Background
The disposal of excrement is an inevitable problem in daily life that needs to be solved for bedridden elderly people or patients (hereinafter referred to as cared-ees) who lose their ability to freely move to some extent and need to be cared for, especially for cared-ees who suffer from incontinence of urine and feces. In the past, it has been common to put them on a diaper and, after the excrement has been discharged to the diaper, to wash the body of the cared person and dispose of the diaper. But the care giver's work of disposing of the excrement is very burdensome and hard. On the other hand, the diaper changing process is very shy and unpleasant for the care givers, and is also in an unsanitary environment. In addition, daily diaper changes can also result in significant use costs for the care giver.
In view of the above problems, there has been proposed a hospital bed with a toilet bowl as shown in fig. 5, which has a bed body with an opening formed therein, the opening having a width allowing the buttocks of a bedridden patient to penetrate therethrough. The opening can be opened or closed by a cover, the opening can be closed by pulling the cover, and the opening can be opened by placing the cover below the bed. The toilet bowl is disposed below the opening. A toilet seat is disposed in the opening and has a generally cylindrical waste conduit for securely directing waste into the toilet bowl. The toilet seat can be vertically rotated around a rotating shaft installed at one side close to the head of the patient under the pushing of the lifter, and the toilet seat inclines upwards towards the free end to be tightly attached to the hip of the patient (refer to patent document CN 1206584A).
However, when using such a hospital bed with a toilet, the care-receiver is still in a posture in which the upper body is laid flat and the lower body is lifted, or in which the upper body is lifted and the lower body is laid flat, and the care-receiver is always in a posture in which the care-receiver does not normally perform excretion regardless of whether the lifting operation is performed during or after the excretion of the care-receiver, and in this posture, the care-receiver is very unfamiliar with the excretion in terms of both the physiology and the psychology.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a main sectional view showing a state in which a care excrement treatment apparatus of the present invention is attached to a care bed 1, and the care bed 1 is partially cut. Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view showing a state in which the care excrement disposal apparatus of the present invention is attached to the care bed 1 and the care recipient 8 is lying on the care bed 1. The following description is made with reference to fig. 1 and 2. The main body 2 of the nursing excrement disposal device of the present invention is accommodated in the recess 6 of the bed surface 4, and the main body 2 can be made of materials such as aluminum alloy, hard plastic, resin and carbon fiber. The nursing bed 1 has a posture adjusting device including elevation motors 23, 24, wherein the elevation motor 23 can drive the bed surface 4 to ascend or descend as a whole. The lifting motor 24 can drive the half bed board corresponding to the back of the upper half body of the nursed to independently and freely lift or lay down. These operations of the bed surface 4 can be controlled by commands from the controller 26 to drive the elevation motors 23 and 24. This mode is automatic. The operation can be completed by directly operating the buttons of the function selecting device by the hands of the caregiver to drive the lifting motors 23 and 24, which is a manual mode. Including all of the functional controls described below, enable both automatic and manual modes of operation. The automatic mode and the manual mode can be selected and switched by the function selector 27, a manual controller (not shown) attached to the main body, or a remote controller (not shown), and the manual mode can be operated by another means such as the function selector 27, a manual controller (not shown) attached to the main body, or a remote controller (not shown). In addition to the lifting and lowering of the one-side bed plate for lifting the back of the care-receiver by the lifting motor 24, other conventional methods such as other types of motors and hydraulic methods may be used instead. In addition, the two sides of the nursing bed 1 are respectively provided with a lifting crank 25 which is in transmission relation with the lifting mechanism, and the lifting cranks 25 at the two sides can be rotated purely by manpower to realize integral lifting and half bed board lifting or falling. In addition, only the elevation motor 24 may be provided without the elevation motor 23. The mouth 2a of the main body 2 is opened upward, and an air cushion 10 is placed inside the opening, and the air cushion 10 has a hollow shape, and the hollow shape is preferably provided at the central portion of the air cushion 10, but may be provided at an eccentric position according to specific needs. In addition, the cushion 10 may be formed in an endless shape, such as a regular (e.g., various polygonal rings such as a square ring, a triangular ring, etc., or a circular ring) or irregular ring shape, and the hollow shape is formed at the hollow of the ring shape. The cushion 10 may have an end shape, such as an arc shape (e.g., a substantially circular shape, a substantially circular arc shape, etc.), other regular shapes (e.g., various polygons such as a substantially square shape, a triangular shape, etc.) or irregular shapes, and the hollow shape is formed in a hollow portion around which the cushion 10 is wound. The buttocks 8a and the legs 8b and a part of the waist of the care-receiver 8 