本发明的技术方案是：一种皮厚可调的切片刀，包括手柄、固定板、切片刀，其特征在于：固定板的底部为中间向里的凹面，两边突出的弧度，在固定板的中部设有一个凹槽，在凹槽的下部设有一个固定刀片，固定刀片的上部设有一个活动刀片，固定刀片通过凹槽背部的固定卡固定在固定板上，活动刀片一端固定在固定板上，活动刀片的背部连接有螺栓，螺栓通过固定板上的固定条与活动刀片连接。所述固定刀片和活动刀片之间有间隙。
通过螺栓调节活动刀片，可调节切片的厚度。

参照图1中和图2中,本发明包括手柄1、固定板6、活动刀片4、固定刀片5，固定板6的底部为中间向里的凹面，两边突出的弧度，在固定板6的中部设有一个凹槽，在凹槽的下部设有一个固定刀片5，固定刀片5的上部设有一个活动刀片4，固定刀片5通过凹槽背部的固定卡9固定在固定板6上，活动刀片4一端固定在固定板6上，活动刀片6的背部连接有螺栓8，螺栓8通过固定板6上的固定条7与活动刀片4连接。所述固定刀片5和活动刀片4之间有间隙。
通过螺栓调节活动刀片，可调节切片的厚度。
