技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于冰封道路或者积雪道路的充气轮胎,并且更特别地涉及一种用于冰封道路或者积雪道路的充气轮胎,其中所述充气轮胎的胎面带包括多个弯曲花纹块。
背景技术
文件US4057089公开了一种包括胎面带的充气轮胎。所述胎面带具有多个花纹块。每个花纹块以弯曲的方式连续地延伸至所述胎面带的一个侧边并朝向该胎面带的中心以弯曲的方式连续地延伸。更特别地,所述花纹块沿着二次抛物线的结构曲率弯曲。在文件US4057089的胎面带中,所述弯曲花纹块被联接(连接)至中心条带。事实上,所述弯曲花纹块相当大。因此,所述弯曲花纹块的刚度是重要的,并且因此所述胎面带的磨损也是重要的。
本发明的目的是提高包括多个弯曲花纹块的胎面带的耐久性。
定义
“轮胎”被理解为任何种类的弹性轮胎,不论其是否承受内部压力。
轮胎的“胎面”被理解为由侧表面和两个主表面限定的一定量橡胶材料,所述两个主表面之一被设计成当所述轮胎行驶时接触路面。
“花纹块”被理解为由一些花纹沟限定的浮凸元件。每个花纹块包括接触面和多个侧面,所述接触面能够当所述轮胎滚动时接触道路。
“胎面带的侧边”被理解为在所述充气轮胎中所述胎面带与所述充气轮胎的侧边的过渡发生的位置。
“花纹沟”被理解为切口,其材料面在正常行驶状态下不接触。通常,花纹沟的宽度大于或等于2mm。
“刀槽花纹”被理解为切口,其材料面在正常行驶状态期间接触。通常,刀槽花纹的宽度小于2mm。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种轮胎的胎面带,所述胎面带包括中心和两个侧边,其中在这两个侧边之间具有预定距离D。所述胎面带包括多个花纹块。每个花纹块以弯曲的方式连续地延伸至所述胎面带的一个侧边并朝向该胎面带的中心以弯曲的方式连续地延伸,其中没有将该花纹块分隔成不同部分的花纹沟,所述花纹块遵循一定的曲率C。所述多个花纹块中的全部或者一部分花纹块包括主刀槽花纹,所述主刀槽花纹在所述花纹块中延伸并且遵循相同的曲率C,该刀槽花纹将所述花纹块分隔成两个1/2部分。
所述主刀槽花纹使得所述弯曲花纹块的刚度减小。因此,所述弯曲花纹块的磨损也减小。事实上,因为所述主刀槽花纹将所述弯曲花纹块分隔成两个1/2部分,所以所述两个部分的刚度大体上相同,从而使得所述花纹块的磨损一致。
在一变型中,所述花纹块包括多个副(次级)刀槽花纹,其中每个副刀槽花纹垂直于所述主刀槽花纹地延伸。
所述弯曲花纹块的刚度减小。
在一变型中,所述多个副刀槽花纹之间的跨距沿着所述主刀槽花纹大体上相等。
所述花纹块在磨损方面的一致性被提高。
在一变型中,每个花纹块具有侧壁,或者所述副刀槽花纹并未延伸直至所述花纹块的侧壁之一。
裂缝在所述花纹块内部的扩展被避免。
在一变型中,所述主刀槽花纹具有主刀槽花纹深度,并且所述副刀槽花纹具有副刀槽花纹深度,所述副刀槽花纹的深度不同于所述主刀槽花纹的深度。
因此,能够更精确地在所述花纹块中调整刚度。

图1描绘了由用于轮胎的橡胶类材料制成的胎面带1。胎面带1包括中心5和两个侧边3。欧洲轮胎和轮辋技术组织(ETRTO)公开了所述胎面带的两个侧边3之间的距离D。ETRO如下地确定该距离D,即D=(1.075-0.005ar)*S1.001,其中ar是名义高宽比并且S是测量用轮辋上的设计断面宽度。

更特别地,所有花纹块7包括主刀槽花纹9,所述主刀槽花纹9在所述花纹块中延伸并且遵循相同的曲率C。刀槽花纹9将所述花纹块分隔成两个1/2部分7a、7b,这两个1/2部分7a、7b大体上相同。
图2示意性地描绘了根据本发明的第二实施例的图1的胎面带的花纹块。在该实施例中,花纹块7包括多个副刀槽花纹11。每个副刀槽花纹垂直于所述主刀槽花纹地延伸。所述副刀槽花纹的深度大体上等于所述主刀槽花纹的深度。在一变型中,所述副刀槽花纹的深度不同于所述主刀槽花纹的深度。例如,所述副刀槽花纹的深度小于所述主刀槽花纹的深度。所述主刀槽花纹和所述副刀槽花纹之间的深度的所有组合都是可能的。
事实上,所述副刀槽花纹之间的跨距P沿着所述主刀槽花纹大体上相等。
另外,所述副刀槽花纹并未延伸直至花纹块7的侧壁之一。

Claims (6)
1.轮胎的胎面带,所述胎面带(1)包括中心(5)和两个侧边(3),其中在这两个侧边(3)之间具有预定距离D,所述胎面带具有多个花纹块(7),每个花纹块以弯曲的方式连续地延伸至所述胎面带的一个侧边(3)并朝向该胎面带的中心(5)以弯曲的方式连续地延伸,其中没有将所述花纹块分隔成不同部分的花纹沟,所述花纹块遵循一定的曲率C,其特征在于,所述多个花纹块中的全部或者一部分花纹块包括主刀槽花纹(9),所述主刀槽花纹(9)在所述花纹块(7)中延伸并且遵循相同的曲率C,该刀槽花纹将所述花纹块分隔成两个1/2部分(7a、7b)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胎面带,其特征在于,所述花纹块(7)包括多个副刀槽花纹(11),每个副刀槽花纹(11)垂直于所述主刀槽花纹(9)地延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的胎面带,其特征在于,所述多个副刀槽花纹(11)之间的跨距(P)沿着所述主刀槽花纹(9)大体上相等。
4.根据权利要求2至3中的任一项所述的胎面带,其中每个花纹块(7)具有侧壁(13),其特征在于,所述副刀槽花纹(11)并未延伸直至所述花纹块(7)的侧壁(13)之一。
5.根据权利要求2至3中的任一项所述的胎面带,其中所述主刀槽花纹具有主刀槽花纹深度,并且所述副刀槽花纹具有副刀槽花纹深度,其特征在于,所述副刀槽花纹的深度不同于所述主刀槽花纹的深度。
6.根据权利要求4所述的胎面带,其中所述主刀槽花纹具有主刀槽花纹深度,并且所述副刀槽花纹具有副刀槽花纹深度,其特征在于,所述副刀槽花纹的深度不同于所述主刀槽花纹的深度。