in the lying state are placed on the air cushion 10. The excreta management device for nursing 2 has a detection device for detecting excreta, and the detection device has a sensor 12 provided near a drain opening 15 at the bottom of the main body 2. When the sensor 12 senses the excrement, the controller 26 instructs the lifting motor 23 to operate to lift the entire bed surface 4 and instructs the lifting motor 24 to operate to lift the half-sheet of the bed surface supporting the back of the care-receiver 8, so that the upper half of the body of the care-receiver 8 is lifted and the buttocks are lowered to a certain extent. Thereby, the nursing bed 1 is changed from the normal state shown in fig. 3 to the use state shown in fig. 4. At the same time, the controller 26 instructs the air pump 22 to pump air from the air cushion 10 through the air inlet 16, so as to deflate the air cushion 10 and finely adjust the position of the buttocks 8a to make the caregiver 8 in a desired defecation position. In addition, the air cushion 10 can be made into different shapes according to specific requirements, the interior can also be divided into different parts, and the different parts can be respectively inflated and deflated according to the requirements. For example, two semi-circular shapes can be made, one half inflated and the other half deflated, which allows the body to tilt and adjust the position of the buttocks for washing. When the defecation is not performed, the air cushion can be operated to incline the body, so that the bedsore is prevented. When the sensor 12 detects an insult, the exhaust 38 is commanded by the controller 26 to begin drawing off odors from the body 2. For a prescribed time after the sensor 12 no longer senses new fecal matter. When the controller 26 determines that the excretion by the care recipient is completed, it gives a water supply command to the water supply device 34, the discharge head 28 in the main body 2 discharges warm water to wash the buttocks 8a of the care recipient 8, and the excrement and the washed sewage are discharged out of the main body 2 through the drain port 15 at the bottom of the main body 2. The sewage may be discharged to the sewage storage tank 40 connected to the drain port 15 or directly discharged to the sewage.
In the present embodiment, the lowering of the buttocks 8a of the care-receiver 8 with respect to the other parts of the body is realized by the raising of the entire bed surface 4 and the contraction of the air cushion 10 at the same time, but this may be realized by the contraction of the air cushion 10 alone. The excretion position of the care recipient may be adjusted not by the air cushion 10 but by various means such as the main body 2 portion corresponding to the buttocks 8a being fixed and the other bed surface 4 portion being raised, or the main body 2 portion corresponding to the buttocks 8a being lowered and the other bed surface 4 portion being fixed, or the main body 2 portion corresponding to the buttocks 8a being lowered and the other bed surface 4 portion being raised, or the degree of lowering of the main body 2 portion corresponding to the buttocks 8a being larger than the degree of lowering of the other bed surface portion 4, or the degree of raising of the main body 2 portion corresponding to the buttocks 8a being smaller than the degree of raising of the other bed surface 4 portion, and the like, as long as the excretion position can be finally set to an ideal excretion position. The manner in which the cushion 10 of the present application is used is preferred from a cost and comfort standpoint.
After the washing process is completed, the controller 26 sends an air blowing command to the air blowing device 32, and the warm air blower 30 in the main body 2 blows warm air to dry the buttocks 8a of the care recipient 8 and the inside of the main body 2.
The cushion 10 is made of a resilient material and can have various shapes, such as circular, square, circular, etc. However, a hollow must be formed in the middle to expose the buttocks 8a to the inner space of the main body 2, so that the excrement can be dropped into the main body 2, and the buttocks 8a can be washed and dried. This example uses a toroidal shaped air cushion as shown in figure 2.
When there is no drainage action, the opening and closing device 7 may be half-closed or fully-closed manually. When the bed is completely closed, the cavity disappears and becomes a common bed. The opening/closing device 7 can prevent the buttocks 8a from getting cold in cold winter. More importantly, the disposal device can be removed when care is not required by the caregiver 8. The bed does not need to be discarded, and the treatment device can be arranged on another bed for use. Has important significance for preventing resource waste and solving environmental protection. The opening and closing hole 5 of the present embodiment is formed by forming a slit to the air cushion 10 at the rear side of the bed frame, and when the nursing bed is raised, the position of the slit is also raised, and the position of the air cushion 10 is not changed. Although the buttocks 8a sinks, the pressure between the air cushion 10 and the buttocks 8a decreases, and the two gradually separate. At this time, the cover of the opening/closing device 7 is extended through the opening/closing hole 5 and inserted between the air cushion 10 and the buttocks 8a to close the hollow space in the middle. In addition, the opening/closing holes 5 may be provided on the front side, the left and right sides, or other positions of the bed frame, and the opening/closing device 7 may have another opening/closing structure.
The nursing excrement disposal device of the present invention can be operated in an automatic mode or a manual mode, and the following two modes will be described.
