Abstract
一种细条切割机的切刀组件包括一细条冷却并

孔的内表面上,且端部有刀刃。
Description
本发明涉及一种细条切割机的切刀组件,其中当树脂细条被送至一固定切刀件时,它被此固定切刀件和一旋转切刀件所切割。本发明还涉及一种树脂材料切割组件。
在一种传统的细条切割机中,一根冷却且去水了的树脂细条从一固定切刀件上拉过,接着由于固定切刀件与一旋转切刀件联合作用而被切成小丸。如附图中的图21所示,旋转切刀件2安装在一与固定切刀件1的供给侧端面1a相平行的转轴4a上,且此旋转切刀件2沿其外圆周有一带有多个刀刃2a的锯齿刀片组件,每个刀刃2a有一角度约为20度的内表面。
然而,在这种传统技术中,当细条被旋转切刀件切割时,所切下的小丸有时会卡在锯齿刀片组件的齿间,从而被带着旋转,当锯齿刀片组件转过完整的一转时,卡着的小丸又被切成更小的小丸,而这些小丸不是标准尺寸或可能从不是预定排出位置的某个部位排出,这样就会弄脏那一部位。
而且,采用此传统技术,当刀片磨损后,整个旋转切刀件必须拆下并磨快,而这既费力又费时;如果反复磨了多次,旋转切刀件就必须换新的,而这又很贵。
而且,采用此传统技术,由于细条是被旋转切刀件撞击而切断,各个小丸的切割端有小的白色裂口,看上去不好看,因而降低了小丸的质量。而且,在切割时产生相当大的噪声,因而导致噪声污染。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种细条切割机的切刀组件,它可将树脂细条切成整齐的高质量的具有标准尺寸的小丸而又不弄脏附近区域,且噪声小,还可减少磨快旋转切刀件的刀片所需的费用。
根据本发明的第一方面提供一种细条切割机的用于将树脂细条切成小丸的切刀组件,它包括:一固定切刀件,细条在冷却和去水后供给到其上;一与固定切刀件联合作用的旋转切刀件,此旋转切刀件包括:ⅰ)一具有一平行于固定切刀件供给侧端面的前侧表面的旋转体,ⅱ)一垂直于固定切刀件的供给侧面并支撑着旋转体的旋转轴,以及ⅲ)多个安装在旋转体上并沿旋转方向向前倾斜的刀片,旋转体有多个通孔,通孔沿一与旋转体同心的圆规则分布,每个通孔延伸于两侧表面之间,每个刀片固定于各自通孔的内表面5a,且端部有一刀刃。
最好是,沿旋转方向上看,每个通孔的前和后内表面相对于旋转体的前表面倾斜成35至60度的角度α。
而且,每个刀片刀刃那一边有一角度β为30至50度的V形端,且此V形端突出至旋转体的前表面以外。
每个刀片能可调整地安装在旋转体上,以便调整成刃片靠近或远离旋转体的前表面。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供一种树脂材料切割组件,它包括:一固定切刀件,树脂材料供给到其上;一与此固定切刀件联合作用的旋转切刀件,此旋转切刀件包括ⅰ)一沿树脂材料供入方向延伸并支撑旋转切刀件的旋转轴,以及绕此旋转轴在各固定点设置的多个刀片,刀片径向延伸并沿旋转方向从下游侧朝上游侧倾斜,每个刀片沿旋转方向在其朝向固定切刀件的向前部位有一刀刃。
最好是,旋转切刀件可包括一连接于旋转轴的中央部分以及一绕旋转轴同心设置的环形部分,中央部分的外表面和环形部分的内表面的相对着的位置上各有多个槽口,每个槽口沿旋转方向从下游侧向上游侧倾斜,每个刀片以其两端安装在中央部分和环形部分的各对应槽口内。
