Abstract
高耐温烧烤纸及其制造方法,其特征在于:以阔叶木、竹子或针叶木为原料,用亚硫酸盐法浆粕制成底纸,在底纸单面或两面用稀释的硅油涂覆,所用稀释剂石油醚;先无明火热风吹干,然后红外快速干燥。本烧烤纸的特征是:所用的亚硫酸盐浆粕,不添加任何其它的助剂和填料,经过打浆至很好的结合性能,使此烧烤纸获得了可耐240℃以上高温半小时不变质的优良特性;进行抄纸后涂硅油涂覆等工序,所述的底纸定量为每平方米38克左右,双面涂硅油约每立方米1至2克,在140℃条件下无明火热风干燥,加红外干燥三十秒以上,成型稳定快捷,均匀度和透明度好。能解决烧烤中频繁更换烧烤纸和用纸量大的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸,更具体地说,它涉及一种高耐温烧烤纸,用于食品或包装行业。
背景技术
现有的烧烤纸是由木浆底纸,双面涂以硅膜组成。它具有不粘,防水,防油,以及高耐热( 230℃,20分钟)等特性,非常适合烘烤、烧烤、蒸、冷冻食物。可铺在烤炉或烤箱上,避免直接烤肉与明火直接接触。根据目前人们的消费水平和生活方式,烧烤作为一种休闲的饮食方式已经很普遍了,所以烧烤纸目前在市场是很受欢迎的,具有广阔的市场前景。烧烤纸的用途有很多,一般在煎肉或者考培面包上使用,可以防止在烤肉时粘锅,而且卫生美观,这也是新的一种新型的烧烤方式,面铺上专用的烧烤纸,在纸上浇上油,涂抹大体均匀后,将肉片或者其他类食物放在纸上,经过电加温后,纸上的食品就会被烤熱,然后加上相应的调料即可食用,这种用电加温在纸上烧烤的方式被称作纸上烧烤。
做烤盘纸;用来烘焙蛋糕、面包、饼干、月饼等,使用方便快捷,也利于保持产品外形美观,便于成批加工。
做烧烤纸;烤菜蔬、肉类等。使用卫生美观,也避免了与明火接触,同时避免了食物焦糊产生有害物质,保持烤盘清洁,便于更换。
包装性纸;包装潮湿物品,如生面团、鲜肉、新鲜果蔬等,方便卫生有效。
时尚菜肴必备材料;用此纸包裏肉类等加适当作料或蒸或烤,使食物味道肥嫩多汁,味道鲜美,并且清沽卫生。
使用方法:取大小合适的纸张,平铺到烤箱托盘上,将需烘烤的食物直按放到纸面上,然后放到烤箱内或者加热装置上,将温度时间设定到所需值上,进行烘烤即可。同时需要冰冻的食物,为防止彼此粘连也可用此纸进行包裹。在烧烤的时候,一些食用油或者肉类食品往往会粘附于纸的表面使得烧烤纸容易因此而烤糊或者破损,所以每隔一段时间总要更换新的烧烤纸。
现有的烧烤纸由于所耐的温度只有230度,时间为20分钟,在烧烤店中使用时当温度高于230度时,很快就会变脆、焦黑,必须频繁更换。比如在肯德基店,一张进口的烧烤纸只能烤三只鸡腿,而国产的烧烤纸三只都做不到,导致更换频繁,成本提高。如果纸的耐高温能提高,就可以解决频繁更换和用纸量大的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种高耐温烧烤纸及其制造方法,这种烧烤纸能耐240℃以上高温,使用时间超过30分钟,完全满足烧烤需要,解决了烧烤店频繁更换烧烤纸和用纸量大的问题,可以节省劳力和用料成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种高耐温烧烤纸,它包括底纸和单或双面涂的硅膜,其特征在于:所述的底纸是由亚硫酸盐法浆粕制得,所用原料为阔叶木、竹子或针叶木。由于本高耐温烧烤纸采用的是亚硫酸盐法浆粕作为原料,从根本上解决了烧烤纸的耐温性问题,使本烧烤纸产品具有耐240℃以上到250℃高温且半小时不变质的优良特性。