When the automatic gear is switched by the function selecting device 27, the controller 26 controls the sensor 12 to start monitoring the existence of excrement, after which the bed 4 starts to be lifted and tilted horizontally, the air cushion 10 is contracted, and the air exhausting device 38 starts to exhaust air. When the sensor 12 does not detect new excrement and a predetermined time elapses, the controller 26 determines that the excrement is discharged, and controls the water supply device 34 to supply water from the water supply tank 36 to the discharge head 28 through the water supply pipe 20. After the washing is completed, the air blower 32 starts blowing air to the warm air blower 30 through the air supply pipe 21, and blows warm air to the buttocks of the care recipient to dry the care recipient. After the air supply is completed, the controller 26 drives the lifting motor 23 and the lifting motor 24 to restore the bed surface 4 to the original position, and at the same time, the controller 26 gives an instruction to the air pump 22 to inflate the air cushion 10 through the air inlet 16, so that the air cushion 10 is inflated to restore the original shape. The exhaust device 38 stops exhausting after a predetermined time has elapsed, or stops operating manually. The overall elevation height of the bed surface 4, the inclination of the back of the patient, the degree of contraction and expansion of the air cushion, the predetermined time required to wait for completion of excretion, the duration of water supply, the intensity of water discharge, the water temperature, the wind intensity, the duration of air supply, and the predetermined time of air discharge may be set in advance by the function selection device 27, or may be supplied to the controller 26 as a set of data. The setting of the function selection device 27 may be a touch type or may be a remote setting.
In the above, the cleaning device in the present application includes the functions of cleaning, exhausting and drying, but only one of them may be selected, and further, other cleaning functions may be provided. In short, the substitution, modification, addition or subtraction of functions, which can be conceived by those skilled in the art, should be understood as equivalent to the scope of the present application and should be considered as matters within the scope of the present application.
It is also possible to select whether the care recipient 8 is the male washing mode or the female washing mode according to the sex selection contents of the function selection device 27. Thereby washing and drying for the right position of the buttocks 8a or the legs 8 b.
In addition to the above functions, the function selecting device 27 can provide corresponding services for the nursed persons with different medical conditions. The invention can also select the upper body with small angle to prop up, even keep the posture of the upper body unchanged, which is sometimes beneficial to users, such as patients with serious damage to the spine. Considering the particularity of defecation when the posture is unchanged, two suckers can be placed on the air cushion, and when the air cushion contracts, the suckers are driven to pull hip muscles to open the anus opening, so that defecation is facilitated.
The invention can also select to wash the urine for one time for many times or select a mode of washing the urine for one time according to the sum of the urine volume, thereby avoiding the excessive washing of people who urinate frequently, such as male patients with prostatitis. In short, the various functional components can be combined by the user, and different processing modes can be set by adjusting data.
As the sensor 12 for monitoring excrement, various sensors such as a light sensor and a weight sensor can be used, but the light sensor and the weight sensor are preferably used in view of accuracy of realization and cost. In the case of the optical sensor, the light emitting element can emit light continuously, and the light emitted from the light emitting element can be captured by the light receiving element provided at a predetermined position. When excrement appears, the light emitted by the light-emitting element can be blocked to a certain degree, so that the light cannot be effectively transmitted to the light-receiving element, and the existence of the excrement is judged. When a weight sensor is used, the presence of excrement can be judged when the sensor detects the change of weight. The number of the sensors 12 is not particularly limited, and in view of cost, the smaller the number, the better the number, but the larger the number, the higher the detection accuracy. In addition, in the event of a failure of one of the sensors 12, the other sensor 12 can continue to operate properly. When one of the sensors 12 is out of order, the nursing excrement disposal device can give an alarm or other warning sounds or display the warning contents on the function selection device 27 to prompt the replacement of the sensor 12.
In addition, the sensor 12 has a function of distinguishing between urination and urination. For example, the function may be specifically realized by: when the optical sensor is used, urine is judged if the degree of shielding detected by the light receiving element is within a predetermined range, and feces is judged if the degree of shielding detected by the light receiving element is outside the predetermined range. Alternatively, two optical sensors having different detection accuracies may be provided, and urine may be determined when only the sensor having the higher accuracy detects a change in light, and feces may be determined when the two sensors having different accuracies simultaneously detect a change in light. When the weight sensor is used, urine is judged when the change of the weight detected by the sensor is continuously increased by a small amplitude, and excrement is judged when the change of the weight detected by the sensor is larger. Through the difference to excrement, urine, can improve the different and different position's of the power cleanness of difference respectively to the different situations of excrement, urine to can water saving, electric power. Although the distinction between urine and urine is itself an inventive design, the specific judgment method is not limited to the above-mentioned one, provided that the distinction between urine and urine is clearly required. Besides, the method can be replaced by other alternative ways which can be thought of by those skilled in the art, and the judgment scheme can be designed according to different types of other sensors.
