一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油,由以下重量份原料制成:米糠190‑195、黑豆100‑110、黄秋葵籽75‑80、可可脂粉70‑80、远志6‑8、锁阳6‑8、桑椹籽8‑10、灵芝6‑7、芙蓉花4‑5、胎菊花5‑6、玫瑰果8‑10;本发明的一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油,以米糠、黄秋葵籽、黑豆等作为主要原料制备而成,采用亚临界萃取方式提取,工艺环保,提取率高,添加可可脂、远志、桑椹籽、玫瑰果等合并提取,将其中的脂溶性物质提取融入米糠油中,具有浓浓的可可香气和黄秋葵的浓郁香气,且具有一定的护肝强肾、促进血液循环,缓解便秘的功效。

本发明涉及一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油,尤其涉及一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油及其制备方法。
背景技术
米糠是大米碾白过程中的碾下物,称米粕,用其制作的米糠油是一种健康的食用油,是一种与橄榄油齐名的健康营养油,深受高血脂、心脑血管疾患人群的喜爱,并早已成为西方国家家庭的日常健康食用油,其营养价值高,也越来越受到中国人们的重视和青睐,而我国的米糠油加工仍处于起步阶段,在尝试开发米糠油产品。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油,由以下重量份原料制成:米糠190-195、黑豆100-110、黄秋葵籽75-80、可可脂粉70-80、远志6-8、锁阳6-8、桑椹籽8-10、灵芝6-7、芙蓉花4-5、胎菊花5-6、玫瑰果8-10、蔓荆子60-66、水适量。
一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)将蔓荆子放入大锅中,加入4-5倍体积的水,加热并将其煮沸,保持微沸30-35分钟后,过滤,取蔓荆子汁保持其温度在70-75℃;
(2)将米糠平铺在木板上,置于太阳下暴晒2-3天,再放入容器中,蔓荆子汁,浸泡5-6小时,除菌后用清水洗净,烘干、冷却、粉碎,过40-60目筛;
(3)将黑豆、黄秋葵籽洗净,沥干水,置于锅中,倒入特制颗粒圆砂,不断翻炒,炒至出香后停止加热,迅速取出黑豆、黄秋葵籽,避免炒焦,冷却后粉碎,过40-60目筛;
(4)将剩余除水、可可脂外的物料一起洗净,沥干水,烘干后粉碎;
(5)将(2)(3)(4)中物料与可可脂粉一起,放入萃取罐中,用丁烷在亚临界条件下、超声辅助萃取2次,超声功率在198W-200W,固液分离,取液体;
(6)将(5)中液体引入分离罐中,在0.6Mpa、20-25℃条件下分离提纯,所得油装入容器,放入艾叶活性炭炭包,进行脱色除杂,再降温至0℃,脱蜡后得精油。
一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油,所述的特制颗粒圆砂由天然石英石破碎磨圆而成,用薰衣草油润湿,焖蒸2-3h,放入翻炒机中翻炒烘干制得。
一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油,所述的艾叶活性炭炭包是将艾叶晒干,粉碎制成艾粉,将活性炭磨成粉末,与艾粉、水混合,制成块状,放烘箱中,烘箱不断有二氧化碳气流通过,确保无氧,烘干后再碾磨成粉制成艾叶活性炭包。

本发明的一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油,以米糠、黄秋葵籽、黑豆等作为主要原料制备而成,采用亚临界萃取方式提取,工艺环保,提取率高,添加可可脂、远志、桑椹籽、玫瑰果等合并提取,将其中的脂溶性物质提取融入米糠油中,具有浓浓的可可香气和黄秋葵的浓郁香气,且具有一定的护肝强肾、促进血液循环,缓解便秘的功效。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:米糠190、黑豆100、黄秋葵籽75、可可脂粉70、远志6、锁阳6、桑椹籽8、灵芝6、芙蓉花4、胎菊花5、玫瑰果8、蔓荆子60、水适量。
一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)将蔓荆子放入大锅中,加入4-5倍体积的水,加热并将其煮沸,保持微沸30-35分钟后,过滤,取蔓荆子汁保持其温度在70-75℃;
(2)将米糠平铺在木板上,置于太阳下暴晒2天,再放入容器中,蔓荆子汁,浸泡5小时,除菌后用清水洗净,烘干、冷却、粉碎,过40目筛;
(3)将黑豆、黄秋葵籽洗净,沥干水,置于锅中,倒入特制颗粒圆砂,不断翻炒,炒至出香后停止加热,迅速取出黑豆、黄秋葵籽,避免炒焦,冷却后粉碎,过40-60目筛;
(4)将剩余除水、可可脂外的物料一起洗净,沥干水,烘干后粉碎;
(5)将(2)(3)(4)中物料与可可脂粉一起,放入萃取罐中,用丁烷在亚临界条件下、超声辅助萃取2次,超声功率在198W,固液分离,取液体;
(6)将(5)中液体引入分离罐中,在0.6Mpa、20℃条件下分离提纯,所得油装入容器,放入艾叶活性炭炭包,进行脱色除杂,再降温至0℃,脱蜡后得精油。

1.一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:米糠190-195、黑豆100-110、黄秋葵籽75-80、可可脂粉70-80、远志6-8、锁阳6-8、桑椹籽8-10、灵芝6-7、芙蓉花4-5、胎菊花5-6、玫瑰果8-10、蔓荆子60-66、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种护肝强肾的可可脂香米糠调和油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下工艺:
(1)将蔓荆子放入大锅中,加入4-5倍体积的水,加热并将其煮沸,保持微沸30-35分钟后,过滤,取蔓荆子汁保持其温度在70-75℃;
(2)将米糠平铺在木板上,置于太阳下暴晒2-3天,再放入容器中,蔓荆子汁,浸泡5-6小时,除菌后用清水洗净,烘干、冷却、粉碎,过40-60目筛;
