一种轻质发泡陶粒混凝土板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轻质发泡陶粒混凝土板,该板可广泛应用于建筑外墙、内隔墙、屋面板、楼板等。
背景技术
目前,国家正在大力推广绿色建筑,在建筑物中运用新型环保建材已成为必然趋势,其中墙材的革新是一个很重要的方面。近年来,在禁止使用黏土砖的同时,涌现了大量的新型墙体材料,如加气混凝土砌块、普通陶粒混凝土板等,但这些产品在使用过程中仍然存在一些问题。如加气混凝土砌块比较疏松,不便于后期装修;普通陶粒混凝土板自重较大等。为克服已有建筑用墙板的不足,本发明提供了一种各方面性能均比较优异的轻质发泡陶粒混凝土板。
发明内容
本发明要解决现有新型建筑用墙板有的因过于疏松而不易后期装修,有的则自重偏大等问题,为此提供本发明的一种轻质发泡陶粒混凝土板,这种板材能克服这些问题,且多方面性能较优异。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案其特殊之处在于由陶粒、钢筋网片、水泥、砂、发泡剂和水浇筑成块后再切割而成,所述混凝土板中具有均匀分散分布的孔隙。
优选方式为:
所述混凝土板其长度为1500mm~4000mm,宽度为300mm~1200mm,厚度为40mm~150mm。
所述陶粒为密度不大于500kg/m3,粒径3~10mm的超轻陶粒。
所述钢筋网片为单层或沿板厚方向相间布置的双层钢筋网片,该钢筋网片的钢筋直径为6~8mm。
本发明所述水泥可以是普通硅酸盐水泥。所述孔隙是在浇筑过程中因添加发泡剂在水泥拌合物中产生均匀的微小气泡而形成的微小孔隙,孔隙直径约为0.5~2mm。
本发明的所述超轻陶粒为发泡陶粒。
本发明所述切割通过配置专用刀片的刀具切割。
本发明的有益效果体现在:
产品具有耐冲击、抗震、防火、隔音、隔热、可钉挂、质轻等优点。在建筑中应用可减轻建筑物自重,降低建造成本,现场安装可实现快速施工。本发明的产品用于墙体时,水电管线的埋设很方便,钉挂力较高,后期装修非常容易。

具体实施方式
一种轻质发泡陶粒混凝土板,由陶粒1、钢筋网片4、水泥3、砂2、发泡剂和水浇筑成块后再通过配置专用刀片的刀具切割而成,所述混凝土板中具有在浇筑过程中因添加发泡剂在水泥拌合物中产生均匀的微小气泡而形成的微小孔隙5。所述混凝土板其长、宽、厚的合适尺寸为:长1500mm~4000mm,宽300mm~1200mm,厚40mm~150mm。所述陶粒为密度不大于500kg/m3,粒径3~10mm的超轻陶粒。所述钢筋网片为单层的或沿板厚方向相间布置的双层的,该钢筋网片的钢筋直径为6~8mm。
这种轻质发泡陶粒混凝土板的主要生产过程可分为以下几部分:
(1)原料混合搅拌:即将水泥、发泡剂、水及陶粒经过配比后,装入搅拌机进行混合搅拌,形成浆状原料;
(2)灌模:将搅拌机内搅拌均匀的浆状原料,通过注浆口灌注到按要求安装好钢筋网片的墙体灌铸模具中,灌注饱满后对其持续进行高温养护,直到形成符合加工技术要求的墙体坯料;
(3)翻转脱模:通过翻转设备,将立式墙体坯料翻转90度后水平放置,使其能够顺利脱模;
(4)墙体切片:按墙体厚度要求调整切片机刀片位置,并将脱模后的墙体坯料吊运到切片机工作台上进行预制墙体板材的切割;
(5)打包:切割好的墙体板材,按要求在打包机上进行自动打包。

1.一种轻质发泡陶粒混凝土板,其特征在于由陶粒、钢筋网片、水泥、砂、发泡剂和水浇筑成块后再切割而成,所述混凝土板中具有均匀分散分布的孔隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的轻质发泡陶粒混凝土板,其特征在于所述混凝土板其长度为1500mm~4000mm,宽度为300mm~1200mm,厚度为40mm~150mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的轻质发泡陶粒混凝土板,其特征在于所述陶粒为密度不大于500kg/m3,粒径3~10mm的超轻陶粒。
4.如权利要求1所述的轻质发泡陶粒混凝土板,其特征在于所述钢筋网片为单层或沿板厚方向相间布置的双层钢筋网片,该钢筋网片的钢筋直径为6~8mm。