In addition, the sensor 12 has a function of being able to distinguish between blood and urine. When the nursing excrement disposal device is applied to a care recipient who has just performed an operation, the function of distinguishing between blood and urine can prevent erroneous excrement disposal caused by erroneous judgment of post-operation oozing as excrement. Other causes, such as blood-carrying phenomena in the excreta resulting from gastrointestinal disorders, etc., can also be identified with the sensor.
For example, the function may be specifically realized by: since blood and urine differ in color, a sensor capable of judging a spectrum may be employed. Further, the following method may be adopted: in the present embodiment, the sensor 17 for detecting blood is provided on the outer bottom of the waste water storage tank 40 to recognize the color, and the tetramethylbenzidine solution is previously put into the waste water storage tank 40, and when the excrement containing blood components enters the solution, the color of the solution changes to blue-green, and the sensor 17 transmits information to the controller 26. The controller 26 gives an alarm in the form of characters, sounds, etc. to prompt the medical staff or the caregiver to respond in time. In addition, if the care excrement disposal apparatus is in the automatic mode at this time, the controller 26 does not perform any other control operation and automatically switches to the manual mode. For patients with serious or special illness, the bleeding condition can be judged firstly, and the defecation posture switching treatment is carried out after a specified time. This provides sufficient monitoring time for the sensor 17.
In use, when the nursing excrement treating apparatus is switched to the manual mode, all the control contents of the controller 26 such as the start and stop of the bed surface 4, the expansion and contraction of the air cushion 10, the water supply, the air supply, the start and end of the deodorization, and the like can be manually operated. It should be noted that when the automatic mode is in operation, the mode switching is locked and cannot be switched to the manual mode. When the manual mode is switched to the automatic mode, various operations are stopped and restored to the original position. Of course, the above is only a preferred embodiment, and those skilled in the art can make appropriate changes according to the specific requirements.
The operation of each part of the excreta treatment device for nursing use, such as the water temperature of the water discharge nozzle 28, the air temperature of the warm air blower 30, the water temperature of the water supply tank 36, the liquid level, and the liquid level of the waste water storage tank 40, is monitored in real time to ensure safe operation. When an abnormal condition occurs, the operation of the related function is stopped, and the operation is immediately prompted through an alarm or other modes.
The water for washing is stored in the water supply tank 36, heated to a set temperature by a heater, and then kept at a constant temperature. The water supply tank 36 is provided with a temperature sensor and a liquid level sensor 13. The sensors signal the water temperature and level information to the controller 26. When the water temperature is higher or lower than the specified temperature, the heater is controlled to stop and the water supply device 34 is locked to stop supplying water. When the water level is below the set position, the controller 26 instructs the water supply valve to open to supply water from the outside to the water supply tank 36. When the water level reaches the set position, the water supply valve is closed, and the water supply process is finished. In an environment where a long sewage pipe cannot be laid, it is necessary to provide a sewage storage tank 40 in the vicinity of the nursing device, and thus a sensor 14 is provided in the sewage tank to monitor the height of the sewage level and prevent the outflow of sewage. When the sewage level exceeds a predetermined level, the alarm system gives a warning and locks the water supply device 34 so that it cannot supply water. When the waste water storage tank 40 is out of position due to the wash, the sensor 14 does not send a signal to the controller 26 and the controller 26 locks the water supply device 34 from supplying water. Or a switch is arranged on the water outlet 15 to block the sewage from flowing out.
The above is the operation of the inside of the nursing excrement disposal device, and the operation of the various devices can be remotely monitored and controlled from the outside of the device. In addition to the data collected by the sensors described above, data such as the position of the bed 4, the clogging of the drain 15 at the bottom of the body 2, and the operating state of the various components of the device itself can also be sampled. These data are transmitted to an external monitoring center via the communication device 52. Remote control signals are also sent externally to the communication device 52 to operate the operation of the controller 26 through signal transmission to select the function of the function selecting device 27 and directly operate the operation of the above-mentioned various devices. The communication device 52 shown in fig. 1 may transmit wired or wireless signals, and directly operate the controller 26, the function selection device 27 or other various devices in the main body 2 through the internet or a mobile phone or the like from the outside.
The nursing excrement disposal device used in the invention can be adjusted to be suitable for the excretion posture of a cared person when the cared person needs excretion, and can provide sufficient and appropriate cleaning treatment after excretion, and meanwhile, the device such as a bed surface near the buttocks of the cared person is not dirtied in the cleaning treatment process, thereby greatly reducing the labor intensity of the cared person and improving the living quality of the cared person. In addition, diapers may not be used at all, enabling a significant reduction in the cost of the care-receiver and an improvement in the sanitary environment.
