本发明提供了下述技术方案:棉织物低温强化预处理和脱色上色加工方法,其特征在于,所述棉织物低温强化处理和脱色上色加工方法包括依次进行的脱色、一次水浴、预处理、二次水浴、着色;本发明的有益效果如下。利用该方法对陈旧的棉布进行加工能使得旧棉布强度增加,并且重新给旧棉布上色。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其涉及一种对废旧的棉织物的重新处理上色的加工方法。
背景技术
棉布是的用途广泛。棉布能制作舒适的服装。但是布料的色彩千变万化,随着时代的变化,棉布料的色彩往往更不上时代的步伐。从而报废了大量的陈旧布匹。陈旧布匹存在以下缺陷:一、色彩款式陈旧暗淡;二、长时间存放造成布匹风化,强度下降。
发明内容
本发明克服背景技术的不足提供了棉织物低温强化预处理和脱色上色加工方法,利用该方法对陈旧的棉布进行加工能使得旧棉布强度增加,并且重新给旧棉布上色。
本发明提供了下述技术方案:棉织物低温强化预处理和脱色上色加工方法,其特征在于,所述棉织物低温强化处理和脱色上色加工方法包括依次进行的脱色、一次水浴、预处理、二次水浴、着色;所述脱色的配方按质量百分数:5~8%次氯酸钙、92~95%水;所述预处理的配方按质量百分数:7~16%碳酸氢钠、18~29%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5~9%表面活性剂、余量为水;所述一次水浴过程为沸水蒸煮棉织物处理60~100min;所述二次水浴为1~6℃水浸泡棉织物120~150min。
进一步,所述加工设备包括设有盖子的筒体、隔断板,所述隔断板通过轴与所述筒体的内壁活动连接,所述隔断板分隔所述筒体的内腔为上腔、下腔;所述筒体的所述内壁设有止动块,所述上腔的侧壁内嵌有加热片。
进一步,所述表面活性剂为羧酸盐。
本发明的有益效果如下。1、实行快速脱色。其脱色原理是利用次氯酸钙的溶于水产生具有氧化性的次氯酸离子进行脱色。完成脱色后次氯酸分解,对织物没有伤害。2、对老化的旧布经过高温蒸煮后低温处理能再次提高布料的强度。提高强度的布料重新着色能恢复鲜艳。

实施例1:棉织物低温强化预处理和脱色上色加工方法,所述棉织物低温强化处理和脱色上色加工方法是依次进行的脱色、一次水浴、预处理、二次水浴、着色;所述脱色的配方按质量百分数:5%次氯酸钙、95%水;通过次氯酸钙的漂白作用去色。根据实际情况选择合适的次氯酸钙的数量。
所述预处理的配方按质量百分数:7%碳酸氢钠、18%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、9%表面活性剂、余量为水;所述一次水浴过程为沸水蒸煮棉织物处理60min;所述二次水浴为1℃水浸泡棉织物120min。经过高温蒸煮,然后快速冷却回温能显著增加棉织物的强度。
所述加工设备包括设有盖子2的筒体1、隔断板3,所述隔断板3通过轴4与所述筒体1的内壁活动连接,所述隔断板3分隔所述筒体1的内腔为上腔7、下腔8;打开盖子2便于向筒体1中加入水以及各种添加剂。操作完毕后开启隔断板,使得置于上腔7中的溶液快速流进下腔8中。便于重新加入下一道工序的溶液。
所述筒体1的所述内壁设有止动块5,所述上腔7的侧壁内嵌有加热片6。所述筒体1与所述隔断板3连接的位置设有密封圈(9),使得上腔7、下腔8密封隔离。所述表面活性剂为羧酸盐。
实施例2:棉织物低温强化预处理和脱色上色加工方法,所述棉织物低温强化处理和脱色上色加工方法包括依次进行的脱色、一次水浴、预处理、二次水浴、着色;所述脱色的配方按质量百分数:8%次氯酸钙、92%水;所述预处理的配方按质量百分数:16%碳酸氢钠、29%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5%表面活性剂、余量为水;所述一次水浴过程为沸水蒸煮棉织物处理100min;所述二次水浴为6℃水浸泡棉织物150min。所述表面活性剂为羧酸盐。
所述加工设备的结构和实施例1相同包括设有盖子2的筒体1、隔断板3,所述隔断板3通过轴4与所述筒体1的内壁活动连接,所述隔断板3分隔所述筒体1的内腔为上腔7、下腔8;所述筒体1的所述内壁设有止动块5,所述上腔7的侧壁内嵌有加热片6。
实施例3:棉织物低温强化预处理和脱色上色加工方法,其特征在于,所述棉织物低温强化处理和脱色上色加工方法包括依次进行的脱色、一次水浴、预处理、二次水浴、着色;所述脱色的配方按质量百分数:7%次氯酸钙、93%水;所述预处理的配方按质量百分数:13%碳酸氢钠、22%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、8%表面活性剂、余量为水;所述一次水浴过程为沸水蒸煮棉织物处理88min;所述二次水浴为5℃水浸泡棉织物130min。所述表面活性剂为羧酸盐。
所述加工设备和实施例1、2相同,包括设有盖子2的筒体1、隔断板3,所述隔断板3通过轴4与所述筒体1的内壁活动连接,所述隔断板3分隔所述筒体1的内腔为上腔7、下腔8;所述筒体1的所述内壁设有止动块5,所述上腔7的侧壁内嵌有加热片6。

1.棉织物低温强化预处理和脱色上色加工方法,其特征在于,所述棉织物低温强化处理和脱色上色加工方法包括依次进行的脱色、一次水浴、预处理、二次水浴、着色;所述脱色的配方按质量百分数:5~8%次氯酸钙、92~95%水;所述预处理的配方按质量百分数:7~16%碳酸氢钠、18~29%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5~9%表面活性剂、余量为水;所述一次水浴过程为沸水蒸煮棉织物处理60~100min;所述二次水浴为1~6℃水浸泡棉织物120~150min。
2.棉织物低温强化预处理和脱色上色加工方法的加工设备,其特征在于,所述加工设备包括设有盖子(2)的筒体(1)、隔断板(3),所述隔断板(3)通过轴(4)与所述筒体(1)的内壁活动连接,所述隔断板(3)分隔所述筒体(1)的内腔为上腔(7)、下腔(8);所述筒体(1)的所述内壁设有止动块(5),所述上腔(7)的侧壁内嵌有加热片(6)。
