Abstract

Description

切割高弹性片状材料的高速旋转切割器组件和方法
本发明涉及用于切割片状材料的方法和设备的技术,更具体地说,是涉及切割如用在轮胎的制造中的加强高弹性织物的方法和设备。
切割片状高弹性材料的方法和设备在现有技术中是已知的。
虽然现有技术的方法和设备一般来说是有效的,但是对如轮胎之类产品的质量的不断提高的要求已经产生了对被切割材料的越来越高的质量的需要。更具体地说,由不同的切割方法和设备产生的边缘偏差会直接导致在如轮胎这样的成品中的性能改进或性能问题。为此,研制能使切割材料中边缘偏差尽可能达到最小的方法和设备已变得重要起来。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供了一种切割加强的高弹性片状材料的新颖和改进的设备和方法,该设备和方法不仅能提供改善的高弹性材料切割边缘质量和精度,而且能提供其他较好的和更有利的总体效果。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种切割高弹性片状材料的高速旋转切割器组件,所述切割器组件包括有:一个外壳,它具有一个第一端和一个第二端以及一个在所述第一端和所述第二端之间的外壳孔;一个芯轴,安装在所述外壳孔内以供旋转;一个旋转刀片,固定地安装在所述芯轴的一个第一端上,所述芯轴和旋转刀片可用大于2000转/每分钟的转速旋转,其特征在于,

现参见附图,其中所示内容只是为了图示本发明的较佳实施例,而不是为了对其加以限制。图1是本发明旋转切割器组件10的剖视图。组件10包括一个外壳12和一个芯轴18。该芯轴18是通过轴承24、26、28可转动地悬浮在该外壳12内。轴承24、26、28是适用于高速应用的精密预紧向心止推滚珠轴承。旋转切割器组件10可以以高达7500转/每分钟的转速工作。轴承24、26、28永久地预润滑以便于减少维修工作。
外壳12具有一个第一端34和一个第二端36。在外壳12的第一端处是一个篦齿型密封装置42。篦齿型密封装置42是一种非接触密封装置,其有助于防止污垢进入组件10并使润滑液保持在其内。非接触设计形式减少了摩擦、发热和对驱动扭矩的要求。

为了更换或转动托板嵌入件90,所有要做的的是释放开扁栓锁件130,将框架111在滑块120上背离外壳12移开,并且通过去掉内六角螺钉112和113的方式转动已磨损的托板嵌入件90B或用新的托板嵌入件加以更换。将一个填隙片(未示出)插在托板嵌入件90B和旋转刀片50之间以提供需要的间隙,接着可以用扁栓锁件132和扁栓锁件螺钉133将框架111、托板86、和托板嵌入件90B构成的组件固定就位。另一种方法是,完整的托板组件,包括框架111、包含托板嵌入件90B的托板86,可以由一个新的托板组件加以更换。与必须进行上述调节的现有技术相反,本发明的旋转切割器组件10已准备好开始切割高弹性材料片。
参见附图,对旋转刀片50的设计形式作进一步描述。旋转刀片50还有许多突齿140特征。突齿140的数目可以在4和40之间变化,而对此实施例来说是16个。
参见图3,本发明的刀片50结合有一个并不对称于齿尖144的攻面146和后缘面150。而后缘面150被切割得更加陡,以便提供间隙来确保经切割的高弹性材料不会在任何接触面上摩擦和/或可能挂置在这些接触面上。参见图3、4、8和9,图中更详细地示意性示出刀片50与托板86,托板嵌入件90B和高弹性材料加强片80的相对关系。如图9所示,刀片50的每个攻面146以最好是0度至20度的攻角AA设置,而在图示实施例中约为8度。另外,后缘面150是以相对于攻面146约110度的角度TS设置的。最好是,角度TS介于100度和140之间。参见图8,图中示出了本发明的突齿140切割高弹性材料片80时的构形。随着刀片50转速增加,旋转切割器组件10横过高弹性材料片80移动的速度可以增加。而且,突齿140的数目可以减少。这些参数取决于加强金属丝98的数目,因为每条金属丝最好是由突齿140中之一个突齿切割。
本发明已参照较佳实施例加以描述。显然,在阅读和理解了说明书后,其他人会想出各种变更和变化。申请人的意图是要包括落入各权利要求或其等价物的范围内的所有这种变更和变化。

