湿下贮藏,水分蒸发大大减少,降低自然损耗,果实保持新鲜饱满状态;将苹果采摘后用氯化钙溶液浸泡,能更好的防止苹果在储存中出现生理病,抑制苹果后熟,保持硬度。

技术领域
本发明属于果实保鲜领域,具体涉及一种苹果保鲜储存的方法。
背景技术
目前,传统的苹果保鲜储存方法随着人们生活水平的不断提高,已经不能满足消费者的要求,由于从树上采摘下来的苹果大部分都会经若干环节才到消费者手里,许多水果从箱内取出后,也需摆放一断时间才卖出,因此没有外包装的水果,长时间裸露在外,即不卫生,又易破损,无法长期保存;而用纸箱盛装水果,容易腐烂,且不易觉察,经常造成整箱水果腐烂。
现有的苹果保鲜技术多为化学防腐剂喷洒方法、沟藏或冷藏方法,保鲜效果不理想、保鲜时间短,化学方法还有化学药品残留同时还破坏了苹果的营养成分和香味。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种苹果保鲜储存的方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种苹果保鲜储存的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将新鲜的苹果采摘后挑选完整、无病虫害的苹果,将其放入食盐水溶液中浸泡处理5~10min,然后清洗干净;
步骤2:将把清洗干净的水果放入容器内用臭氧进行消毒杀菌,经自然晾干水份后放置阴凉处预冷10h~12h,然后装入塑料薄膜单层保鲜袋,将保鲜袋袋口密封好;
步骤3:将密封好的保鲜袋放入储存库内保存即可,储存库内的温度控制为-1℃~1℃、湿度为85%~90%、氧气含量调控到2%~3%、二氧化碳1%~4%;
进一步地,所述步骤1中在苹果采摘后用2%~4%的氯化钙溶液浸泡。
进一步地,所述步骤2中的塑料薄膜单层保鲜袋为聚乙烯或无毒聚氯乙烯薄膜。
本发明的有益效果为:采用本方法保鲜的苹果不容易失水,果实鲜甜如初,甚至果柄还保持青绿;采用臭氧消毒杀菌后,在储存环境中降低有害气体,使保鲜效果更好,苹果在高湿下贮藏,水分蒸发大大减少,降低自然损耗,果实保持新鲜饱满状态;选用聚乙烯或无毒聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜单层保鲜袋使苹果的保鲜效果更好;将苹果采摘后用氯化钙溶液浸泡,能更好的防止苹果在储存中出现生理病,抑制苹果后熟,保持硬度。

下面对本发明做进一步详细说明。
一种苹果保鲜储存的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将新鲜的苹果采摘后挑选完整、无病虫害的苹果,将其放入食盐水溶液中浸泡处理5~10min,然后清洗干净;
步骤2:将把清洗干净的水果放入容器内用臭氧进行消毒杀菌,经自然晾干水份后放置阴凉处预冷10h~12h,然后装入聚乙烯或无毒聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜单层保鲜袋,将保鲜袋袋口密封好;
步骤3:将密封好的保鲜袋放入储存库内保存即可,储存库内的温度控制为-1℃~1℃、湿度为85%~90%、氧气含量调控到2%~3%、二氧化碳1%~4%;
在苹果采摘后用2%~4%的氯化钙溶液浸泡,防止苹果在储存中出现生理病,抑制苹果后熟,保持硬度。
由于苹果的果肉褐变是因低温、缺氧和二氧化碳中毒造成,因此在储存时要掌握储存温度及调节控制好氧气的含量和二氧化碳的浓度。

1.一种苹果保鲜储存的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将新鲜的苹果采摘后挑选完整、无病虫害的苹果,将其放入食盐水溶液中浸泡处理5~10min,然后清洗干净;
步骤2:将把清洗干净的水果放入容器内用臭氧进行消毒杀菌,经自然晾干水份后放置阴凉处预冷10h~12h,然后装入塑料薄膜单层保鲜袋,将保鲜袋袋口密封好;
步骤3:将密封好的保鲜袋放入储存库内保存即可,储存库内的温度控制为-1℃~1℃、湿度为85%~90%、氧气含量调控到2%~3%、二氧化碳1%~4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种苹果保鲜储存的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中在苹果采摘后用2%~4%的氯化钙溶液浸泡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种苹果保鲜储存的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中的塑料薄膜单层保鲜袋为聚乙烯或无毒聚氯乙烯薄膜。
