Claims (9)

  1. 냉각후에 물기없는 수지재 스트랜드를 고정칼날몸체(1)상에 송출하는 동시에 회전칼날몸체(2)에 의하여 절단하여 펠릿화 할수 있도록한 스트랜드 절단기의 절단장치에 있어서, 전기 고정칼날몸체(1)에 내어보내 측단면(1a)에 대하여 전방의 측면(3a)가 평행으로되는 원통형 회전체(3)을 전기고정칼날 몸체(1)의 단면(1a)에 대하여 직교하는 방향의 회전축(4)에 축가하여 전기고정칼날몸체(1)에 대면하는 전기회전체(3)의 동심원상에는 양측면(3a.3b)에 걸쳐서 관통하는 관통구멍(5)를 일정간격마다 각각 형성하여 회정방향 후방이 되는 각 관통구멍(5)의 내면(5a)내지는 선단에 칼끝(6a)가 있고 앞쪽으로 기울어진 칼날판(6)를 각각 고정하여 전기회전칼날몸체를 구성하고 있는 스트랜드 절단기의 절단장치.
  2. 관통구멍(5)의 회전방향전방 및 수방의 양내면(5b,5a)가 회전체(3)의 전방측면(3a)에 대해서 35도~60도의 각도α로 앞으로 기울도록 한 청구항 1기재 스트랜드 절단기의 절단장치.
  3. 칼날끝(6a)측의 V자상 칼날앞(6b)의 각도 β를 30도~50도로 하여 칼날앞(6b)가 회전체(3)의 전방측면(3a)보다 돌출하도록 칼날판(6)을 붙힌 청구항 1기재의 스트랜드 절단기의 절단장치.
  4. 칼날판(6)를 회전체(3)의 전방측면의 방향으로 이동조절 자재로하여 취부한 청구항 1기재의 스트랜드 절단기의 절단장치.
  5. 수지재를 고정칼날몸체위에 송출하여 회전축을 중심으로 회전하는 회전칼날몸체에 의해서 전기고정칼날 몸체과의 사이에서 전기 수지재를 절단하는 수지절단 장치에 있어서 전기회전축은 전기 수지재를 절단하는 수지 절단 장치에 있어서 전기회전축은 전기 수지재의 송출하는 방향으로 연장되어 있고, 전기회전 칼날몸체는 복수의 칼날을 갖고 있다. 각 칼날판은 각각 간격을 열고 전기회전축을 중심으로해서 방사상으로 늘여 전기송출 방향의 하류로부터 상류에 걸쳐서 회전방향측에 기울어져 있고 전기고정칼날몸체에 대면하는 회전방향측의 위치에 칼날부가 있는것을 특징으로 하는 수지재 절단장치.
  6. 전기회전칼날몸체는 중심부와 링부가 있으며, 전기중심부는 전기회전축에 결합되어, 전기링부는 전기 회전축을 중심으로 배치되어 전기 중심의 외주 및 전기링부의 내주에는 서로 대항하는 위치에 전기하류로부터 전기 상류에 걸쳐 회전방향축에 기우는 복수의 골이 형성되어있으며 각 칼날판은 전기 중심부 및 전기링부의 각 골과 계합하고 있는것을 특징으로하는 청구항 5기재의 수지재 절단장치.
  7. 각 칼날은 각 칼날판에 납땜에 의해서 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 5기재의 수지재 절단장치.
  8. 전기 회전칼날몸체는 단조에 의하여 일체성형품이며 양면이 대칭형이며 전기 칼날판은 전기회전칼날 몸체를 양면을 역으로해서 전기 회전축에 설치했을때도 전기 고정칼날몸체에 대면하는 회전방향측의 위치에 칼날부를 갖도록 양측에 칼날부가 있는 것을 특징으로하는 청구항5기재의 수지재 절단장치.
  9. 절단부재가 있고. 전기수지재는 연속된 시트상이며, 전기절단 부재는 전기수지재를 전기상류로부터 전기고정칼날몸체상에 송출하는 도상에 설치되어 전기 수지재의 송출방향에 따라서 전기상류축에 째어내는 칼날이 있는 것을 특징으로하는 청구항 5,6,7또는 8기재의 수지재 절단장치.