Claims (17)

1.一种切割高弹性片状材料的高速旋转切割器组件,所述切割器组件包括有:
一个外壳,它具有一个第一端和一个第二端以及一个在所述第一端和所述第二端之间的外壳孔;
一个芯轴,安装在所述外壳孔内以供旋转;
一个旋转刀片,固定地安装在所述芯轴的一个第一端上,所述芯轴和旋转刀片可用大于2000转/每分钟的转速旋转,
其特征在于,
所述旋转刀片在切割平面上有一个大致是平的切割表面,在背面平面上有一个大致是平的背面,所述背面平面和所述切割平面成一个角度α,所述角度α介于10度和90度之间,所述旋转刀片还具有多个周向上的突齿,所述突齿中的每一个具有由一个齿尖分开的一个攻面和一个后缘面,所述攻面和所述这后缘面相对于所述齿尖不对称,其中所述后缘面较所述攻面倾斜得更陡些;
所述切割器组件还包括一个托板组件,它包括一个具有一位于第一面的顶面的托板,一个托板嵌入件,所述托板嵌入件在所述托板的所述顶面的所述第一面上具有一个顶表面,所述托板嵌入件安装在所述托板上;以及
用于精密调节所述托板嵌入件相对于所述旋转刀片位置的调节装置,所述调节装置包括一个以其第一端连接于托板的框架,所述框架在其第二端有一个燕尾滑块,该滑块可运作地与所述外壳相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述攻面的位置与一包含相应弹性片状材料的平面成一攻角AA,所述攻角AA在零度与20度之间,所述后缘面与所述攻面成一后缘角TS,所述后缘角TS约为110度。
3.如权利要求1所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述托板嵌入件包括一邻近一切割边沿的沟槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述托板嵌入件包括一邻近所述沟槽的第二切割边沿。
5.如权利要求1所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述托板嵌入件的横截面类似于工字梁形横截面。
6.如权利要求1所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述托板嵌入件涂覆有硝酸钛。
7.如权利要求1所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述调节装置还包括一个扁栓锁件,用于可松开地将所述燕尾滑块固定在一个相对于所述外壳的预定位置。
8.如权利要求1所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述芯轴有一个轴向芯轴孔,所述切割器组件还包括一个毗邻所述芯轴安装的冷却喷头用于将空气喷入所述芯轴孔内。
9.如权利要求1所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述切割器组件还包括一个靠近所述芯轴的所述第一轴的第一密封装置,它将所述芯轴与所述外壳密封隔开。
10.如权利要求9所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述第一密封装置是一个非接触密封装置。
11.如权利要求9所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述第一密封装置是一个篦齿型密封装置。
12.如权利要求1所述的的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,该切割器组件还包括一个设置在所述芯轴和所述外壳之间的轴承,所述轴承是预紧向心止推滚珠轴承。
13.如权利要求1所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述旋转刀片包括4至40个周向突齿。
14.如权利要求1所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述托板嵌入件的长度与所述托板的长度相等。
15.如权利要求1所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述旋转刀片涂覆有一层不粘连等离子涂层。
16.如权利要求15所述的高速旋转切割器组件,其特征在于,所述不粘连等离子涂层是由B4N构成的。
17.一种用于一个切割器组件高速旋转切割高弹性材料片的方法,所述切割器组件包括一个外壳,一个安装在所述外壳内进行旋转的芯轴,一个固定安装在所述心轴的一个第一端上的旋转刀片,以及一个包括有一个托板和一个托板嵌入件的托板组件,所述方法包括以下步骤:
以大于2000转/每分钟的转速转动所述旋转刀片和所述芯轴;
将所述旋转刀片横向移动通过所述高弹性材料片以使所述切割突齿啮合以切割所述高弹性材料片;
将所述高弹性材料片支承在一个托板和一个托板嵌入件上,所述托板嵌入件的顶表面与所述托板的顶表面处于同一平面;
通过用一个冷却喷头推动空气流过所述芯轴内的一个孔的方式冷却所述芯轴;
通过在所述托板嵌入件上设置沟槽的方式冷却所述托板嵌入件和减小切割面的面积。