用本发明的切刀组件时,经冷却并去水的树脂细条供给到固定切刀件上,接着旋转轴上的旋转切刀件旋转且旋转切刀件的侧面与固定切刀件的供给侧端面相平行。结果,由旋转切刀件向前倾斜的刀片,把细条平稳地切成小丸,从而获得平行于旋转切刀件的旋转平面的切割表面。因此,可以将甚至很软的树脂细条有效且精确地切成小丸,从而小丸能顺利地流过一孔洞并因此准确有序地排出到一预定的排出位置。
用这种切刀组件切割树脂材料,能切割树脂细条以及其他形式的树脂,比如聚氯乙烯软薄片。
在各个刀片可卸地安装的情况下,当一部分刀片磨损时,只需将磨损了的刀片换成新的。还有,当某个刀片被损害时,比如在切割过程中由于一块金属偶然进入切刀件之间而损害某个刀片时,只需将损坏的刀片换成新的。

现在参照附图叙述本发明的各实施例。图1至图6显示了第一实施例的用于小丸切割装置的细条切割机的切刀组件。
如图2所示,小丸切制装置包括一有一螺旋杆12的挤出机,螺旋杆12位于一挤压缸10内并由电动机11驱动。挤压缸10有一导入原料的进料孔7,还有一出口8和一加热器9等等。
小丸切割装置使从位于挤出机末端的模具头13流出的呈融化状态的树脂细条A进入水槽14,以冷却细条A,接着,从水槽14拉出的细条A由抽吸型除水机构15去水,然后由一对进给辊子16送过固定切刀件1(下面将描述)的上表面。
切刀组件包括相互面对配置的固定切刀件1和旋转切刀件2;树脂细条被从上游料源送到固定切刀件1上面,随后由绕旋转轴4旋转的旋转切刀件2在固定切刀件1下游的位置所切割。
固定切刀件1可用一调整器水平调整从而靠近或远离旋转切刀件。旋转轴4垂直且对中地插入旋转切刀件2且固定于其上,并且沿细条的行进方向延伸且由金属板18支撑。而且,旋转轴4由一传动皮带可运转地连接于电动机19。
在旋转切刀件2下面有一小丸掉落通道21。在小丸掉落通道21下面有一吹风器22和一鼓风机23。
如图3所示,旋转切刀件2包括连接在圆柱形旋转体3上的多个刀片6。旋转体3在旋转轴4上的安装方式为旋转体3的前侧面3a与固定切刀件1的供给侧端面相平行。旋转体3有沿同心圆规则分布的多个通孔5,每个通孔5在旋转体3的前和后侧面3a、3b之间延伸穿过旋转体3。
如图4所示,每个通孔5的前和后(沿旋转方向)内表面5b、5a相对于旋转体3的前侧面3a向前倾斜成35至60度的角度α。旋转体3还有四个螺纹孔24,每个螺纹孔24从内表面5a延伸到内表面5b。
每个刀片6从旋转体3的中心径向地延伸并相对于内表面5a向前倾斜,这样就从上游侧沿旋转方向斜向下游侧。每个刀片6在其朝向固定切刀件1的前部位置(沿旋转方向)有一端部,即刀刃6a。刀刃6a的侧边上V形端6b的角度β为30至50度,如图6所示。
如图5所示,每个刀片6有四个槽孔26,螺钉25插过其中。刀片6可调整地连接到旋转体3的内表面5a上,其方式为其端部6b突出至旋转体3的前侧面3a之外且可相对于前侧面3a而调整。
现在叙述细条切割机的工作过程。
在图1中,旋转切刀件2沿箭头a方向旋转(如图3所示),已冷却并去水的树脂或甚至较软的树脂细条沿箭头b方向由协同动作的一对进给辊轮16送过固定切刀件1上面,旋转切刀件2绕旋转轴4旋转,旋转体3的侧面3a平行于固定切刀件1的供给侧端面1a。
细条A由旋转体3上的各个前倾刀片6的端部6b平稳地切成小丸,且切割表面平行于旋转平面。因此可以有效且精确地将甚至较软的树脂细条切割成小丸并使小丸能滑顺地流过前倾通孔5并因此能准确有序地排出到预定排放位置,即下面的小丸掉落通道21。