如上所述的高耐温烧烤纸的制造方法,其特征在于:以阔叶木、竹子或针叶木为原料,用亚硫酸盐法浆粕制成底纸,在底纸两面用稀释的硅油涂覆,所用稀释剂石油醚;先无明火热风吹干,然后红外快速干燥。本发明所用的亚硫酸盐法浆粕不添加任何其它的助剂和填料,降低成本,又采用稀释的硅油涂覆硅膜,成型稳定快捷,均匀度和透明度好。
通过采用上述技术方案,底纸上涂覆了硅油的烧烤纸,具有不粘、防水、防油性能,特别是具有高耐热(高达250℃,时长达到30分钟)的优良特性。底纸的形状可以为任意形状,当然这个是根据不同的设备或者需要来设定的;烧烤或者包装是应根据使用条件来调整硅用量或者纸张的定量特性以适于不同的功能需要。
本发明的高耐温烧烤纸采用阔叶木、竹子或针叶木类亚硫酸盐浆粕作为原料,从根本上解决了烧烤纸的耐温性不够高的问题,使本烧烤纸产品具有耐240℃以上高温且半小时不变质的特性。
本发明的高耐温烧烤纸采用对硅油的稀释方法,可以获得对硅油涂量的控制,使涂布更均匀一致,质量有保证。具体是采用低含氢硅油,成本低廉,铂金为催化剂,用石油醚为稀释剂。

具体实施方式
对本发明的高耐温烧烤纸实施例做进一步说明。
一种高耐温烧烤纸,对底纸进行单/双面涂硅的加工纸。由于烤箱纸具有耐高温、防潮、防油、防水的特性,因此一般用于食品和包装行业。根据颜色分,烤箱纸可分白色硅油纸、本色(黄色) 硅油纸;按涂硅面分,可分为单面硅油纸、双面硅油纸;按克重分,硅油纸可分为30g—45g不等,涂硅量每平方米干硅量在0.5g—0.66g/ m2左右。纸张上放置适量食物,放入烤箱中在240℃以上的高温,经过30分钟的烘烤,纸张不会变脆、焦黑;在纸张上放适量水,静置12小时,纸张无渗水和渗油现象,对于油炸、油脂性食物,可直接放入纸面上,有较好的防油作用,便于烤箱、容器、餐具的清洗。
本发明实施例的高耐温烧烤纸是采用针叶木类亚硫酸盐浆粕,然后打浆机进行打浆,达到本产品所需的打浆度后进行后续的纤维疏解抄纸,制成本实施例的高耐温烧烤纸的底纸,在所述的底纸上直接进行两面涂覆稀释的硅油涂料(本实施例为双层硅膜),硅油涂料的稀释度可根据实际纸品对防水防油要求,加入适量的石油醚和铂金催化剂进行稀释,以适应产品品质的需要,要求高的稀释度小,要求低的稀释度大,一般稀释比例为石油醚:纯硅油=1~4:1,本实施例中稀释比例为石油醚:纯硅油=1:1。其中涂硅设备采用表面施胶辊,涂硅后,采用140℃无明火的热风干燥,后续可配合采用30秒红外干燥。本实施例烧烤纸的特征是:所用的针叶木亚硫酸盐浆粕,不添加任何其它的助剂和填料,经过打浆至很好的结合性能,进行抄纸涂硅等工序;所述的底纸定量为每平方米38克左右,双面涂硅油约每立方米1至2克,在140℃条件下无明火热风干燥,加红外干燥三十秒以上,成型稳定快捷,均匀度和透明度好。
本实施例的高耐温烧烤纸可以达到250℃高温且半小时不变质,如果完成一次烧烤为六分钟,可以连续使用五次以上。在实验中可以烤制5个肯德基的鸡腿,能够很好的解决烧烤店频繁更换烧烤纸和用纸量大的问题,为其提高生产效率和节约成本。

1.一种高耐温烧烤纸,它包括底纸和单或双面涂的硅膜,其特征在于:所述的底纸是由亚硫酸盐法浆粕制得,所用原料为阔叶木、竹子或针叶木。
2.如权利要求1所述的高耐温烧烤纸的制造方法,其特征在于:以阔叶木、竹子或针叶木为原料,用亚硫酸盐法浆粕制成底纸,在底纸单面或两面用稀释的硅油涂覆,所用稀释剂为石油醚;先无明火热风吹干,然后红外快速干燥。
