Abstract

本发明提供一种防酚黄剂,所述防酚黄剂由以下百分比的各组分组成:十二烷基苯磺酸20‑30份,N,N‑二乙基羟胺10‑20份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 7‑14份,烷基甲基氯化铵6‑11份,柠檬酸4‑8份,水 30‑45份。本发明还提供上述防酚黄剂的制备方法,是将配比量的各组分混合,搅拌均匀后制备得到的。用本发明的防酚黄剂能有效防止尼龙织物在储存过程中因BHT作用而产生黄变。不会对浅色和荧光增白的产品造成色变色黄。可在较低的温度下取得良好的防黄效果。

Description

一种防酚黄剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染助剂领域,更具体是涉及一种防酚黄剂及及其制备方法。
背景技术
尼龙织物黄变的原因主要有:
a. 光、热造成尼龙织物的纤维断键分解,从而引起泛黄。
b. 空气中的氮氧化合物NOx引起尼龙织物氨基氧化,生成黄色物质,导致泛黄。
c. 面料偏碱性,较容易引起的泛黄,PH<7一般不会引起黄变。
针对第一种和第三种黄变的情况,可以通过低温黑暗储藏避免或调节面料的PH值处理,。针对第二种黄变的情况,需要特定的防黄变剂来处理才能实现。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种防酚黄剂,为实现目的方案如下:
一种防酚黄剂,所述防酚黄剂由以下百分比的各组分组成:十二烷基苯磺酸20-30份,N,N-二乙基羟胺10-20份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 7-14份,烷基甲基氯化铵6-11份,柠檬酸4-8份,水 30-45份。
所述防酚黄剂由以下百分比的各组分组成:十二烷基苯磺酸22-28份,N,N-二乙基羟胺10-17份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 7-14份,烷基甲基氯化铵6-11份,柠檬酸4-8份,水 30-45份。
所述防酚黄剂由以下百分比的各组分组成:十二烷基苯磺酸22-28份,N,N-二乙基羟胺10-17份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 8-12份,烷基甲基氯化铵6-10份,柠檬酸4-8份,水 30-45份。
所述防酚黄剂由以下百分比的各组分组成:十二烷基苯磺酸25份,N,N-二乙基羟胺13份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 10份,烷基甲基氯化铵8份,柠檬酸6份,水 38份。
所述防酚黄剂还包含三聚磷酸钠0.3-1份。
一种防酚黄剂的制备方法,将配比量的各组分混合,搅拌均匀,在反应釜内温度为70-90℃下反应60-120分钟,制备得到防酚黄剂。
本发明的优点在于:
1、经过试验证明,十二烷基苯磺酸、烷基甲基氯化铵和柠檬酸共用,在尼龙受热保护其结构不发生变化,不能形成较长的共轭体系。
2、本发明采用三聚磷酸钠提高了防酚黄剂的稳定效果,减少了氨的使用,提高了尼龙的防酚黄效果。
3、用本发明的防酚黄剂处理后尼龙织物的抗酚黄变指数达到4-5级。
4、用本发明的防酚黄剂能有效防止尼龙织物在储存过程中因BHT作用而产生黄变,不会对浅色和荧光增白的产品造成色变色黄。
5、可在较低的温度下取得良好的防黄效果,使用过程无须外部加酸调节,单一加入即可使用简单。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明,下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊情况,均视为常规方法。
经过试验,以上各实施例1-4均从属本发明的制备方法,是外观为浅黄色透明粘稠液体的,PH值为 1.5-3.0(1%水溶液)的防酚黄剂。按照用量2.0-3.0%(3%效果最佳) ,在通用50℃的温度下浸渍30分钟,在脱水烘干。发现其适用于100%尼龙,尼龙/莱卡针织物、尼龙织带,尼龙花边等,特别适用于浅色和荧光增白的产品,不会造成色变色黄;完全无泡,可减少因为传统防黄剂的泡沫带来的“打柴”“压底”“擦伤”等问题;可在较低的温度下取得良好的防黄效果。节约蒸汽能源,减少染整加工时间,更降低因为高温产生“折痕”的风险;使用简单,使用过程无须外部加酸调节,单一加入本产品即可。尤其是实施例1制得的防酚黄剂是优选地,效果最佳。而实施例5、6不属于本发明的制备方法,不具备上述的防酚黄效果。

通过以上数据可以看出,实施例1-5在防酚黄效果比实施例5、6明显突出。

1.一种防酚黄剂,其特征在于;所述防酚黄剂由以下百分比的各组分组成:十二烷基苯磺酸20-30份,N,N-二乙基羟胺10-20份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 7-14份,烷基甲基氯化铵6-11份,柠檬酸4-8份,水 30-45份。
2.根据权利要求书1所述防酚黄剂,其特征在于:所述防酚黄剂由以下百分比的各组分组成:十二烷基苯磺酸22-28份,N,N-二乙基羟胺10-17份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 7-14份,烷基甲基氯化铵6-11份,柠檬酸4-8份,水 30-45份。
3.根据权利要求书1所述防酚黄剂,其特征在于:所述防酚黄剂由以下百分比的各组分组成:十二烷基苯磺酸22-28份,N,N-二乙基羟胺10-17份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 8-12份,烷基甲基氯化铵6-10份,柠檬酸4-8份,水 30-45份。
4.根据权利要求书1所述防酚黄剂,其特征在于:所述防酚黄剂由以下百分比的各组分组成:十二烷基苯磺酸25份,N,N-二乙基羟胺13份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 10份,烷基甲基氯化铵8份,柠檬酸6份,水 38份。
5.根据权利要求书1所述防酚黄剂,其特征在于:所述防酚黄剂还包含三聚磷酸钠0.3-1份。
6.一种权利要求1-5任意一项所述防酚黄剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将配比量的各组分混合,搅拌均匀,在反应釜内温度为70-90℃下反应60-120分钟,制备得到防酚黄剂。