再者,刀片6的端部6b的突出的下限可通过放松各个螺钉25从而前后移动刀片6来调整。如果一部分刀刃磨损了,或如果一部分刀刃6a由偶然进入两个切刀件1、2之间的金属块给崩坏了,则只需将损环的刀片换成新的,这样就节省了劳力和降低了生产成本。
图7和图8显示了第二实施例的改型旋转切刀件30。类似的参照号表示与第一实施例类似的部分或部件;因为可以看得很清楚,不再重复叙述。
如图7所示,旋转切刀件30包括一中央部分31、一环形部分32、多个支撑部分33及多个刀片34。中央部分31由一圆盘构成,圆盘以其中心孔31a垂直地固定于旋转切刀件10的旋转轴4。环形部分32与中央部分31同心且径向间隔地设置。
每个刀片34与中央部分31成一体且从中央部分31径向延伸到环形部分32。每个刀片34由两个螺钉35b固定于环形部分32,这样就将环形部分32与中央部分31连接了起来。如图8所示,每个刀片34放置在各自的支承部位33上并由穿过四个槽孔3a的四个螺钉35a固定在其上。
每个支撑部分33及各自的刀片34之间在沿箭头C所示的放置方向上的前侧限定一通孔34a,且支撑部分33及其刀片34位于中央部分31和环形部分32之间。每个刀片34从其后表面沿旋转方向斜伸到其前表面,且在朝向固定切刀件1的向前部位(沿旋转方向)上有一刀刃34b。

如图9所示,旋转切刀片30a的每个刀刃34b焊接固定到各自的刀片34上。每个刀刃34b用超硬合金制成。

如图10所示,旋转切刀件40包括一中央部分41和多个刀片43。中央部分41垂直地固定于旋转切刀件40的旋转轴4,旋转轴4插过中央部分41的中央孔41a。每个刀片43与中央部分41制成一体,且从中央部分41径向延伸。各个刀片43沿旋转方向规则地隔开排列。
如图11所示,每个刀片43沿箭头d所示的旋转方向从其后表面斜向其前表面,且在沿旋转方向朝向固定切刀件1的向前部位上有一刀刃43a。每个刀刃43a焊接固定到各个刀片43上。

图18显示了第八实施例的另一改型刀片81。类似的参照号表示与第一实施例类似的部分或部件,因为已很清楚,不再重复叙述。
如图18所示,刀片81的刀刃81a内有一V形截面的凹槽82a。
图19和图20显示了第九实施例的树脂材料供给机构,类似的参照号表示与第一实施例类似的部分或部件,因为已很清楚,不再重复叙述。
如图19所示,在联合动作的一对进给辊轮16的上游并在将树脂材料B供给到固定切刀件1的供给路径的一个中间位置设置了一个进给块91。如图20所示,进给块91的上表面有多个分割刀82。分割刀92相互隔开并在沿树脂材料B的供给方向的上游侧有几个分割刀刃92a。
这一实施例适于用来切割比如很长的聚氯乙烯边料薄片之类的树脂材料。如图20所示,当树脂材料B被通过进给块91送到下游侧时,树脂材料B被分割刀92沿进给方向分割成窄条,接着树脂材料B的各窄条进一步由固定切刀件1和旋转刀刀件2切碎。
在上述每一实施例中,旋转切刀件的刀片数目决不受所示的例子所限制,它可以是大于一的任一数目。
用本发明的切刀组件和树脂材料切割组件时,由于树脂材料是被平稳地切割且其切割面平行于旋转平面,树脂材料就能被切成具有标准尺寸的高质量的整齐的小丸,而又不会弄脏附近区域,且噪声较小。在各个刀片可调整地固定的情况下,可以将磨损部位的切割部分作适当移位,这样就减少了磨快旋转切刀件的刀片所需的费用。
Claims (12)
