本发明提供了一种调整血糖的保健食品及其制备方法,该保健食品含有以下成分:南瓜、小麦、桑叶粉、和食用菌丝体;其制备流程为:选料、预处理、粉碎造粒、装瓶处理、灭菌、冷却、接种、培养菌丝体、粉碎、提纯、烘干、造粒(或粉剂);本发明采用菌种发酵南瓜,在发酵过程中利用食用菌丝把南瓜中的糖份转化成食用菌多糖,从而得到一种可食用的菌丝体,本发明调整血糖的保健食品营养丰富,无糖,能增强人体免疫力,适宜食用的人群广泛,尤其对高血糖人群和糖尿病患者。

本发明涉及一种调整血糖的保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国传统医学很早就发现了南瓜具有较高的药用价值和保健功效。中医史书《滇南本草》中记载,“南瓜性温、味甘无味,入脾、胃二经,能润肺益气,化痰排脓,驱虫解毒,治咳嗽、哮喘、肺痈、便秘等病症”。现代药理学揭示了南瓜具有等功效。近年来,国内外医学专家、学者研究实验表明,食南瓜,还有治疗前列腺肥大(南瓜子可治前列腺肥大)、预防前列腺癌、防治动脉硬化与胃粘膜溃疡、治糖尿病、化结石、降血糖、调血脂、降血压、抗肿瘤和防治动脉硬化、养颜美容的作用。
南瓜中含有丰富的碳水化合物、蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素、胡萝卜素、果胶,及钾、铁、镁等丰富的微量元素,此外还有瓜氨酸、精氨酸等及一些酶类对人体十分有益,脂肪含量却非常低。以南瓜为原料生产出的食品,因其独特的营养价值、药用功能和保健功效深受消费者的喜爱。而目前由于制作工艺上的缺失所制取的保健食品单糖未能转化成多糖,含糖量过高,且水溶性较差,口感相对粗糙的缺点,不适宜糖尿病人群、高血糖患者食用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种调整血糖的保健食品,该保健食品含糖量低,可溶性膳食纤维含量高,不仅适宜于糖尿病、高血糖患者,其他不同人群皆可食用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取了如下的技术方案:
一种调整血糖的保健食品,该保健食品含有以下成分:南瓜、小麦、水、食用菌丝体。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种调整血糖的保健食品的制备方法,利用该制备方法制备出来的保健食品含糖量低,可溶性膳食纤维含量高,不仅适宜于糖尿病人群、高血糖患者,其他不同人群皆可食用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:包括以下步骤:
1)、先选取南瓜,将其置于清水中洗净表皮污垢;削去瓜蒂,去皮;将南瓜剖开取出籽瓤,进行切片,放在阳光下晒干或烘干;
2)、等干燥后放进粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后用造粒机进行造粒;
3)、造粒后装瓶加入50%的水进行搅拌;搅拌均匀后放进灭菌锅进行杀菌、冷却;
4)、待冷却后在无菌状态下将食用菌种放入瓶中,在温室内培养发酵30天至50天,待食用菌丝把瓶内南瓜的单糖全数吸收,形成多糖后,即可放入烘箱干燥至含水率(1%-12%),干燥后粉碎即得食用菌丝体。
5)、食用菌利用灰树花、猴头菇、金针菇等菌种得到。

1.一种调整血糖的保健食品,其特征在于:该保健食品含有以下成分:南瓜、小麦、桑叶粉、和食用菌丝体;其制备流程为:选料、预处理、粉碎造粒、装瓶处理、灭菌、冷却、接种、培养菌丝体、粉碎、提纯、烘干、造粒(或粉剂)。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)、先选取南瓜,将其置于清水中洗净表皮污垢;削去瓜蒂,去皮;将南瓜剖开取出籽瓤,进行切片,放在阳光下晒干或烘干;
2)、等干燥后放进粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后用造粒机进行造粒;
3)、造粒后装瓶加入50%的水进行搅拌;搅拌均匀后放进灭菌锅进行杀菌、冷却;
4)、待冷却后在无菌状态下将食用菌种放入瓶中,在温室内培养发酵30天至50天,待食用菌丝把瓶内南瓜的单糖全数吸收,形成多糖后,即可放入烘箱干燥至含水率(1%-12%),干燥后粉碎即得食用菌丝体。
5)、食用菌利用灰树花、猴头菇、金针菇等菌种得到。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的一种调整血糖的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于:该原料需选取新鲜成熟、表皮呈金黄色且光滑无腐烂、不变质、粉质好的南瓜。