1、一种用来将树脂细条切成小丸的细条切割机的切刀组件,其特征在于,包括:
(a)一固定切刀件,细条在冷却和去水后被送至其上;以及
(b)一与所述固定切刀件联合动作的旋转切刀件,所述旋转切刀件包括:
i)一圆柱形旋转体,其前侧面与所述固定切刀件的供给侧端面相平行;
ii)一垂直于所述固定切刀件的供给侧端面而延伸并将所述旋转体支承于其上的旋转轴;以及
iii)多个沿旋转方向以向前倾斜的姿势安装在所述旋转体上的刀片,所述旋转体有多个沿与所述旋转体同心的圆规则分布的通孔,每个所述通孔延伸于相对两表面之间,每个所述刀片固定在各个通孔的内表面上且其一端有一刀刃。
2、如权利要求1所述的细条切割机的切刀组件,其特征在于,从旋转方向上看,每个所述通孔的前后内表面都相对于所述旋转体的前侧表面倾斜成35至60度的角度α。
3、如权利要求1所述的细条切割机的切刀组件,其特征在于,每个所述刀片在所述刀刃那一边有一V形端,此V形端的角度β为30至50度并突出至所述旋转体的前侧表面之外。
4、如权利要求1所述的细条切割机的切刀组件,其特征在于,每个所述刀片可调整地安装在所述旋转体上,以便可调整成靠近或远离所述旋转体的前表面。
5、一种树脂材料切割组件,其特征在于,包括:
(a)一固定切刀件,树脂材料供给到其上;
(b)一与所述固定切刀件联合动作的旋转切刀件,所述旋转切刀件包括:
ⅰ)一沿树脂材料进给方向延伸并支承所述旋转切刀件的旋转轴,以及多个绕所述旋转轴间隔布置且径向延伸并沿旋转方向从下游侧向上游侧倾斜的刀片,每个所述刀片在其沿旋转方向朝向所述固定切刀件的向前部位上有一刀刃。
6、如权利要求5所述的树脂材料切割组件,其特征在于,所述旋转切刀件包括一连接于所述旋转轴的中央部分,还有一绕所述旋转轴同心布置的环形部分,所述中央部分的外表面和所述环形部分的内表面的相面对的位置上有多个槽口,每个槽口沿旋转方向从下游侧斜向上游侧,每个所述刀片的两端分别固定在所述中央部分和环形部分的对应槽口内。
7、如权利要求5所述的树脂材料切割组件,其特征在于,所述刀刃焊接到各自刀片上。
8、如权利要求5所述的树脂材料切割组件,其特征在于,所述旋转切刀件为整体铸件且相反两表面对称,每个所述刀片有一对刀刃位于其两侧,其定位方式为即使当所述旋转切刀件以相反的姿势安装到所述旋转轴上时,所述两侧刀刃中总有一侧位于沿旋转方向朝向所述固定切刀件的位置。
9、如权利要求5所述的树脂材料切割组件,其特征在于,它还包括预分割装置,所述树脂材料为连续片状,所述预分割装置位于从上游侧向所述固定切刀件供给所述树脂材料的中间处,且在沿所述树脂材料供给方向的上游侧至少有一个分割刀刃。
10、如权利要求6所述的树脂材料切割组件,其特征在于,还包括预分割装置,所述树脂材料为连续长片状,所述预分割装置位于从上游侧向所述固定切刀件供给所述树脂材料的中间处,且在沿所述树脂材料供给方向的上游侧至少有一个分割刀刃。
11、如权利要求7所述的树脂材料切割组件,其特征在于,还包括预分割装置,所述树脂材料为连续长片状,所述预分割装置位于从上游侧向所述固定切刀件供给所述树脂材料的中间处,且在沿所述树脂材料供给方向的上游侧至少有一个分割刀刃。
12、如权利要求8所述的树脂材料切割组件,其特征在于,还包括预分割装置,所述树脂材料为连续长片状,所述预分割装置位于从上游侧向所述固定切刀件供给所述树脂材料的中间处,且在沿所述树脂材料供给方向的上游侧至少有一个分割刀刃。
